Probably t immediately follow: SD and then epi soon after.
:think:DEA has determined that the chemical structure of desoxymethyltestosterone is chemically related to testosterone.
why, making a substance illegal doesnt stop anything. It is a waste of my tax money, pay off some debt instead of paying the FDA and DEA.
:damnit1:
what is interesting is in reading this, you see how powerless we really are as citizens.
if you read through, you see the dea failed to show bold and prodien (tren) were related to test, but the dea would just disagree, pretty much saying, f*ck you, our test dont have to be right, we are the dea, and what we say goes b*tches. :deal:
Is X-Tren part of this? Been wanting to try it.
The government would rather steal more money from the American people (aka tax increases) then cut down the government.
Next time any of you guys get a chance, hit up the ********and look at the HUGE list of government departments that we are funding with our tax dollars. There are some real bullsh*t ones on there. Sometimes I'll click on some of the more obscure sounding ones and read the descriptions. Usually I fail to make any sense at all of what the purpose of the department is, why we need it, and most of all - what the hell makes it worth my hard-earned money.
Yup...that's pretty scary. I downloaded and read the whole PDF and it was absolutely mind blowing. It just reminded me that they can pretty much trump anything that anyone says just because they're the DEA...it's the same reason why marijuana it still illegal today.
hell yeah, everybody buy more phera just because it'll be illegal next month, that will show themI'm stocked up and this is my last all oral cycle anyway. screw big gov.!
California legalized marijuana just recently though so anything is possible. Federally it is illegal but the Federal Government decided to overlook it in California (mainly as a way to increase cumulative revenue in the state per capita). So in essence anything is possible in this country (good or bad).
Meh, ban the old ones, they make new ones. Been through...what?...3 bans now?
california isn't the only state. there are a few others that have legalized it for medicinal use.
steroids are already legalized for medical purposes, what would be a leap would be if states legalized either one for personal use. then, i'd be like :usa2:
what is flat out in the document was how the fda's test were inaccurate in showing bold and proedienolone (tren) were related to test, and therefor shouldn't be class three.
dea just disagreed and said they were right, no matter how you look at it. what? it's missing these molecules, that the body cant add it, and doesn't have this effect in lh,fs, and the anterior muscle? so, we said it's related to test. thats it.:rasp:
pot is recreational there now bro

link to news site?
everything i find talks about a bill being introduced, but not seeing anything showing it passed?
From what i've found it will be fully decriminilized in 2010 but has not actually passed yet. They just say it's pretty much a sure thing.
Do you live in CA? There have been cannabis stores around here for a long time but you need to have to cannabis card to buy from there. A cannabis card, btw, is very easy to get. You basically just make up whatever BS excuse you want to the doctor (back pain, headaches, etc), pay the fee and that's it.This is it right here. If I find a link I will post it here (I'll try and find it). But they have already started sale of it for the most part in Cali (just under partial wraps) and it will be in full swing in 2010.
I signed the marijuana petition. Not because I smoke weed, because I don't now or ever plan to, but based on my belief in self-ownership.
If the government can tell you what to put in your own body, you don't own your body, the government does.

What do you mean by "for sale"? You mean to the general public? I haven't seen anything like that and it just doesn't seem likely that a legitimate business would take that kind of risk unless it was officially legal to do so.
I spent the last few months down there (with family). I do not buy or smoke pot. However, it was made clearly known to me that some stores had it in "backstock". I honestly just walked in to discount tobacco stores and asked for marijuana and they would take me to the back and there it was. As I said before though, this is a shock to me, however the Fed is overlooking California more by the day.
I thought that increasing revenue through a mainly recreational drug was a great idea as well. I think that we will see more and more of this coming up.

Most people think that the govt makes money off of convicting people with posession of marijuana etc. but it doesn't come close to the amount of money they spend trying to find and eradicate marijuana fields and convict major dealers. If they legalize marijuana the economic potential is huge.
Promoting his books on FOX, of course.where is the great jesse ventura when you need him
You know, I guess I could actually imagine that happening. Even though it would still be technically "illegal", there are a lot of towns where marijuana is legal for all practical purposes in that police rarely if ever do anything to enforce the laws.
Well, that's the thing. Without the drug war the government would be losing a huge amount of jobs. All these DEA government goons, prison guards, etc. Aside from the fact that people in our government are often megalomaniacs, it's really just about job security and making sure they get that tax revenue.
That is true. Unemployment rate is one of the major deciding factors for presidential reelection. Right now Obama can blame the deficit on the past but the high unemployment rate is pinned on him. He along with the rest of the democratic party would much rather continue to spend money if that means retaining jobs.
That's true. Having freedom means having economic freedom as well. "Capitalism" has been given a bad name by socialist types, as if "capitalism" is to blame for the world's problems. This is ridiculous, as "capitalism" is synonymous with "economic freedom". If you let the free market run it's course, you will still have ups and downs (sometimes even violent in nature), but things tend to level-out eventually all the while creating wealth and prosperity to go around. When the government gets involved, they like to implement "quick fixes" that work for a little bit, but then end up making things worse in the long run all the while stifling the creation of new wealth and prosperity. Historically, nothing has shown to create more wealth and prosperity to go around than a free market. Likewise, nothing has shown to create more poverty than government.Policies that ensure the truest and most equitable form of capitalism is the only way to create jobs. No one is hiring or spending money if private enterprise cannot compete in a free market and make money.
