I try to find anyway I can get some natty PB into my meals!!
Lately before bed, I have been using 1/2 - 1 Cup LF Cottage Cheese, 1 - 1.5 Scoops WP, 2 tbs Natty PB, and SF Smucker's Strawberry Preserves (when I need a couple more carbs I'll use a few frozen, unsweetened Strawberries instead (throw in the microwave for 20 - 30 sec to half-way thaw them)
PB & J Protien Snack..
