H-Drol/M-Drol log

Ive run nearly the same cycle with good results in the past, however, ruptured a spinal erector b/c i got carried away on low box squats. I like the log, sub'd.

I'M NOT SURE WHY I HAVE GAINED SO MUCH WEIGHT ALREADY. I MEAN I HAVE A FEW SPECULATIONS, BUT OVERALL I THINK IT'S A COMBINATION OF THINGS. 6 POUNDS ON THE FIRST WEEK OF H DROL WAS UNEXPECTED, SO I'M VERY ANXIOUS TO SEE HOW NEXT WEEK GOES WITH A FULL WEEK OF MDROL AND 2 WEEKS OF H DROL LOOK. AT THIS RATE, I MAY HIT 230, LOL. I MAY ALSO LOOK LIKE ****, HENCE THE FREQUENT CARDIO, ILBIET, SHORT SESSIONS, BUT STILL CARDIO. ALSO I TRY TO KEEP 0 (ZERO) CARBS AFTER 7'ISH. Thanks bro, I was thinking the same, but was enlightened by the way you broke it down. As I stated at the beginnning of the log, I knew I was going to gain knowledge during this process. Thanks bro!

Day 10 Pre Workout Weight: 217.9 ( + 10.2 pounds) !!!

Work out: Was supposed to legs, I have been fighting a slight cold so i figured to give it one more day since legs are so intense on the whole body!!

Bi's- Calves ( I started feeling ALOT better so I decided to add Hamstrings!!

Biceps:
Seated DB Curls: 40 lb 4 sets x 15 reps ( I really focused on squeezing at the top of the movement with a nice slow release each time!!!)

Incline DB Curls: 25lb 4 Sets x 14,13,13,11 ( Again nice slow movements squuzing at the top of the motion, Great pump!!

*Super Set*
Hammer Curls: 50lb 4 sets X 10 reps or failure
BB Curl: 50 lbs (light for me, but again, this whole workout was dedicated to really feel the Bicep contract at the top of the movement and get that ****!ing SUPER burn we all love!!

Calves: 7 Sets X 8 Plates to failure. I have small to average calves for my size, but man, I noticed a Severe Pump like no other today in my Calves.

I am really starting to see and feel the pumps all day!

Cardio: 12 Minutes of intense Cardio, Every litte bit helps. This makes 47 minutes this week since monday!!

Not too much to add, Still a little bit early, everything feels good!!!!
 
yeah, they're so damn good that you dont want them to go away... how many SD cycles have you done?

I have run one, but it was a different Manufacturer and it had other compounds in it, so I couldn't control individual doses. This was before AM and may as well have been a blind tour guide! I'm really impressed so far from what I've seen!
 
I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS FALLING ASLEEP OR STAYING ASLEEP. I USUALLY HIT THE BED AROUND 10PM AND WAKE UP AT 530.

wow perfect, guess i'll be trying my m-drol dosages when i wake up and a few hours before bed then. Should keep you building almost all day. half-life on m-drol is ~8 hours?
 
Day 11 pre workout weight : 217.6

Legs

*Super Set*
Leg Extensions 5 sets 150lb x 12 reps, nice n slow!!
Hamstring Curls 5 sets 90lb x 10 reps

BB Squats: 225 x 12 reps for 3 sets. 275 x 10 reps, 345 x 6 reps

1 Set Leg Presses: During the first set, I was feeling a tweak on the inside of my groin. Needless to say I stopped and proceeded to finish off my legs.

Lunges BB: 2 sets 50 lb x 10

Leg Extensions HEAVY: 210 x 3 sets x 9,8,8 reps, 2 sets 230 x 7 reps.

20 Minutes Cardio.

Intense workout again, I really got a nice full pump on my legs! I'm making this a little short today, I'll make it up with more overall, specific detail on how everything is going. For now, It's going great!!!

Day 12: Pre Work out weight: 217.6

I was feeling a little over worked and I was limited on time, so I used the 20 minutes I had to do a Chest combo of only 8 sets purely for power reps on Flat Bench. We can call this EGO day, though there is no one in the gym at my work...lol. I have done this in the past to where I 'll go heavy will minimal sets and tthen the next day, which will be tomorrow, go in and do more sets16 or so, but light weight(I hate light weight) and HIGH(up to 30 reps) Reps. I won't do this very often, but just a shocker! Here's how it went.


Flat BB Bench: 135 warm up
225 x 15, nice n slow sqeeze at the top
275 x 8
295 x 3
315 x 3
345 x 1
350 x 1
225 x 10
225 x 10 That's it, 20 minute strength work out.

I have since come home and did the AB Wheel 3 sets of 10 to left, right, middle (9) sets, and in anhour or so go for a slow paced 20-30 minute run!!

Like I said tomorrow, high set light weight chest to shock, and I'll add in shoulders, with tri's and calves!!!

I'm excited just typing about it!!

Day 13

Shoulders:

Side Laterall DB raises: 30 lb x 5 sets x 10 reps.
Front raises DB: 30 lb x 5 sets x 10 reps.

Bent over DB raises: 15 lb x 5 sets x 14 reps.

Biceps: Standing DB curls: 35lb x 18 reps, 40 lb x 14 reps, 45lb x 12 reps, 60lb x 6 reps, 70lb x 3 reps.

Preacher curls (machine): 70 lb x 14,13,13,13,12 reps. I really went slow on these and tried to burst them by sqeezing so hard at the top, this sh!t felt good.

*Super Set*
Standing Cable curls: 30 x 15, 40 x 12, 50 x 10, 60 x 10, 60 x 10
Rope Push Downs: 120 x 5 sets x 18,17,17,16,16

*Super Set*
Over head DB raises: 60 lb x 5 sets x 15 reps
Cambered bar pushdowns: 150 lb x failure

Stomach knee up machine: 6 sets x failure.


I feel great, The strength has started to really amp up. I can't wait till next week, I can feel some big gains coming, I'll post pics as well!!

Day 14 off

Day 15 Weight still at 217- 218 or so. I am in my 8th day of Mdrol 15th of H and most of the weight was gained without the M, I'm not totally concerned however, the M dose was upped to 30 mg today and will continue through week 4. I definitly have great pumps in and out of the gym, I am starting to notice some strength gains as well as a more dense look, hense not worrying about my weight. I am doing abut 60-75 miuntes of cardio a week and semi watching my cals. I definitley like the look though. I'll post pix by Friday at the latest, nm thursday!

Workout:

Chest
Incline Flies: 45 x 17, 55 x 14, 60 x 14, 65 x 12, 75 x 6

Flat bench flies: 55lb x 12,11,11,10,10

*Super Set*
HS Decline 180 x 12 reps x 5 sets
Pec Dec flies: Light weight to failure, nice n slow good squeeze!

Flat Bench DB Press 90 lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets ( Chest is pretty exhausted at this point)

Stomach: Ab Coaster 6 sets to failure, around 15 reps

Calves:
Seated calve raises, 3 plates x failure x 5 sets

Donkey raises: 5 sets x failure (forget the weight)

Hamstrings: 6 sets light 16 reps, to heavy 8 reps

Cardio: 15 minutes of eliptical

Day 16 Pre work out Weight: 219.7 lbs (+ 12.1)

Today was the day I finally TRULEY fet the MDrol. Pumps were out of this world and hit after the first set!! The Biggest Difference was the strength. I felt noticably stronger and fatigued slower! I slightly tweaked my lower back which made it harder for me to complete more Bent over Rows, but nothing serious.

Back & Traps:

*Super Set*
Wide grip PD: 110lb x 20, 120lb x 15, 130lb x 12, 150lb x 10, 200lb x 4:bigok:(ish)lol!
Back Extensions: 25lb resistance x 5 sets x 15-12 reps.

BB Rows: 135lb x 20, 185lb x 14, 205 x 12, 225 x 10

Narrow grip Cable Low Rows: 120lb x 5 sets to failure

BB Shrugs: 225 x 5 sets x failure

It was a relatively short, but intense workout (50 min). The Pumps are getting better, and lasting longer. As I said earlier, I am feeling the strength now, so this week is going to be exciting. No sides to speak of yet!:bigok:
 
Day 17

Pre Work out weight: 218.7 lbs (I was off today and worked out at 8am)

Quads: BB Squat: 225 x 14, 225 x 12, 225 x 12, 285 x 10, 335 x 7

Hack Squat: 4 plates x 5 sets x 12 reps(nice and deep, slow)

DB Lunges: 50lb x 3 sets x 10 reps

Leg Extensions: 6 sets x 210 x failure

Seated Calve Raises: 3 plates x 6 sets x failure
Donkey Calve raises: 300lb x 6 sets x failure

Ab Coaster: 5 sets x failure

Again another great workout. Energy is great, libido is great(My libido is hard to shut down:)!!! I will update further in a little while!

Cambered Bar cable curls:120 lb x 5 sets x failure

Bi Blaster: BB curl, 30lb, 40 lb, 50lb, 70lb, 80lb, 50lb, 40lb, 30lb x failure (minimal- no rest).

Calves: Leg press calve raises: 8 plates x failure

I'm noticing strength gains, but how much???? I always do this, weather in an oral or injectable cycle, I question how fast the gains are coming. By weight (14 pounds in 18 days) they are there. The strength is what I am worried about. I have never run Mdrol( CEL) by it's self! I was anticapating more....I have seen gains in BACK, not Chest really! We will see were this goes! One thing is for sure, I have gained LEAN MASS, pix will show this fo sho! I'm gonna post some on Saturday!!
 
Day 19 X-Mass, no workout

Day 20 Shoulders Tri's: Great Work out, I kept it short, but effective. Weight: 218.9

Day 21: Off

Day 22: (Today) Pre Workout weight: 220.8

Back: Today was the day I really noticed more strength and more energy in the gym.

Bent over BB rows: 135 x 20, 225 x 11, 245 x 8, 265 x 5, 225 x 7, 185 x 10, 135 x failure!!!

Wide Grip PD: 130lb x 15, 140lb 13, 150lb x 10, 180lb x 8, 200lb x 6
Again, I love BACK day, along with my back, my arms get reaLLY pumped and my forearms very vascular!!

Narrow grip low rows: 120lb x failure, 120 x failure, 140lb x 12, 160lb x 10, 180lb x 7

Good Mornings: 85lb x 5 sets x 10-12 reps

DB Shrugs: 95lb x 5 sets x failure

Ab Coaster 5 sets x failure!

Tomorrow is the day for Pix, FOR REAL this time. I am very pleased so far with my results half way through! I have gained roughly 13 pounds and I believe my BF% has atleast stayed the same if not lowered slightly, even with the added cals and carbs.

I am noticing to be a little lathargic during the day before work out. The last 2 days or so, I'll keep an eye on that.

Any thoughts on BF%? I am now half way through the cycle, I'm + 12 pounds, and strength is starting to really come around!

I'm Super excited to see what the next 3 weeks has to offer. It will be Hdrol at 100, 125, and 150, and 2 more weeks of Mdrol at 30mg.

Any thoughts and or questions are welcome!

Im getting ready to start an mdrol/hdrol stack. Im going to use Inhibit-e for my PCT. Could anybody help me on how to dose this for a 4 week cycle? or even a 6 week. which ever would be smarter. I've already been through a 4 week Decabolen cycle about 4 months ago and it didn't seem to harm me at all from what i could tell. Any help would be appreciated.

So even though you had to end you cycle early would you mind me asking what your final body weight was and how you felt during this cycle?
