Thanks i am, this is ridiculous how good this stuff makes me feel over all. More confident, more aggressive (towards the weights) and no sides. Hunger isnt down, no upset stomach, just perfection.
 
Day 10 legs/calves

This is my last day half ass-ing my log. I just picked up a little notepad and will be logging my complete diet and time i eat, and exact training routine. Quick insight about squats today, usually i struggle with 135lbs 8-10 b!tch reps for 4 sets. Today i hit all 4 sets deep as HELL. Set 1 busted out 14 at 135lbs, set 2 busted out 12 at 155lbs, set 3 busted out 9 with 185lbs, then set 4 135lbs for another 10. Not heavy for you guys, but i couldnt believe i hit that so easily...ridiculous. I love this stuff.

Weight- 189.4lbs

Agreed. Even when cals and carbs start to get a little higher than maintenance, the gains stay real "clean" on Halo IME

Ill give you a basic daily meal plan for me to give you an idea how many carbs im taking in

Breakfast- 2 servings of cereal+milk

intra workout- 1 scoop sizeon v2 (40g carbs/7g protein)

halway through workout- 44g whey protein + 25g waxy maize

postworkout- 44g whey protein + 25g/50g waxy maize + 1/2 cup of ground oatmeal

2 hrs after postworkout- 2 hard boiled eggs + 2 potatoes (butter/sour cream)

2 hrs after that - 2 hard boiled eggs + 2 potatoes (butter/sour cream)

usually 2 hrs after that Dinner #1 (girlfriends house)

2 or 3 hours after that Dinner #2 (my house)

approximately 2 hours after that (prebed) 1/2 cup cottage cheese + packet of peaches and cream oatmeal + 2 tablespoons of olive oil

(this is every day since i started, but it may vary due to boredom lol)
i never eat less, just switch up carb source such as a bagle instead of potatoe. And the dinners are homecooked, not fastfood just so you dont think im hitting up mcdonalds.

I suggest adding more protein to your first breakfast and to your 2 meals after your post workout shake.
 
looks decent but you should look into food combining. starch carbs and proteins should be eating after different times. So eggs and potatoes are no no. need different acidity levels in the stomach to properly digest.

Maybe a breakfast shake first thing in the morning:
2 scoops vanilla pro
1/2 cup oats
1 tblspn peanut butter
add a cup of milk instead of water and 1/2 banana if you feel it's not enough carbs

Then with the 2 meals after your postworkout shake 2 eggs is only 12g protein. If you have 4 whole eggs and 4 whites, that's 36g protein which is more like what you should be shooting for per meal.

Came to say the same thing. To me the protein content is way to strong around workout time, and tapers off throughout the day. If you wanted to stick to eggs, the 4/4 combo should do you well.

Either Way, Great log, can't believe I am just catching it now. Looks like your gains are going great. I will be running a PP cycle later this year, but for now, the bottle of Superdrone-LV will just stare back at me when I reach for my supplements. I'm just glad I grabbed one pre-discontinuation.
 
yo bro with ur breakfast cereal if u dont wanna make a shake just mix some whey with ur milk and then mix it in the cereal. and eat 2tbsp PB or 1TBSP of EVOO as a shot. breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day anyway, i eat a 650-750cal breakfast so u should be at least that if not more since ur a lot bigger then me. but great job with this log, looks like ur really killin it and enjoying the halo
 
I'm not a huge fan of food combining, but if it works then who am I to argue? :D I just add alkalising foods to a meal to reduce the acidity.
 
thanks for the input guys, i had a whey shake in water with my breakfast this morning, cut out the intra shake of 44g whey/25g waxy and had a 44g whey/75g waxy post workout. Ill be having my other scoop of whey pre bed in milk. I will add a banana to my breakfast from now on and 2 tblspoons of peanut butter twice a day to my eggs/potatoes. 8 eggs a day is a sh!tload, and i hate wasting yolks lol. If i dont gain another 8lbs by sunday i'll up the eggs to 8.

Chest day input. I warmed up with 135lbs bench press for 12 reps, rested a minute then easily put up 205lbs which i consider a PR because my spotter didnt touch the bar. Turinabol -LV is so good, i guarantee at least a weight of 210lbs and a max bench of 225lbs by the end of cycle. Which is nuts in my opinion, i was hoping for a 10lb gain....silly me. I keep forgetting my notepad lol, im too amped to get to the gym and tear it up. I'll make sure i bring it tomorrow.

Weekend i took it easy on the force feeding.
Weight- stable 190lbs (time to get that up)

Great results, I'm really curious to see the after pics when all is said and done. You're just making me more and more psyched about my cycle coming up...May can't get here quick enough! Subbed to watch the madness continue.

haha thanks again all, I'm getting so zoned in i keep forgetting my notepad, will bring it today. Nothing weight wise to report, still going strong but have never really focused on strength, just building the muscle. My weight has stayed at 190-191lbs which im happy about, i just started force feeding again yesterday so no weight loss in a week of eating half as usual is great. I know i'll hit 210lbs, and my 225lb bench max. I love the taste of this stuff, and have not noticed any stomach upset. Snapped two pictures of my back yesterday and can see ridiculous improvement. Come time to put up after pictures you guys are gonna want my autograph lol jk..

looks like itll be an easy week to pack on another 10lbs :)
I still cant get over it, i was hoping for a 10lb increase lol, not a 10lb weekly increase.
I hope these pumps never go away, my arms have never been so rock hard 24/7 before.
I just want to thank PP again, i think i've experienced back pumps a couple times but i have scoliosis so lower back tightness isnt unusal, so im not too sure. I think you guys are gonna sh!t when i get my after pictures up. The best part about my weight gain is its been very clean, so far i think im accomplishing what i set out to do, remind people how powerful Turinabol-lv can be while bulking
 
hell yeah man sounds like ur having a blast, hope u have the cash to buy a new wardrobe tho, ur clothes might not fit much longer haha.

Quick chest update, hit 225lbs on the flat bench for 1 rep!!
Then did 2 sets of 205lbs for 4-6 reps!!

I was originally planning on doing a Derma & Form stack later on this summer, but after reading so many positive reviews on Turinabol I think I may have to add this in as well!... Who doesn't want mega gains?! :AR15firing::AR15firing:

Trust me, bulk or cut, Turinabol lv is gonna lean you out, and pack on the muscle, as well as take your strength to a new level. :AR15firing:
 
Day 23 Back/Biceps/traps/forearms

Great workouts since day 1, my focus is through the roof, confidence is up, I feel great about myself, and am actually quite outgoing now in the gym. You guys wont believe these after pictures lol, and im going to continue to log my pct on here as well so you guys can see the muscle i added with Turinabol lv in ripped form. Great product so far, no sides to worry about, no outrageous back acne which im very happy about, and am just loving this cycle.

If im not a stable 200lbs sunday night I'm going to ramp up my diet. On a side note i was looking at the GPLC on primordial performances website and came across their shirts. Those are badass! Wouldnt mind having one to wear around the powerhouse. Back on topic, i have not had an off day since starting Turinabol lv and actually have a few of my buddies looking into it.

sweet, would definitely follow along. The crazy thing is im not taking in an extreme amount of carbs, just more of a scheduled feeding of carbs, so gaining soo much weight has honestly surprised me. I think Turinabol lv is perfect for any hard gainer or 1st timer looking to bulk or cut, very versatile. But you already know that lol and with your planned out nutrition, i think the sky would be the limit for you.
 
Funny you mention that, I am thinking of getting some GPLC, and if I do, it would definitely be in the cart with a shirt and shaker.

Hell yeah! Sounds like a good pct addition for me, The shirt and GPLC. Im pretty sure the shirt alone would help me keep my gains :D

Theres just an example, im gonna start logging everything next week. I know i keep saying it but the last 2 weeks should be good and heavy sets at that. I feel like PP may have been expecting a little more from me..

Day 26 back/traps
Will be doing biceps/forearms tomorrow as well as calves.
Tailbone felt a little tweaked so i did things a little different to confuse the muscles and give my tailbone a tiny break. I finally hit 200lbs!!!! But im hoping to be a stable 200lbs monday morning, then continue building from there.

Weight 200.8lbs!!!!
 
I like the log and think you're doing a good job. Honestly, there's no need to emphasize your exact numbers. But the way you feel, the way you look, enhancements, negative sides, and mentioning maybe 1 or 2 lifts that went up per workout would suffice.

Just a suggestion here, the way I stay committed when I do a sponsored log is to go straight to my log while drinking my post workout shake.

haha, thanks. I do try to do those things when i feel its necessary, although the sides are very minimal if at all. This is my first PH, so i expected the sides to be rather obvious which hasnt been the case. Im sure youll be impressed with the Turinabol if thats the clone you choose.

So im finally waking up and going to sleep at 200+lbs. My appetite is dying lol but not because of the Turinabol, i think im just getting bored. I will be adding in some bagels to replace a couple of my daily potatoes and try to find some other good carbs to replace the dreaded potatoes ive been eating in 4's and 5's daily for the past 4 weeks. Ive decided not to log my workouts to the exact numbers but continue how i have. Im going to hit 225lbs on the bench again tomorrow and possibly hit it twice lol, will report back tomorrow.

Weight- 200lbs
goal- 210lbs (if i hit 210 by sunday i will try to hit 215lbs)
total weight gain thus far +27lbs

side notes
Have happily had a girlfriend for 3 years this july, and what im getting at is libido is higher than before cycle. Lower back is a little tweaked, i believe its mostly due to 27lb weight gain in 4 weeks, twice a week deadlifting, and squats. Very slight testicle sensitivity for a minute or so a couple times a week, nothing unbearable. Taste of Turinabol is addicting, i dont get why i love it so much. Aggression toward the weights is up 10x, in out of gym situations 2x but very controllable. Pumps and overall thickness are ridiculous. No stomach aches or bloating, no hairloss, very slight acne on my back (no facial outbreak).
