For the holiday sale you guys split my order up since Leviathan Reloaded and another product was also waiting to come in, I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. Samples were in every order as well. :D I also want to say big props for the IForce Maximize pricing, 2 scoops gave me a workout I never forgot since I didn't take any preworkout powders for a good 2 months or so. I think I'll take the deal on that 5lb Chocolate PB Myofusion either today or tomorrow.

did you have to put in a request for the samples or did they automaticlly include them with your order?
 
during the holiday it was truly a first come first serve basis. I know I didnt get anything during my holiday order, however, I was never overly concerned with samples

I know it might be Petty or whatever but samples mean alot to me. I get to try something new and it's like I get a little extra for my money. Make me feel wanted.

I alwayys ask for them and almost always get them to. Samples make me happy. :)
 
Ando, we always strive to provide the best customer service possible. I feel that's what sets us apart from our competition. We try to establish a relationship with each customer. (a platonic relationship that is) As far as samples go, we rely on our suppliers for the samples. When we get some in, we send them out. During the holiday sale, our supply of samples could not keep up with the sales volume. If anyone felt left out because they did not get any, I certainly apologize.

It certainly doesn't hurt to make a comment on your order asking for samples though. If we have some you'll get some.
