Tomahawk Stop Being Stupid (Turinabol LV)

Ya I am trying to decrease the sodium I take in but I dont go out of my way to take in anyway extra. I kill some water. Right now I am up to a gallon but that is going to go up soon.

I wish I had some Formestane LV to low dose but 6-bromo has treated me well in the past. It should get the job done.
 
Honestly bloat is not from the cycle. This stuff doesn't aromatize and is bone dry both times I've run it (hdrol and halovar). Even if it did 3 days in can't be accounted for bloat.

What's your diet like? If I eat a lot if carbs bloat is super obvious on me along with sodium. I feel it may be more related to diet at this point.

Day 5, 3/3
Ya I know all this I just like running 6-bromo lol.
I am taking in too many carbs for the kinda guy I am. Really thinking about hopping back on the Anabolic Diet. I guess I have to go back and read some PMs and emails from someone smarter than myself.

For some reason my stomach went all haywire on me. Reminded me of a night Id love to forget.

So I did workout today. Everything was 3 sets of 10 reps. I did this as a giant set since I didnt exactly have heavy weights.
lateral raises with 20lbs
frontal raises with 20 lbs
standing db presses with 50lbs
db upright rows with 50lbs
shrugs with 50lbs(15 reps)
Nothing too special just trying to keep from going insane.

Water intake was about a gallon and a half which I know is a lot lower than usual. I might check it again tomorrow to get a more accurate idea.
 
To help make me sleepy I use calmsforte. Its available at gnc, vitamin shoppe. Ive used Powerfull for a good nights rest and better recovery.
 
I am going back on the Anabolic Diet because I had a lot of success with it before. Time to buy LOTS of meat.
 
Looks like I wont be working out today. Feeling that on cycle sickness everyone knows and loves. Plenty of sleep tonight and then going shooting tomorrow. Hopefully I can get a ride to the fitness center somehow or another.

chin ups
bent over db rows
pull ups
single arm db rows
curls

Went and lifted at a GYM! It really reminded me y I loved lifted there so much. Started off with rack pull the highlights were 520 for 4 reps and 550 for 1 rep. Never came close to deadlifting that much before and usually my deads are higher than my rack pulls. Borrowed a friends lifting straps and now I think I am going to get myself a pair. Then did pull ups which were pitiful with this extra weight. Followed by dumbell rows with 95lbs for 10 reps which were light. Then finished off with lat pull downs for higher reps.
 
good stuff :). keep hitting the gym man. you wont regret it, esp since you will be recovering faster on cycle

3/7, Day 9
A friend of mine who powerlifts is back in town from UGA for the week so I will actually have someone to drive me to the fitness center and lift with. Went today and did chest. Felt great and had a good workout.

Flat dumbells went up to 100 for 10 and 115 for 5(ya that is the gap in weights)
fat gripped incline press 155 for 12, 10, 8 lol
floor presses 225 for 8,8,8, then 245 for 4
pec deck 130 for 12, 12 super slow and squeeze at top then 245 for 7 reg
fat gripped seated french press 70 for 8,10,10

On this cycle I have been super tired all the time. I am regularly taking naps to get through the day. On 3/6 I was at a bar b q for a friends birthday. After eating and all while they were talking I just made myself comfortable and took a nap before we went and saw "The Crazies." (A friend of mine told me about extra castings for the movie because it was being filmed in GA SUPER close by us. I wish I would have atleast gone would have been bad ass to be able to say I was in a film lol.)

A buddy of ours was doing deadlifts next to us with 545(10 over my previous max) I decided to give it a go and got it. Later I told him he should add some weight and he said he would if I tried it. So I borrowed his belt and tried 585. I got it about as close as u can without actually locking it out. I am a lot closer to 600 than I though.

I felt great during my workout. I am def feeling it now.

what type of style do you life with? power or bodybuilder

I usually do more bodybuilding but I think I am going to start leaning more towards powerlifting. It suits my strengths better. I mean being like 5'6" or however short I am is great for powerlifting. Plus I love to squat and deadlift. Notice how I didnt put up how much I bench lol.

Wow my back is really starting to feel it lol.

Well I actually added a little something something at the start on workout days so I have had an initial weight gain. I didnt want to wait till week 3 to start making gain.
 
Well the little something might be a blue pill filled with 10mg of SD, 10mg of Phera, and 25mg of Halodrol. Can anyone guess the name of this something something?

Lol I know trust me. I preach against it a lot which is y I neglected to mention it up until now. I dont think beginners should stack 3 methyls but I have a bit of experience under my belt.

I am taking only 1 cap on work out days. In addition to Cycle Support by AI I am also taking Liver Juice by PP. I thought this over a while before I decided to do this. I plan on getting a few more bottles of Liver Juice to run after cycle just to be safe.
 
just my .02 No one should ever stack methyls for more than a week on a bridge. These steroid ****tails scare the hell out of me and why people are ending up in the emergency room.
 
I agree that is y I am low dosing it and cutting it short if anything seems out of place. I am just doing this bc I had some Decabolen that I got for free and my Turinabol LV isnt going to kick in for atleast a week. Plus it isnt a sponsored log so I can do a little bit of experimenting without skewing a companies promotion.

3/9 Day 11
Worked shoulders with my powerlifting friend today. We used fat gripz on a number of things so the numbers were a bit lower. Some of these are rough guesses since I didnt write down my workout.
Military press: 165*9, 185*4
Shrugs: just kept going up on smith machine
Rear delt cable flyes: just did them till I couldnt anymore hell on my hands
Circus press: 70*6, 80*5, 100*1
Abs

I ripped the skin off my right hand hopefully it will close up and heal pretty soon. My left eye is twitching some but that is often the case when I dont sleep enough or push myself a little too hard.

I know I am glad my friend brought them. 1st time using them and I might have to pick some up. I have an ok grip but it holds me back on deads some.

We used them on military and circus presses(was rough).

Insane on curls but you can use them on anything, works forearms and grip like nothing else. They can also increase your strength if you use it on different exercises for a bit then go back. They make everything tougher and a good shock.
 
I told my wife I wanted Fat Gripz and the Iron Gym (pull up bar) for my b-day. Here she thought all I wanted was supps. I can't wait since grip holds me back on deads too, can't get past 455...

Good luck with the cycle man. I hope you can finish it strong, I just worry about stacking the harsh methyls at the front of a 6 week cycle. Just thinking about your poor liver not getting a break for 6 weeks makes kittens cry. Might want to throw in some Liv 52 for good measure, that stuff rocks and it's cheap.

Use lots of neosporin. I used to row crew and always had blisters on my hands that would tear, and neosporin helped the most, especially overnight (don't try super glue, bad idea...)
 
I have the Iron Gym pull up bar. It isnt too bad. Putting a little wear on my doorframe. U can see marks where it is set but Im not exactly "light" and my house is a bit old. I am taking a dose of Liver Juice by Primordial Performance at night. (Make sure u r using enough legs when u r deadlifting far too many people try to use way too much back. I personally just power the sh1t out of the weight lol.)

Ya I am putting plenty on. Just wondering how it will hold up today for deadlifts. Wasnt planning on trying super glue lol.
 
just added dead back into my routine. the fat grips will grain grip strength? is that what i am hearing. Proper bar placement in on the fingers correct?

Felt a bit tired throughout the day bc I woke up a little too early. Ended up having to take a nap before working out. I ate carbs preworkout even though I shouldnt have but chinese food on cycle is so good other than that I ate great.

Workout:
Deadlift: Got 565 no belt pretty good had a bit of a headrush but nothing too crazy.
Pull up: have gotten so much harder since adding weight. Will start doing this more often at home to build them back up so I can have my BACK back.
1 Armed DB row with right angled elbow: 90*10, 100*10, 115*10, 125*8
High pulls with fat gripz: 180*8,9,10,9

I really think I am going to get some Fat Gripz for myself.
 
i just ordered fat grips. also one other thing to look into Tom are versa gripz. They are amazing on back day.

Decided to max on bench today. Thought it was about 300 so what did I do? Put 315 on the bar and got it! It actually felt relatively easy. I havent benched this much in a while. I went up to 335 and that was too much. So when I tried 325 I was already spent.

I guess I have to set a new goal lol.

Lock outs: 225: I was real weak on this and I couldnt finish my press. I think I need to focus on this more since my tris have always been a little bit behind.

Lol no I didnt. I tried the 325 but didnt get it. I THINK if I would have tried 325 after 315 I would have gotten it.

Went and did rack pulls with my friend again at the GYM. Did 555 for 4 reps and stopped before 5 because back was starting to round.
Pull ups (strict form): 4 sets of 4
neck presses on smith machine: 3 sets of 15 with 105 lol 2 sets of 12 with 155 lol
1 arm DB rows: 3 sets of 12 with 95lbs
Lat pull downs: 3 sets of 15 and Idk how much weight.

It was another good workout. I plan on adding neck presses into my chest workouts again. I left the gym so pumped. Back felt good and the weights were light focusing on form and getting a good pump.

Sides: I couldnt facking cum. It felt like I was going on and on forever. At one point I was about to give up but then :439:
 
Ok in case I forgot to mention. I am taking Liver Juice by Primordial Performance at night for added liver support. I highly recommend it. Only an extra $19 for some quality liver support.
 
regarding your side, i had the same problem on Methadrol (SD clone) i could bang for ever but never finish. was really f-in annoying

Taking today off too. It feels like I lost more than just 1 hour of sleep plus lack of ride to workout. Will probably do P90X shoulders and arms tomorrow unless I can find a ride to the fitness center.

indianapolis has a place called nifs-national institute for fitness and sports. this place is freaking huge with every possible piece of equipment known to man. i have been using the neck machines and really feel like my overall strength has increased since i have been doing this. i highly recommend you continue to work on strengthening the neck.
