if ph's weren't being outlawed, i would suspect some companies to have begun putting in lclt to enhance their effects. don't know why they didn't before-yeah i do, lclt probably cost more than the ph raws, lol.

i like a combo of whats listed. for receptors lclt seems to have the better effect, but alcar will suffice, alcar is a staple for me, im using body octane right now which contains lclt, and im liking it. the effects are cumulative though where the pumps are getting more pronounced with each successive workout.
