Havoc Cycle What Tamoxifen dosages are recommended

I am running a 4 week cycle of Havoc @ 20/30/30/30 along with Liver Support ,also fish oil and multivitamins. For Post Cycle I plan on using Tamoxifen Citrate along with AI Post Cycle Support does anyone have any suggestions on the Tamox Dosages ? BTW this is my first post and still a NOOB so be gentle please LOL ! I know this is a ongoing discussion and someone probably has a post that will answer my question , i have researched would like some input .
 
id up your havoc to starting with 30+ and maybe longer.

tamox you can do it 20/20/10/10
or i prefer 40/20/10/10

Is nolva and AI Post Cycle enough PCT at 4/4/4/4 and Nolva at 20/20/10/10 so far worst side effect is a headache around 5 pm for past 2 days i think i havent been downing enough water im uppingthat to 1.5 gals a day see if that help , and oily skin but thats it so far , little aggresion too but im aggresive anyway .:newbie:
 
20/20/10/10 is ok. i dosed pre bed and didn't get any sides.
 
I just got done with an epi cycle (same compound as havoc) and I ran my cycle 30/30/30/40. Now I'm quit e sure some people will be against what I am about to say....I used NOVEDEX by Gaspari which is not the real Nolvadex. Reason I did this is the 5a in the chemical compound of Havoc (or epistane) means it cannot armoatise. However When I run my m-drol/11 oxo cycle I will be doing Nolva, Pct Assist, and Some liver care to boot. I am on my last night of Gaspari's Novedex....has been fine no bitch tits, fine energy, retained all my gains in strength and size.....but if you want to use Nolva doesnt hurt being 100 percent safe....good luck have fun Havoc is a great compound
 
this is my first cycle of ds so i want to be 100% safe i know everyone reacts different i am 1 week into the cycle my strength has def. increased cant wait to see the fruits of my hard work i am also doing HST program i am on week 3 of 8 before i go into Strategic Deconditioning . I will prolly go up to 40 on week 4 given no neg sides arise .

Right sure I will ! Will be reporting performance increase as well as gains hoping no neg sides no headaches today increased to 30 mg I think I will bump to 40 on last week wonder if going to 50 on last week will give that extra ooooopf

Week 1 205Lbs
3 days into Week 2 already at 208.5Lbs
 
You've got it covered, you can always notch the dosage if its not enough. You need to be careful epi PCT.

Yes i wanted to be goldenon PCT i dont know how the compound will treat me so i wanted all my bases covered which i belive i did my homework and covered them all dont want Gyno for sure. Plus i that kickstart to my Test i have read is a must during PCT.
