i agree 100%, it's great to be able to share like this when you find something good like oep. kinda cool when other people know what you are experiencing.

Speaking of that I am really wondering what the USP re-release is going to be. Some test booster for a limited run.

i didn't even know they released a test booster?

We don't know what it is yet Jacob is keeping us in suspense... Fugger!!

Yah glad your loving the OEP as much as me, one of the best products I have ever used. Yah I enjoyed my cardio this morning...

Sounds like it is real potent stuff. I remember that feeling. In my high school days I was a member of the cross country team. On non meet days he would take us to a street that had one whopper of a hill. We had to sprint to a telephone pole then 1/2 speed to the next then sprint and on it goes. After about 1 hour of that it was on wow. I think the coach use to get off watching some of us having to duck into the woods to blow chunks. I believe the coach called this training "fart licks"

Just in case nobody corrected that -- the training method is named 'Fartlek'. :)
Check wikipedia for Fartlek and you'll find it, anyone who's interested.

In late. Best of luck Kleen!

I didn't either, was before my time using them.

Yeah it is cool to have cardio be easy and almost fun. I even find it easier to read a book during cardio with the OEP. Right the email just said a re-release and hinted towards a test booster. I suggest if you are not already that you join the USP Labs Inner Circle at USPLabsdirect.com if you want to be privi to these releases. i dont even think non members will get the option to purchase this one. Either way great deals on the products.

I hooked him up for you Snag, and yes, I totally agree with his statement!

up 2lbs at morning weigh in, but no problem i am used to that when i cut- next weigh in i might be down 5lbs, my weight will fluctuate like that 1st 2 weeks on a cut. oep is still kicking ass. todays jam was allman brothers band 'the anthology. i went through entire 1st cd-whipping post, midnight rider, dreams, elizabeth reed- and my all time favorite 'one way out-it don't get no better than that.

Nice choice there BigT on the music! Same way with me on a cut, if I have too much water around my carbs I will be up 2 pounds the next day, then down 3 after that... Sounds like OEP is working for you, how is the visible fat loss, noticeable yet?

very noticeable, jeans are loose-have to wear belt to keep em up. allman bros rock-'one way out' is just too cool.

You gotta love that BigT!

Day 10- General update

I am looking much better in my opinion. I don't know how much the camera will catch because a lot of the improvement is Visceral fat that has definitely come down. Although my bodyfat was not high, I was getting thick waisted. Well now even though my abs have only minimally improved the size and shape of my abdominal region has improved greatly. You will see when I put pics up in 2 days. Wonder what changes will occur before then...

Anyway today was great was a weight workout and OEP provided ALL of the energy for it because I was tired! I was just dripping sweat by the end of my squats. Was awesome. Like I said on training days I take 2 ReCreate and 1 OEP before the gym I use the ReCreate to keep catabolism down while fasted training. Man I love USP stuff!

From the sounds of it you are doubling my cardio tomake up for not having ReCreate. I really don't do too much cardio. 3 45 minute sessions a week for me. I will do some walking and what not at lunch time, not true cardio as I get closer to the show and it is sunny so I can work on my tan while outside. Otherwise I never do that much. My whole time alottment for cardio per week is 2.5 hours, you did 5 minutes shy of 2 hours in one session. Cardio Beast!!!!!

different goals, my friend. i am trying to get 2 cardio's in everyday when time allows. i am subbing 2 cardio's a week just to get some lifting in, but my main goal is just cutting down to weight i was when i started trt-210. oep is a blessing, you won't believe how hard it is to cut cals on test-appetite was insane.

Yeah I am just trying to cut fat as quickly as possible without losing any of my LBM. Of course being low carb you take a percieved loss in LBM at the begininning but it just fills right back up with carbs, muscle fibers didn't go anywhere or actually ger smaller just holding less water and glycogen. So I don't really count that as a loss. I am glad my workout allows me to do less cardio due to the fact it is basically Weighted HIIT training.

For sure, I am definitely not knocking you way, it is obviously working and well at that.
2 days till pics, eh Kleen?
keeping us in suspense, wth.. :nono:

Well you know I figure a nice 2 week marker. Sat take some pics then I do my first carb up since I started and will take pics of me full as well just to see how I am progressing. I gotta get into your shape first I think I am a week or two behind you to get down where you are now at my current rate. Almost nervous to take bodyfat cuz I know it will show a LBM loss from lower carbs, glycogen yada yada yada. I just hope not enough to leave me close to same percentage, that would kind of suck a lil. However I KNOW I have lost fat so I kind of doubt it. That and I will have the carbed up comparison the next day so it should reflect s more accurate picture of what has transpired since I was full of glycogen when I started the diet.

yeah, 2 weeks is a good mile-marker.
and Chris - pleeeez don't start tripping this early on with the #'s game! :squint:
you know the drill, and you know what to do. I understand the progression of the log bit, but the results will show out when it's all said and done, of that I am sure. ;)
no need to raise cortisol levels unnecessarily.

LOL, the cortisol part, too funny. You are definitely right, I am not overly worried about it because this will be the only drop I have like this. I expected it. I expect anywhere between 3-4 lbs total lbm just in water and glycogen but I aint tripping more explaining it to the onlookers who haven't been through it. So they do not mistake it for true muscle loss and think OEP and Recreate part of a problem when in fact they are part of the solution.

Hard not to second guess yourself during all this... my case is that I gained a pound this week but the mirror tells me that I lost about 2 lbs of fat. You say to yourself how's that possible on a calorie deficit. It's about this time where I have to get confirmation from the wife that I'm not losing my mind.

Taking rogress pics every 2 weeks also helps out quite a bit. Well it does for me. People who love me consider my feelings but my camera doesn't. It only shows me what is there so I trust it more. Easier to self assess. I am still rifling through all of mine and I am so glad I have them from every 2 weeks so I have a point of reference. I knew you would put on some LBM at the begining of the SWOLE stack even in cal deficit. It was pretty much inevitable. That is one hell of a Test stack. I loved it. I wish USP would come out with a new T booster. I would be in heaven. Oooo next Tuesday hurry up Daddy is curious!!

Day 11 Cardio and Abs

1 OEP, 1 Recreate, 10 grams bulk BCAAS due to moderately high intensity cardio.

Elliptical on interval setting 45 minutes 140-160 BPM 558 cals Noice! Loving that OEP, dripping sweat. So smoooooth too!

Abs crunch machine, 170x12, 170x 11, 120x15
2 sets of 30 knees up crunches in sauna.

Great cardio workout very challenging. Still seem to be tightening up just as planned.

Mine are on a web cam with a 5 second delay, I just try to take them from same angle and same spot a lot so that it is at least consistent. That way I can take several shots without bothering the wife. I put the camera even with me and sometimes under me so I can see what the judges will see when I am above them on stage.

It could be worse, in my case I have no one to take pics!

A counter top and a digital camera with 10 second delay? Put it in same spot everytime, and stand in same place same lights on. Is it a pain? Yes, is it worth it? Definitely! I did some serious rigging on my stuff to get pics. LOL Stuff on tables, on top of punching bags. LOL

Hey pics wont post, I wanna spend time with my gorgeous wife I am out update tomorrow...

down 9lbs today-sinuses are some better, did 45 minutes cardio. aerosmith 'get your wings' is just as good as i remembered it to be. lord of the thighs, baby. oep is still rockin.

Good man my friend.:)
Why thank you Sir hope you had a great weekend!

down 9lbs today-sinuses are some better, did 45 minutes cardio. aerosmith 'get your wings' is just as good as i remembered it to be. lord of the thighs, baby. oep is still rockin.

Excellent results man! Wow, keep killing it Big T! Love me some Aerosmith too!

Day 15 - OEP is rocking the house!

My groin is a little sore and my glutes are annoying me so I opted for the recumbant bike today. Of course this means the work is twice as hard for less calories burned. I was huffing and puffing on some of those hils and yet 45 minutes later only 359 calories burned. Now it wouldn't be a big deal if it was all slow and go today, but man I was pushing those darn pedals and for 359 calories. WHAT??? Oh well it was better for my body.

OEP - Hot! Hot! Hot! I just have to mention how much I sweat this morning and I only took 1 OEP and 1 Recreate. I was dripping nonstop. I actually rang out my shirt and my shorts after my workout before putting them back in my gym bag if that tels you anything. Just drenched, but never an over stimmed feeling. Smooth sailing, but sailing along indeed. So far I am very pleased with this. I also expect my LBM to level off or turn around and start coming back up with my planned dietary changes listed at the end of this post.

Oh yes I did take some pics but they would not upload for some reason. Not too much of a difference as you can tell the abdomen skinfold only went down 1 mm while the marked change was in my legs and outer chest both losing 2 mm on the skin fold. My skin looks tighter around the chest, arms and legs but my stomach looks pretty much the same. Oh well they don't start to comeout until about 8% so I have at least 1 more lb of fat to lose and the abs will begin to show more. I don't forsee my thigh or chest moving down much until my abdomen skinfold hits about a 12 mm mark.

Stats - update
Beginning 206lbs 10% Chest 7mm, Abdomen 17mm, Thigh 7mm
206x.10= 20.6 lbs fat
206-20.6 =185.4 LBM

Current,
Depleted weight 199 lbs
Weight after 150 gram carb refeed no water for liquid for 90 min before and none after. 200.25 lbs.
Chest 5 down 2 mm, Abdomen 16 down 1mm, Thigh 5 down 2mm = 8.5%
200.25x8.5 =17.02125 Lbs Fat
200.25-17.02 = 183.23 LBM

Fat lost = 3.58 - I am pleased with this, just under 2 lbs a week is a very good loss.
LBM Loss = 2.17
Like I said I am attributing most of this if not all to loss of glycogen and water weight. I even said on here somewhere I expected between 2-4 lbs of LBM loss due to this. Losing only 2.17 lbs of LBM, I am on the low end of that and that is fantastic! Even with a 150 gram carb refeed I would not be able to fill my muscle back up sufficiently but I am doing them in steps to see what effects each level of carbohydrate refeeds does to my body. I think with 300-600 grams of carbs over the course of a day I would be able to add another 2 lbs to my current LBM just in glycogen and water. I will be testing different levels on weekend refeeds as I go along to find what is best for me.

Planned dietary changes this week. I will be adding in 50 grams carbs to Post weight workout meal in the form of 3/4 cup oats and 1/8 cup raisins. After my cardio I will add 25 grams carbs in the form of 1/2 cup of oats. Fat will be adjusted for the caloric difference that meal. Now that I know my body is used to burning fat for energy again I can add these in without effecting the shift of energy to carbs, while staying fuller and having some carbs available for my workouts. I will also add in 25 grams of carbs when I do train in MMA or just Karate to replenish those stores for the following mornings workout.

Yah I was a pretty big Aerosmith fan back in the day, I am actually using one of their more modern songs for my routine.

9 fuggin lbs!! you kiddin me!! I know the fat is melting off me as well but not 9 lbs in what 10 days!! :squint:

hey kleen, if you only take 1 oep before workout are you taking 2 more split up through the day or just 1?
