Pumping and Toning - The borobulker story...

I know the feeling Casey, Recreate has some underated appetite suppression, even more so than OEP for me. I used to take 2 Recreate and 2 scoops of Jack3d then workout in the evening, I could barely get dinner down after that. Sounds like you got a sweet fasted protocol going on there.

1/14 - A.M. - Fasted Cardio

10 minutes steady state - 3.1mph, flat
25 minutes intervals from 3-5mph, flat - 10 incline


I nailed a fasted protocol this morning, loved it....
630 - 1 OxyElite Pro, 1 Recreate - Go back to sleep for 20 mins.
655 - Foam roller + Light Stretching
700 - 5g 4:1:1 BCAA, 1 Anabolic-Pump, 2 SuperCissus RX
710 - Begin cardio - sip on 5g 4:1:1 BCAA, 1 scoop DominATP, 2 Propel packets
750 - Eat! (1c Oats, Apple, 2 scoops whey)

I typically do not use whey but I was dreading food at this point. It was all I had to drink that shake.

It is literally the first product I have EVER seen any type of appetite suppression from. Recreate...

Then when OxyE came out, I was blown away.
 
I agree, both are pretty ridiculous. When I was on OEP, especially on the weekends when I wasn't on my work schedule, there were times I would go 6-7 hours without even thinking about food. When these are used together the synergy has to be retarded.
 
I like the 4:1:1 BCAA's I am currently taking a mixture of EAA, and Leucine for my BCAA intake. Soon to be thrown into one big bottle and mixed for ease of use. I am definitely taking in a little more than you per serving though. About 10 grams for cardio and 18-ish for weight workouts. I like the 1 OEP and 1 ReCreate too. However either of these products make it harder for me to eat. I am able to eat fine on them even though I typically don't get hungry on them. Fin is right if I don't have something scheduling me as I do now with Outlook reminders I won't remeber to eat.

I can't believe I am reading that! We have shared calendars at my work and mine has all of my meals and supps to take in it; I get lots of comments and looks. You should have seen it when I was taking the Asteroid stack, it was hilarious how many reminders I had.

I can tell you live close to Canada now Casey, did I catch an ehh in there? It is funny how many people can't figure out dosing on the Asteroid stack, it makes perfect sense to me and is VERY straightforward.
 
I think it has more to do with people just wanting to do it there way instead of what the bottle says. Yet if there is a timing to suggested to your doses and you don't follow it the way it says it all becomes mystical. Wow that guy following the directions is getting great results Let me ask what his SPECIAL dosing protocal is. Sure there are things not on the bottle that you can tweak but a lot of the people using the supplements are doing it looking for a shortcut not a supplement. They do not want to digest any of the information instead want someone else to hold there hand and walk them through how to follow the directions on the bottle. I love those people though, they will help pay my bills once I am training again...

I cannot wait!

I really really want to know how you like this because I want to use it on my cut as a BCAA source... please give a review once you get a chance. It's not the cheapest but I like the ingredient profile a lot.

That is my reasoning for not jumping on it, not cheap! I am wanting to possibly try recoverPro by AI, looks like a good profile as well and LG EAA+BCAA.

I greatly disliked the taste of bcaa+eaa. I still have half a tub from like 8 months ago lol.

as far as taste AND results go mixed into one package....so far the best i've tried IS the core.

I just chugged 2 scoops... I would much rather spend the $ on this. The taste is great. Lately Xtend has tasted like gasoline to me and hurts my throat to drink and really funks with my stomach. I think I am really going to like Core ABC, dissolves perfectly.

Casey, how is the DCP treating you? I am going to run it with OEP and possibly Recreate as well but am curious if you have any noticeable feeling from it. Also, 3 Recreate! That is a serious dose man.
 
Casey is a very big boy, and I bet he is trying to limit cortisol during fasted training with that dose. Hell his entire supplement line up is pretty NOICE!!!

No doubt Kleen, he has at least 50 pounds on both of us I have just never heard of Recreate dosed 3 at a time that is all.

Yeah me either, plus I think Casey is closer to 300 now than 250, I may be wrong. Wasn't too far back he said he was in the 290 range or I think so anyway. Yeah i haven't seen anyone take 3 before but stim wise would not be any problem even for you and I. Now blood concentration-wise 3 is probably pretty on point for him.

Well, not 100% sure. Thermo effect is ~60-70% of that of 1 OEP with the DCP+RC. BUT, my fat-loss took a little spike in the last 2 weeks. I am down ~22lbs since Jan.

I'm very happy with everything. Started at 298, weighed 274-276 last night.

Jacob helped me straighten my diet out... I am not nearly as strong, but that is ok as this is not a 'strength' phase.

Also - I obviously increased the cardio work. I am freakin' whopped...

Saturday - 2 130# plateloaded DB's, homemade bentover row machine, flat bench, weight tree, 45* hyper-extension

Picking up some rubber flooring next week.

Already have - 2 bars, ~1000# of weight, power rack, ~300lbs in chains, safety chains for power rack, farmers walk handles, 20# DB's, 30# DB's, curl bars and other junk....

Always looking for more, stuff is tough to find!

yeah I totally believe it. Right now I just have the stupid freestanding bars that look like they're going to collapse anytime I put the weight back on them...lol

Hey you know when ur back, core and legs are more stable then the steel bars ur lifitng it off from, your doing something right!
