Im gonna order a 500g rump from the mess tonight. Garlic-Pepper it up. Some onions. Corncob. Potatoes in the jacket with sour cream and cheese.

Got my next cycle planed, just need to wait for some cash to get it ordered! This should take me to around 205lbs :veryhappy:

Still not-freaking big, but sice im only 5'8 i should have the dimentions of a big (i hope!)
 
Oh, ive been working on my DRSE initiation. Last night i AP'd the Gf and then 10 mins later order her to provide me with some LHJO action to which she obliged. I hope this is to your liking, senior members!
 
You could become Xtgra big, BLG. The good thing about that is that it's easy for you to gain with those endomorphic genes. But, you'll always have to watch the cals (not cows, as in the ones you been APing) :LMAO: . I'm the opposite, if I don't get in 4 meals everyday, I'll lose weight like a mofo. Dubs could prolly get to XX-big status at about 275 with them xtra 4".

SFW sucked ass this evening. I had to leave after my 2nd set of incline bench. That fukkin right 'bow was killin me. Even cissus doesn't help these days. The friggin pain started radiating down my forearm. I'm prolly gonna go ahead and get that bastage operated on when I get back to the states. It's gonna suck ass not being able to SFW for at least a month. I'll be in a sling for about 4 weeks and probably be close to Not Big status for a short time. I could easily drop to 220 or less without SFW for a month. It's the right 'bow, so at least I'll still be able to do some LHJO.

That Dewars 12 was so good last night, I wound up getting pretty ripped. :drunk: Played a buncha video games with my buddy across the way, wound up throwing the glow-in-the-dark frisbee in the street at midnight till I hit a car and set it's alarm off. I ran like a 13 year old kid, then proceeded to Taco Bell to crush 3 Cheesy Gordita Crunches. :food: Strug-a-ling this morning, but the wife is going xmas shopping so I've got the house to myself, gonna lay on the couch w/the dog watching football all day. :head:

Perhaps some spankwire and LHJO is in order during halftime of the SEC game... :wall:

until i my hips got all ****ed up a few months ago i was pushin XTRA-BIG. 5'9 233 with visible abs...i was a shootin for 250. well mabye next year...gotta get more neovar.

but yeah i will tell ya what...if your 5'8 and a lean 205 then you are a pretty big dude and not many taller guys will **** with ya....trust me on that one, ive been there.

werd! I got a few hits on the net dating site. Ones a bit long in the tooth but good to go, the other is a bit too flirty. IDK, those types seem to end up as non-events.

It's going to be wicked beach weather next week at home. Plenty of Snackpackers arrived in town, might go a graizing ;)
 
Seems like eerbody I know who's single is doing the net dating thing. That's kind of like shopping from home. Must be a lot more effecient that going to a pub and waking up the next day with an empty wallet and something that looked a helluva lot better at 2am with beer the goggles.
 
Had a bird at work offering me the backdoor sat night, but she's rough, way too skinny, dunno if i could go there again haha. maybe just to try ATM her. I'd have to be pretty wrecked though and i'm off the drink now :( off to SFW
