Click to expand... If you're already doing that much, there's no need to add any more while trying to bulk up. You will have to eat a little more to compensate.

brownstown89 Well-known member Dec 5, 2009 #5 i use to only do 6-6 min runs at a pretty high speed on the tredmill it helped keep me lean
