I don't want to sound like a stick in the mud, but why keep the fats so low Monday through Friday? Why not throw it up to 100-150g and drop the protein down to 150 or so?. You'll get to eat walnuts/almonds/peanuts all day!
rofl at 'my old athletic ways', sorry wrasslin you will understand when you get 51, lol. good luck on quitting cigs.:veryhappy:
True! Lol. I just got to say that because it fits in with what 'stuff' happened the past 7 months and me being back on course again.
Did I fill you in on what all happened the past 7 months? I don't think I ever explained it to anyone on here as it's not something I'm going to post openly.
wrasslin, i give you credit man. you sure have crammed a lot of living into 17 years, lol. btw-i grew up in the 70's i am not going to judge anyone on what they do as a kid.:bigok:
Thanks bro, you are deff a great addition to my log :bigok:
And yeah if you grew up in the 70's I believe it!
my kids are grown, so thanks for reminding me whats it's like to be 17 again. the 70's were definitely some wild times, lol. i admire your dedication to getting in the best shape you can, but don't forget to take time to enjoy being 17- you only get one shot at it.:veryhappy::bigok:
Muscle memory is awesome ehh? Those periods of time when you stop lifting for a while then jump back in and your seeing insane gains i love em. Nice work so far too btw bro.

Eh, I don't know, I'm still not used to the mindset of having fats as my primary energy source for food yet lol. You'll be seeing them getting steadily upped over time though that's for sure, I'm pretty much just tip-toeing my way through my new way of eating. Protein will always stay 200-250g though and go up as my weight does whenever I get around to looking to gain some mass again which probably won't be until' after basic this summer.
The only reason I'm being a squeaky wheel about this is that you won't be able to go keto with your protein that high...but I guess that's not necessarily a bad thing if you're just looking at breaking away from carbs.
This will be my last post about diet in here. :32:
Day 22
Had a GREAT workout this morning, had very good mind-muscle connection going on with my back workout. This morning I did who knows how many sets of 15-25 rep outer grip pull downs, then same with close grip pull downs followed by 10 burpees/treadmill sprint/bike sprint/repeat and then finished with 50 leg raises and 100 crunches.
We had a dodgeball tournament at my school today and I think I'll count that as my cardio for the day! I rocked my friends sleeveless shirt and everytime I walked down or back up the bleachers and around the halls before and after the tournament all I got the WHOLE time was comments from people on how massive and ripped I've gotten again, some people are saying I'm even bigger than before (which I doubt). So needless to say that was a great confidence boost getting comments from girls and guys from my highschool non-stop all afternoon!
Ended up turning today into a somewhat refeed day though, can't blame me to much because you know how classes are the day before Christmas break....There is no where to hide from the food! But got home and did some more back with an INSANE pump going, did a bunch of 15-25 rep regular grip pull downs and 1-2 sets of same reps with wide and close grip pull downs to finish and called it quits for the day!
Now since I had this somewhat refeed I'm pretty sure tomorrows leg workout is gonna go HARD!

Oh I'm going to make the most of them....I just want to go back in time and give the person I was being for the last 6-7 months a nice big back hand!
it doesn't work that way-you had to go through what you did to get to where you are at today. chalk it up to experience.
Yes your right....Live and learn.
I'm thankful that I went thru all that and it making who I am now.
Just would have been nicer if I would have got to this point without that you know? Lol.
it's called character and you are a better man for having gone through it and still be standing tall. character doesn't come easy but it teaches you what dignity really is. be proud!
Thanks a lot man! I'm determined to never even come close to that road again, ever.
see you have learned something from your experience, lol.
Merry Christmas Eve everyone....Hope all of you are enjoying some Christmas cookies like me! Haha, first time I've let myself eat at Christmas since 8th grade I think!
So 19lb gain in 4 weeks WHILE losing fat.
Be honest, you're using MT products aren't you? :006:
Awesome update man. We're all allowed to indulge during the holidays. Family first.

19 lbs in a month is just ridiculous, hell it took me 2 months to put on 24 with test cyp injections, lol.
Yeah, but wrasslin's got that whole peak hormone thing that always gets kicked around in the anabolics section. At his age it's just nasty how well diet and exercise result in natty gains. GET BIG!
Give me the cyp and we'll see how much weight I can gain then :biglaugh:
hahaha, if i get to be 17 you can have the test cyp, lol.
hahaha, going to keep this log clean so i won't comment on what i would be eating if i were you, lol. keep up the good work, sounds like life is good right now.
