cutting cycle? CREATINE?

Im going to be starting a cutting cycle after a good 3 months of bulking and was just wondering is creatine good to use for a good cut? During my cutting cycle i eat really clean and eat alot of protein. Just wondering if creatine is a good supplement to throw in there for cutting?

I've heard so many mixed opinions on this subject, which you will too if you search it out. I wasn't using creatine during my cut because I didn't want to hold water or bloat, but a few posts I read said the water is in the cells, not between the skin, so it doesn't look like bloat, just swollen muscles. Someone also recommended CEE to prevent that. I can let you know how it goes, I just need some extra energy while I'm cutting and I had a bottle of EFX all american left over so I guess it won't hurt to try it.

Personally I now think that if I gain water weight (which is debatable) who cares? It's not like creatine is going to pack fat onto me. I can lose the water weight pretty fast and if it helps me retain strength and keep up the hard work, then that's awesome. I'm interested to see my results because I blew up with creatine when I first started using it, then the effects tapered off. I have been off the stuff for months now, so fingers crossed.

If you're resistance training, then creatine should be a STAPLE SUPPLEMENT, IMO, so, yes, you should be using it.

Creatines main benefit is to give you lean muscle, so why not use creatine on a cut.

Creatines main benefit is to give you lean muscle...

This is INaccurate. Although creatine use can INdirectly aid in muscle gain, the purpose of creatine is to help your body to RESYNTHESIZE ATP, which helps re energy during anaerobic exercise.
