MDrol noob(yes i have searched lol) questions

hey all,

Starting a pulse cycle of mdrol next week EOD starting out and 10mgs then bumping it up to 20mg if all is well. Running for 4-5 weeks not sure how long yet. have SERM and support supps.

Few questions:

When should i take the doses considering it has an 8hr half-life? would pre-workout be ideal or first thing in the morning? the first week i figured 10mg pre-workout, but when i bump it to 20mg when should i take it?

i have seen mixed opinions on stuff just looking for clarification!

this is my first time running mdrol btw.
 
what cycles have u done in the past for our info. also age stats bodyfat how long lifting
we need more details. what is ur pct . do u have ur pct . ..

just show us the facts. the layout then we can do an opinion based off that
 
Well, i have no prior PH experience and yes im well aware mdrol is not a great first time cycle to run. However i will go through with it regardless by taking all the proper precautions.

stats: im 24yrs old 6'2 app. 210 right now. very lean not even sure what my bf% is...its low.

Pre loading cycle assist(and running all the way through) and have taurine and some vtiamin D3 also.

Pct is nolva and pct assist and some ATD. will be running pct for 4weeks prolly 30/20/20/10...not sure.

and yes i have all the proper supps on hand currently, starting pre loading cycle assist today actually. had bloodwork checked prior and im all good.

looking to get the best gains out of this pulse cycle with little sides.
 
Diet is on check and i will be eating everything on site and drinking 1.5g+ of water a day.

also forgot i have omega 3's and possibly take ZMA on the days im "off".
 
I would run it 4wks max. .. Mdrol is a fast acting agent so you won't need to run it for very long! i ran it for 3wks solid diet and gained a solid 10lbs haha soo save your liver and hit your pct hard to sustain gains and to keep'm!
 
also dosing i did 10/20/20. . .some do 20/20/20 . . i like the 10/20/20 but its up to you. . each body is different so make sure you take into account how your body reacts to PH's. . . other than that have a great run you'll love the product!! IT WORKS and look for gains during weeks 2-3 i hear that most sides become issue if u extend to 4wks-5wks

Okay while I totally think SD should never be a persons first cycle! But if ur going to do then u can't stop someone.

Would not go EOD. That's not a pulse really. If your going to do it just DO IT!

Go 3 wks. 10/10-20/20
4 wks for ur first cycle and that first cycle being SD would not do it.

And your PCT needs def work! You said "probably". Pct is something u need to nail down.

With SD I would def avoid an ATD. Rebound gyno has been a major issue with SD. If you do use an AI in pct it should be started wk 3 at a low dose then slow ramped up then tapered over a 4-5 wk period. Personally I have started to avoid AIs in pct. Nolva dose the trick. Now let's talk about your serm...
It should be run 40/40/20/20 and often the first 2-3 days you can go 80 to get blood levels up. Something I have been doing recently.

when i said EOD i should have said MWF.

as far as the ATD goes, yah i have crossed that off my list for pct. and will replace with an AI if needed?
