Interested in trying this again but I look online at the store and I can't seem to find it. Is there something newer and safer/better out?

ALso what should I run as a PCT? Last time I ran Novedex and while I kept my gains for about a month I have slowly lost it all over the past 6 months even though I've been working out harder than ever before.

You'll find CEL E-stane pretty easily. Havoc and Epistane are a little harder to find.

I think it's wise to always run a liver supp during a cycle. But I would recommend something like CELs Cycle Assist or AIs Cycle Support. They do much more than just help out your liver.
