Cardio while bulking up

what is your current cardio schedule?

I'd still try to get at least 20min in 3x week
 
depends at work they make us run so sometimes 3 or 4 times a week around 45min a time, but could i counteract that by upping my calories?

If you're already doing that much, there's no need to add any more while trying to bulk up. You will have to eat a little more to compensate.
 
They make you run at work? You military?
