hrs is amazing but far more costly, i heavily prefer both to malto/dextrose/sucrose, etc

I actually through both tubs of WM away. It's nothing more than a simple carb. Corn starch and sugar are cheaper.
I saw a study done about a year ago comparing WM to regular dextrose. They measured insulin levels for several hours after ingesting each product and both followed the exact same insulin curve..

of course, im not ragging on anybody using the two 'rapid' absorbing supps in question, im just saying my opinion and experience. that's all.

thanks for the info!simple, 20 grams dex intra workout and 30 dex + 30 malto post workout with whey. you should look into buying a bag of dex and bag of malto, it may be cheaper than gatorade powder and there are no chemicals or HFCS. 10 pound thing of dextrose costs 20 dollars, same for malto. look for NOW brand, i order it from bb.com usually
