I ALSO DID A HIGH INTENSITY 15 MINUTE ELIPTICLE CADRIO SESSION FOLLOWING MY WORK OUT!I BURNED ABOUT 213 CALORIES IN THE 15 MINUTES WITH ANOTHER 12 IN COOL DOWN, ANYWAY, BORING!!!!!

I DEFINITLEY FEEL A LITTLE MORE SOLID OVERALL, GREAT PUMPS WHILE IN THE GYM, GREAT ENERGY AND SENSE OF WELL BEING!

how has your sleep been? what hour do u usually fall asleep? i'd like to take my m-drol this way if it doesnt affect it.
I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS FALLING ASLEEP OR STAYING ASLEEP. I USUALLY HIT THE BED AROUND 10PM AND WAKE UP AT 530.

Sh!t guys, sorry for screwing this log up! I went to Visit family and had full intentions to complete the cycle and have no problems with workouts! I was wrong, DEAD wrong!!!!
