KLEEN Stays STOKED! between stacks. (Sponsored)

Let me ask this for anyone who has done the Zerchers, which do you feel hit the quads better Zerchers or Front Squats?

Let me ask this for anyone who has done the Zerchers, which do you feel hit the quads better Zerchers or Front Squats?

Argument #1: Zercher squats ("off the floor") look like a lot of wasted energy. I suppose if "fitness" and burning calories is your primary goal, then movements like Zercher Squats or Thruster Squats are great complex, compound movements, but if hypertrophy of your quads, glutes & hams are your primary concern, then front squats are more effective.

I would do Zerchers ("Off the floor") if you were preparing for a strongman, but not so much for bodybuilding, or more specific, optimal hypertrophy of the legs.

Argument #2: Rack Zerchers. Main difference between Rack Zercher and Front squat would be core stimulation. The higher up on the body the resistance is, the more core and general stability is being activated. With the Zercher being held down at the mid-line of the body, you may be utilizing more of your energy toward the lift, as oppose to stability.

Supp Argument #2: If you're trying to eliminate some of the wasted energy on stability and intense core contraction from balancing a weight that high up on your body, then do a machine. However, you mentioned your primary issue with front squats is the wrist flexibility, which I think you should just do the cross-arm version as I do with front squats, but if it's Clean grip with issues or Zerchers without issues, I guess Zercher, but I pick Zerchers with apprehension, as the cross-arm front squat would be my primary suggestion.

Makes sense, I have a hard time on either version of front squat I do, I always want to lose the bar when crossed. Maybe I just need bigger anterior delts to give em a bigger shelf to sit on. That and the bar chokes me a little on that. I guess while I am stuck slow I can try that grip if it should be easier. I am sure it is a form issue regarding the bar wanting to either roll off the front of my shoulders or choke me out during the lift. So the lighter weight with slow reps makes this an optimal time to get my form down on this lift.

The bar won't choke you out, just feels like it sometimes. You'll got good at it soon enough. Just keep doing it and it will come then your going to wonder why you ever resisted them.

If the bar feels like it's going to roll out then it might be an issue of the form. You may already be aware of this, but I'll bring it up for 411 sake. The back squat you sit down into the squat with the hips dipped way back and the butt sticking rather far out, causing a front tilt of the torso. However, you don't sit back into the squat with a front squat, but rather almost straight down and an almost perfectly erect torso. That's the main issue I can think of, because if your positioning the bar in the appropriate place, and it still feels like its slipping, it could be your performing your squat closer to a torso-tilted back squat, as oppose to a very erect torso front squat. You could also need to elevate your elbows slightly higher on the vertical plain to keep it nice & tucked if it's not the form.

Ever tried a barbell hack squat? It's basically a reverse dead lift, only rather then the driving force coming from the posterior chain, it's coming from the anterior chain aka heavy focus on the quads.

I used to do them after front squats and they're murderous. The fatigue builds quickly because you have to launch from a dead stop at the bottom. The absence of the assistance with the stretch shortening cycle in regular squats is really noticeable.

Thanks Volc, I imagine it is the form. I am probably trying to sit back into the squat. Yes I have done the BB Hack Squat and I love it. All though that 500 lb one is insane! I will stick with the Front squats and learn the motion. I love anything core activating by the way. I saw you mention about that part. I choose my exercises almost all standing to make sure I always have to work core. Keeps functional strength higher.

Final Review, STOKED about STOKED!

Well guys the end has come on this run and it have been a very fun one. I came into this not expecting much out of STOKED! other than simply keeping my libido elevated and hormones optimized via the Resveratrol in it. Well I was pleasantly surprised when 4-5 days after starting STOKED! and having stopped a natural test booster stack of TNA and TForce I found myself getting some new pimples and I had renewed aggression and Alpha Male mentality again. I was truly surprised by this like I said I was only planning to use this as an in between stacks optimizer but had grossly underestimated STOKED! as a stand alone Testosterone Booster. I thought these feelings may subside just as quickly as they arose but they did not. I have had to wash my face twice a day to keep the extra oil at bay. My libido has remained off the chain this entire run. I have been injured and not able to reallypush any heavy weight in the gym. This is one of those moments you kind of wonder why someone is using a test booster when they can't really go hard in the gym. Well inspite of my diet going bad and my workouts being less intense I started the month just about 199 lbs and a little over 8% and finished 201 lbs with just under 8% so I must have gained a little LBM and lost some fat in spite of my looser eating and less intense workouts. To me this speaks volumes about the supplements abilities. I will also definitely be running this one the last month of my prep to help keep me dry taking advantage of it's AI properties.

Unfortunately I can not give you any reading on strength gains as I was not training for strength during this run. I was simply trying to maintain and heal up some injuries and I slightly improved my composition in the process. However with adding some mass while not pushing extremely hard to do so I would expect strength gains to be good as well.

Would I recommend this product to others? Absolutely, as a stand alone test booster, or a powerful addition to any natty test boosting product.

Would I purchase and use again? Yes Definitely as I stated above I will be using this again during my prep.

Who would I recommend this product too? That is easy, any male who wants to add muscle, increase strength, possibly drop some extra sub-q water or perform better in bed. The Icaarin in this is very strong regarding producing powerfull erections. Basically any male over the age of 30 who wants to remember what 19 felt like again. Anyone coming off of a cycle trying to naturally increase their own testosterone production.

awesome review from one of the all time most trusted loggers!!! Great job Kleen!!! You already sold many of us on this great product!!! Look forward to your next run!

Then you should try over-head squats. You can't use enough weight to detrimentally effect the freshness of your legs for performing your front squats afterward, it's a thorough warm up for your legs if anything, but the core stimulation is outrageous. Your traps & shoulders also get a special kind of stimulation from the prolonged static contraction. The biggest issue with the over-head squat is shoulder flexibility, which I had none, but it came rather quickly. So far, I max out my over-head squats with 25's and that's for 5 reps range.

I love core/functional strength myself.

Thanks Major! I would have liked to have more tangible results here but with injuries and on again off again diet and all that I just didn't have that many measurable results to give a better feel of the product. There really are soo many things you can use this with that it would improve the outcome of the stack it was added in to.

I have done these with a barbell are you talking about doing them with dumbbells? I bet that would make it way harder on your shoulders since your arms would want to sway not having a common point of pressure...

Nice review and quality log to follow along. A lot of good information have been discussed in here.

Thank you Sir, I will be posting up a new one soon and put the link in here.

Hey Kleen, how did you like T-Force? I just started it yesterday. I have enough to run 4 caps for "6.42857...." weeks. I know my max is 8 weeks, so if I were to add something else, I'd have to do it quick. I'll look up TNA right now, with the assumption that was something you stacked (unless informed otherwise).

tangibles????!!! You recomped and it was an unexpected one. I would rather have THAT than a few small weight gains in the iron. You worked around multiple injuries and increased your LBM while trying nothing but maintenance!!! Not only that, the libido checks and the tutoring of HUNDREDS of readers make you the best of the best!!!!:clap2:
You sir are a man among boys!!! :bow28:

Yes, barbell. Dumbbells would be rough, I'd have to be a break dancing contortionist to pull that off.

TNA was a insiders release for USP Labs. We are hoping they bring it back full time

I liked TForce but don't get to into expecting temper flares or anything like that. It is great on the libido and was pretty good for strength and size. I took TNA starting a week after because TNA only has enough servings in the bottle for 20 days at recomended dose. It is definitely good but honestly right now out of all of the boosters I have tried, I would put my money on TestoPRO if looking for a really good test booster to stack with that. You WILL feel it kick in within the first 4-5 days and it kicks hard. The combination of all of the free test products in it along with the estrgen modulation only allowing positive estrogens should play really well of the TForce and its ability to increase the total serum levels they would play right into each other.

TestoPRO, I will look into that right now. Thanks.

Just purchased some TestoPRO. Will be adding it to my current T-Force run upon arrival :fest30: Appreciate the recommendation.

AMazing review my friend. Stoked sounds like a great addition to any T-boosting stack or as a simple standalone those who are strapped for cash.

Would u recommed dosing Stoked with some fishoil and essentials+joint to take care of any joint tightness one may experience if they decide to up the dosage?

Nice review Kleen. Sounds like Stoked is true blue.

As for the Zercher discussion, I like them. But to add to the possible cons that volc listed, they're murderous on your forearms...once they start to pinch, the pain grows exponentially until you let the weight down.

If you're going to do those, you may want to get a 1x4 plank or something to lay across your forearms.

Excellent, trust me you will love TestoPRO, it surprised me when I first took it.

Absolutely, fish oil is important at all times but any time you are on something that can dry you out. The essentials+jc is great stuff. As a matter of fact I may get another bottle the bromelain in it really helps the bones and joints heal.
Very detailed final review great job on your run.:)
Thanks I appreciate it.

Stoked is definitely the real deal. The formula was originally designed for PCT and was very good at it's job. If it can raise test levels on raisin balls to start, you know it has to work well with fully functioning ones.

Good Looking out on the Zerchers someone else recomended I wrap the bar with a towel while conditioning the forearms for the pain.

Front Squats. But the Zerchers are nice to toss in from time to time for the change. You're not going to be able to sink down deep with the bar in the crook of your elbows on the Zerchers. So it's best to go heavy with them.

Think you'll be pleasantly surprised with this and it's a wise choice for a limited budget. I know you often speak of not having enough cash. Good bang for your buck here.

I think I gained close to 4 lbs of LBM that first month on TestoPro if I remember correctly without going back to look at the log.

I distinctly remember that number and from then on I figured I needed to do some dabbling into TestoPro and test boosters in general. As for dabbling, a classic scene for your enjoyment.

I think that would be easily feasible for me if I weren't on a cut. I'm a natty fat@$$, so gaining is never an issue. I'm just hoping to maintain as much strength and muscularity as possible during my cut, but considering my current pace of 1-1.5lb a week loss, I'm thinking I'll be okay.

I'll probably get my testoPRO in by the end of the week, which I'll have been one week into T-Force. I may invest in a second bottle of testoPRO later, considering one bottle will only last me 30 days and I have a 6.5 week stock of T-Force.

I've got bulk Icariin and PRIME to finish off as a quasi-PCT. I know I don't need it, but I noticed when I came off of RESTORE, my libido hit the floor, so I'll have my bulk Icariin and maybe some MACA on stand by (Along with a quarter bottle of PRIME for strength). I was considering running my Icariin alongside the TestoPRO and T-Force, but I really hated the libido drop after my RESTORE and being a married man, I felt bad for the significant other.

I've massively cut down on eating out to save up supp money. Southern California is a ridiculously over-priced place to live in. Between regular bills, two college loans, one from a private univer$ity, I've considered sitting at freeway exits with a cardboard sign, WILL WORK FOR SUPPS.

New Log Up!

Where did everybody go? Well hopefully over here where I am now...
