XTEND + ALCAR...?

Can I mix bulk ALCAR into my pre-WO of 1.5 scoops Jack3d & 1 serving (2 scoops) Xtend ..

I just want to make sure the ALCAR and XTEND wont compete/ hurt the effectiveness of each other?

Im slowly trying to get off stims completely so eventually I would just like to shake up 1 g ALCAR, 2 scoops BCAA's and call it good.. any .02?

ok great .. i have just read that BCAA's are too be supplemented separately from Whey protein because of the competition between the BCAA's and the other non-essential and essential BCAA's in the WP.... so being that carnitine is classified as an amino, I was hoping they would not "compete" but actually work well in a stack..

i may have this completely wrong, and please correct me if so, its just what i remember seeing in some explanantions of BCAA's and when to/how to dose..
 
That would be a splendid addition. I always make sure to take a good anti-oxidant supplement when taking high doses of ALCAR. Nutra has some nice R-ALA capsules i believe

i already take Glycobol twice daily whose main ingredient is R-ALA.. good enough or buy some standalone?
