I am starting my cut on Monday and have a few OEP questions.

My plan for the first phase of my cut was stacking:

OEP: 8 weeks, starting with 1-1 and increasing as needed up to 2-2
Glycobol: 8 weeks, 2-2


My questions are:

1. Should I throw in Recreate as well? I like that it is non-stim, and was wondering if you guys have gotten good results with it.

2. USP sugguests that OEP be taken for 8 weeks at a time. Do you guys agree with this, or should I go for longer? My cut is going to last 12 weeks, and I already have a supp plan for the final 4 weeks, but was wondering if I should continue OEP a little longer.

More than likely you will NOT need 2-2 dosing on OEP, 3 a day is plenty. For the most part most people stick with 1-1.
Especially if you decide to throw in Recreate you can do 1/1 OEP/RC in the am and the sam in the afternoon
 
I have not noticed too much of a drop in energy and I am at the 8 week mark now. I have not been doing regular cardio or weightlifting the past couple weeks due to injuries and illness it has become more sporatic. I also increase cals quite a bit during this time and ReCreate and OEP kept the fat off me while eating more and not burning as many cals.

I would definitely use ReCreate and OEP together, they compliment each other very well and attack fat from completely different sides of the spectrum. I think you could use both for 12 weeks without issue but would definitely want to take off after that going into the 12 week time frame youi may need to gu up to that 2-2 starting the 8th week if the plan is to continue. I am sure the 8 week period is to limit attenuation.

I'll probably wait and see how my body reacts to the OEP. If I feel like I need to drop a few more Lbs, then I'll go past 8 weeks. I'll be throwing in RC as well now. Can't wait to get shredded!

Yeah the combination of the thermogenesis releasing fat into the bloodstream, and then the forslean in RC to preferentially burn that fat for energy is a nice combo. If you add in some Glycobol, Anabolic Pump, Yellow Gold or another Berberine containing sup you will make it even more synergystic due to the effect berberine has on the fat cells by turning off the glut4 uptake reaction in the fat cells, the fat floating around your blood stream can not be redeposited as easily, so it stays in the blood for the forslean to use as energy, and what isn't used since it can't be stored is excreted in the urea. That is a the kind of synnergy that makes some pretty cool things happen to your composition.

Damn Bro, you know your S#!t. Im guessing due to the fact that both RC and OEP contain caffeine, that Jack3d or another PWO would not be smart. Thinking about maybe using some Hemo instead.

OEP and and RC both have caffeine but in a very low dose to be honest.
You could still use Jack3d preworkout, just lower the dose to like one scoop.
In my experience 1-2 ReCreate, 1 OEP and 1-1.5 scoops of Jacked is fuggin phenominal!!! I would start with1-2 ReCreate, 2 if training is fasted to keep cortisol levels down, 1 OEP and 1 scoop of Jack3d. If not Jack3d enough for you go up to 1.5 scoops of jacked. I had phenominal workouts at both levels. Since you won't be taking in as much BA and what not this would be an AWESOME spot to add in 3-6 Hemodraulix, I really do think that it compliments the heck out of other perworkout supps. I did 4 Hemo with a 1.5 scoops of jack3d and the pump was just stupid ridiculous! One cool thing is that OEP and Jack3d share a common ingredient, geranium extract, so the addition of the Jack3d for the purpose of the workout kind of counterbalances the fact you are taking 1 less OEP. Also I tend to take what would have been my second OEP with my post workout meal and take the 3rd around 11:30-1:30. Taking 2 OEP in one sitting is pretty darn strong so breaking it up a little over the morning felt better to me.

No joke man! Well, I have plenty of Jack3d, as well as some Anadraulic Pump, so I might to an AP/Jack3d ****tail along with the RC and OEP in the mornings.

I would say that really is too much but to each his own... unless you have just a scoop of both jack3d and anadraulic pump; otherwise you will have just a retarded amount of geranium in play. If you're a stim junkie though, I could see the appeal but I just can't get a good workout if I have more than 200 mg of caffeine in me and/or 60 mg of geranium.

Yeah, I would not go over 1 scoop of each. I have combined them before, and they really work well together, in smaller doses. I am kind of a stim junkie, but 1/1 should still be plenty.
 
Yeah, 1 scoop of each would have about the same energy kick as 1.5 Jack3d, but more arginine, then the BA in the Jack3d really adds something to the ingredients in AP too.
