I know the feeling Casey, Recreate has some underated appetite suppression, even more so than OEP for me. I used to take 2 Recreate and 2 scoops of Jack3d then workout in the evening, I could barely get dinner down after that. Sounds like you got a sweet fasted protocol going on there.
1/14 - A.M. - Fasted Cardio
10 minutes steady state - 3.1mph, flat
25 minutes intervals from 3-5mph, flat - 10 incline
I nailed a fasted protocol this morning, loved it....
630 - 1 OxyElite Pro, 1 Recreate - Go back to sleep for 20 mins.
655 - Foam roller + Light Stretching
700 - 5g 4:1:1 BCAA, 1 Anabolic-Pump, 2 SuperCissus RX
710 - Begin cardio - sip on 5g 4:1:1 BCAA, 1 scoop DominATP, 2 Propel packets
750 - Eat! (1c Oats, Apple, 2 scoops whey)
I typically do not use whey but I was dreading food at this point. It was all I had to drink that shake.
