Running Var for 6 wks at 30mgs ED. Still not sure if I'll split the dose or not.


Clomid

Day 1: 300 mgs ED
Days 2-8: 100 mgs ED
Days 9-15: 50 mgs ED

Need any adjustments? Opinions?

a bump after 30 minutes will get u nowhere....be patient.

honestly the cycle looks bad. 30mg of var is way too little. ppl get decent results with 40mg ed of legit human grade var. if its UGL then id stick to 50-60mg ed.

clomid dose is way to high. and why 15 days? do it right man, come on.

50mg of clomid for a minimum of 3 weeks is fine for a PCT

and 50mgs of clomi 4 weeks will be good for a pct.

and, why are you running var so low and solo? I ran it 50mgs 8 weeks and results were good but for the price I paid for it I wont be using it any time soon.

Any recommendation on split dosing the Var or Clomid?
 
Personally, if you're running Var at 30mg ED... then I think you're PCT is fine. I bet you a simple test booster would do fine.

It's not like your running anything over the top here. You're running a ladies cycle here.
 
Var has been shown to shutdown even in low dosages, though it is mild.

40-60mg is where I would be minimum. Loved it back in the day at this level stuffs sick.

Do a real 4 week PCT and use lower dose as suggested. 300mg is high 100/50/50/25 would be fine. Could prob get away with 50 throughout.
 
you will only feel/see results var after 4 to 5 weeks, i ran mine for 8 at 40mg/day
can you get nolva? Clomid is harsh
but if thats all you have then
100/50/50/25
 
Ive run 4 week cycles of Var and they were very great cycles for hardening up and strength with some lowering fat percentage. Along with some lean LBM. Wish it wasn't so crazy expensive anymore.
