Hmmmm I think iwas Over anbitious today but I tried--- I want to note that when I took 2 scoop of rag I felt very wired and kind of queasy yeaterday so I am doing 1.5

still another solid workout, caffeine may have caused an insulin spike and dropped your bg levels

This maybe true but I am using the none caff rag.. Plus I only have 1 cup of coffee @ 5am.
 
interesting. how was food intake throughout the day and before your workout?
either way, not to brag but i never use more than 1.5scoops of rag as its quite potent esp. ultra.

I did skip my noon shake- but my food intake was normal 4 big meals... I felt real bad until I eat dinner.. You are right 1.5 is all you need and i might go back to 1 scoop.. The rag is no joke is so good and it works the balls!

Arm today: Lets say that my arms aRE so pump from this routine. Ok Need to know why i am leaning out my weight has gone up by 3lb but my wife and pepole @ work are asking I am losing weight??????/? WTF..

The thing I am understanding about my stack is the endurance factor I belive it is playing a big role in me lefting a ton of weight and this = into power and strength.. I love it !!!!!! MST!

Ok am a little over my 30 day of using this stack of Carnage Cre-02 and Nitro. I had to adjusted my Dosing because I Added Rag to the to the stack. This will be my last day of popping this great stack. I real want to say thank you all for a great ride and also MST rep for the great Info. The stack itself is just amazing…. I have said this before but this stack gives me some real good endurance and that =power and strength. My Sex drive is through the roof my wife thanks you for that

Did increase my strength (yes) super set and high rep are so much easier on this stack
Did I gain weight even though I was not on any diet yes 3lbs
Did I get balloon popping pumps hell yes!!!!!!!!!!!

The stack also made me push harder than any other. I have done some high rep routines and some 5x5 to see what I could do and every time my body says can’t my mind keep saying yes….

My overall feeling is that this combo will push you to your limit even if you do not want too. It will also make your muscle more full and hard , I have leaned out on this stack ( no diet just my normal 4 big meal plus 3 shake ). If you follow my dosing this stack will last well over the 30 day mark . I think if I had eating an extra 2 to 3 meal a day I would of put on 4 more pounds of lean mass NO BS>>>>>

I did not work out this weekend and I am not working today.. I am shutdown my the weight training for now and will be concentrating on my running and sprinting, for the upcoming spring races… I will be using Citruvol XS, Cordygen5 and Rag for the next several month and then do a cleansing @ the end of April and then I will re stock on Cody 5 and rag for my fist race!

Last thing I want to thank all my new friends too it has been a great run and good leaning
