Perfect Pushup Reviews

So I am one of those old school type of people that like to knock out a good 150 pushups when I wake up in the morning... call it habit, call it military ingrained... either way.

Has anyone tried the perfect pushup? Something I was thinking of incorporating if it is actually worth while.

Get 2 chairs, set your legs higher than the chairs. Put either hand on a chair and do push-ups to failure. Full stretch and THEN SOME...

they're def. different but I don't know if I'd buy em. Hell, whatever, yea buy em. I want to now, I haven't used them in a while

feet on a bench, and hands on round DB's. You have to concentrate on keeping them from rolling at the same time as doing pushups. Allows greater stretch as well. You can change the width as well as the angle between your hands. These are a staple of mine.

I bought some at Target for around $15... worth every penny. I use them on a daily basis; it helps take stress off of my shoulders by being able to rotate from an inner to outer grip. I would recommend them for anyone that knows the true value of push-ups.

I was reading there are two different versions, the cheaper ones made for the retail stores I understand are plastic... are your pretty sturdy?

Bought mine from walmart and there plenty sturdy, the workou that comes with them will give tou a hell of a burn

Last summer when I was doing more CrossFit style workouts I hung gymnast rings from a pull up bar, elevated my feet, and did push ups that way. Those things are brutal. Same concept as the DB pushups. You really have to focus on keeping your arms from spreading, plus you can dip below parallel.

I love those... I have the blast straps from Elite, and do those at the gym.

I love my Perfect Pushup, I have two pair and I love doing ring push ups. PP are a lot better then reg push ups, I can do 100 reg push ups but there is no way in hell I will be doing 100 PP's with good form for a long time.

I highly recommend them and if you can find them at wal mart you can get em for around 19.99

A friend of mine bought them and I gave him sh!t for it, but then I tried them and was really impressed. The rotation makes it easy on the shoulders and gives one helluva burn.

i love them..nice change of pace...there are several companies making them now..i think i paid $15 for a pair

Okay, finally got my pair in a week agoish. Been hitting them as often as I can, and can say that they definitely give a completely different burn in a good way. My muscle fibers seem much more stretched after a run through some close grip pushups, normal, and wide.

Definitely happy I purchased them, and now going to test out the fat grips that people are raving about in the other thread.
