Mongo's recomp phase2 with Testopro(sponsored)

yeah thats part of it. some people call it the human arrow. It really works the transverse abdominal. I like the plank workout way better than sit ups. abs are crushed the next day.

It is nice. For $900 bucks on craigs list i was able to pick up a hack squat/leg press combo, smith machine, t-bar row, bicep, and seated calve machine. all hold olympic weights too. I also got db 10-80 plus racks and a ton of olympic weights. I was stoked.
 
so this morning I did the gorilla cardio for a total time of 20 min. I think that is what its called. I warmed up for 6 min the 4 min of 20 sec sprint 10 sec break then I cooled down for 10 min. I tell you what this kick my ***. This was not a fasted cardio I did this after breakfast. My lift still went well. it was shoulder day

This was I felt like I needed more but Im averaging a 700-1000 calorie deficit and I do not want to over train. overall I was happy with this workout. I need to go up on the reverse grip BB front raise but this was the first time doing these. Still feel oily. Ive also noticed an increase in hunger since being on testopro. I cant say 100% its from the testopro but I can say the appetite is up. Libido is still good.

LMB-208.89 up from last week!
BF%-14.5 down from 15%
 
Ok so I got off work at 130 am and my daughter woke me up at 730 am.... So I was tired as **** this morning, to say the least. But by the time I worked out I felt great. Plus it was arms day and it's an overall easy day.

So I really like squeezing with my arms. It makes for a huge pump. Got to say I havent done BB curls with out a negative portion in a while. But I hit a PR on it today. That was the best overall set of BB curl with 135 I've ever had. so far so good with the testopro. Nothing but positives so far!
 
Did some abs on saturday but decided to rest the legs and take off cardio. The skin is still more oily than normal. other than that feeling really good thus far.

Over all had a good lift. Felt strong today. was happy with the lift and so far very happy with testopro. I have already recommended it to some friends. OVer all $40 for a month is not a bad price. I've noticed on the libido side it makes me last forever. I dont know if this is common side effect or not. Man its like a second cardio when I'm done. But as long as my lifts get better and BF% drops im happy! :439:

Leg day today. I first want to say I felt like I might have hit my glutes and adductors to hard last week. They were still a little tight yesterday and still sore on sunday. So today I tried to focus on my quads on squats and leg press. Workout still went well and I felt better during it. I didn't feel like I was hit by a train after squats.

Squats-feet shoulder width or less-315-12 335-12 355-10 375-8 1 min rest
leg press-feet close together-468-4x12 1 min break really felt good on my quads
leg extensions-110-12,12,9 1 min rest had feet pointed in.
lunges-1x8 each leg to finish me off

Seated calve machine-160-12,12,10 1 min rest squeezed at top up 20 lbs

Felt solid. I liked the progression on squats it felt better on my body. I tried to focus more on my quads by bringing my feet in closer. My quads really flet the change in workout. Added leg extensions to completely finish my quads off. they did their job well. no change on libido or skin. Numbers are still going up and I fell like I'm looking leaner.

I started to feel like puking midway threw my workout. I was able to push it down and drive right threw it. Had good intensity. Testopro definitely makes me way more oily and I break out more. I dont mind that much. I'm used to it at this age. strength is going up and I fell i look leaner in the mirror. very happy with my progress so far.
 
On a side note legs did not feel wrecked to where i couldn't move today. but my focus on quads really worked. Quads are sore. My glutes and adductors got hit but not over worked.

shoulder day today. I think I hit this workout to close to cardio. didn't have much of an option since I have to go to work at 1. but it still got my shoulders feeling pumped.

Arm day today. numbers still going up. I have been really hungry today. I have noticed a slight increase in hunger since starting testopro. Good for bulking a little hard while cutting.

Two week review. There is nothing really to complain about. My waist is down .5 inch from last week weight is down 1 lbs. That is a total of 1.5 inches and down 3 lbs. from the start. BF% is down 1% from the beginning. LBM is the same and I look leaner. I have a little extra aggression walking around but I get fired up in the gym very easy. I normally get mad at stupid things so I try to control that as it is. Skin is more oily and I have broke out a little more. My strength is up and continuing to climb. My libido is continuing in full effect. That area started early and hasn't let up. Hunger is definitely up. I feel hungry all the time. I'll eat and get hungry 30 min to an hour later. recovery is going good. I have been killing my workouts and improving every time. Im thinking when I start to bulk again Testopro/gylcobol/HGH Pro will be my stack.

My buddy's thoughts on testopro. His strength coming off P-Plex has gone up. He hit PR's in bench and squat this week. He has been off P-Plex for 3 weeks now. He really doesn't look like he is leaning any. He eats like crap though. He is really impressed with testopro as am I. This is the best PCT he has had and contributes that to Testopro.

Had a decent lift today. most of my numbers were up except for Smith incline which ended being the same. My chest is really pumped right now and I'm loving it. workout went like:

Then she keep putting anything and everything in her mouth. so other than my detraction it was good.

Body fat going down, lifts are better and libido is up.

Shoulders today. Workout was really good. Strength was up again and continues to improve. I switched the position of my bench for seated military press. At 90 degree I had to turn my head to the side and it was straining my neck. So I lowered the bench a notch. Not quite a true shoulder press but it felt better on my neck. Plus I only felt the movement in my shoulders so I am content at this position.
