Happy Holloween. Woke up ate, took my son to mall for some trick or treating and got some mickey d's on way bag. Did me some sandbag work then went out to do some more trick or treating!! Would like to say I was good and refrained from tearing into his bag of goodies. Well I went through rest of day fine, checked my keto level at end of day and I had only trace amounts of ketones!!! I guess that chili did kick me out. Sucks I am going to be right back on the bandwagen tomorow.

I am actually thinking about switching my diet for these last 2-3 weeks. I am thinking I am am gonna regret no carbs with this upcoming workout regime. i am open to ideas if ayone has only, maybe ima be looking into zone diet.

Well tomorow starts 75mg hdrol.. time to kick this into high gear!!!

Couple quick notes. Today I worked and had me a lil cheat day. Yestarday I was out of ketosis, I think due to the chili friday, so original plan was to get back on diet but I figured since I am already out some extra carbs wouldn't be bad. Maybe help fuel my workouts thoughout the week. I am currently re-reading the anabolic diet book by maurio dipsquale, trying to figure out if what I have been doing is on the right track or if any adjustments need to be made. I am also playing with the idea of switching to the zone diet, or a variation of it, but I think I wanna give AD another shot thats why I am re-reading it. Gonna start workout schedule that is listed above tomorow. Today After work I did some deep stretching and some core work. Didnt do the 2 dvds cuz I was exhausted after work and carbs always make me sleepy

So a couple thing I want to include before I hit the bed. I have been running ultimate joint support for 3 days now and it is going great! I have been getting some pretty good sleep which is really is unusual for me. Also I hurt my back again but this time doing corkscrew movement with a plate that was too heavy but about half hour later pain was gone!! I think this product is really promising. Other news, I hard a pretty hard conditioning/cardio day all da long and Im exhausted. Started my new gym membership and got some pool time in and was great!! It was a new type of tired, similar to running but instead of my legs being tired my whole body was tired. Anyway till tomorow..

so how is 75 working out for you? and i noticed that u said u picked up myogenix hardcore test. which one did u get the one with formestane or the one with the dim and whatever "natural ais"? reason is cause i dont think u should run the one with formestane if ur already gonna be taking reversitol which already has bromo and atd , i think formestane would be overkill

Narrative
I woke up this morning and snuck a workout in before work. Went good, high pulls were relatively easy. What usually stops me is pain in my wrist from the pull but this time there was nothing. Felt like I could have went heavier, next week Ill add some more weight and see if the wrist still hold up. Front squats were also good, knees felt solid and strong. I think this joint stuff is seriously working already which is surprising because I didnt expect to notice anything till after the first week.

Some Hdrol notes: I am only on my 3rd day at 75mg and todays workout was great. I felt strong thoughout almost every set. Also yestarday when I went swiming I was with a friend of mine who commented that I looked a lil more defined then before and now that I look at myself I definetely notice a difference, mainly in my arms. Can''t wait for these next 2 weeks at 75mg to see how they go.

Also diet notes: I have renewedmy realitionship with the anabolic diet and gonna stay with it and not try and change it. I re-read my book and noticed somethings that can be tweaked a bit. I think I messed up before with solow calories and low on the fat intake. Cant expect to get big if Im not eating, and get expect for my body to burn fat if im not eating enough fat. So I am gonna be trying to eat alot more calories next 2 weeks and eat more red meat and less chicken and turkey.:burger:

thanks, I was just at a local supp store and they had it on sale and ive read on here before of alot of people taking test hardcore as part of their pct so I grabbed the bottle but I think the test hardcore people talk about on here is a different one then the bottle I got.. not sure if its the formestane one or natural ais.. which one would I want to be in it? and do I even need it if im running reversitol? If not I can just save it for my future epi pulse cycle. Thanks a ton bud... im a lil worried about my PCT now and trying to get my hands on some volva or clomid from local people now for "in case"

I also got a bunch of calories in today which was a good thing. Carbs were really high but it was mostly fiber. Tomorow I think I will have a rest day, let my body catch up to me, then start lifting again friday.

Really came low on the calories today. Workout was great, felt strong thoughout all movements. Got some slight back pumps while doing the high pulls. Wrist help up perfectly with the pulls which is great because they usually hurt before anything else does with this movement. Just now noticing some definetive strength gains, feels like almost everything I lift I can probably go heavier. Wonderfull feeling!!

Almost done with the cycle, just debating weather or not I should run this clomid I got or stick to the original PCT plan.. any input??
 
Id say u could get by with the OTC PCT but u could always run the clomid alongside the OTC pct at a low dose.
 
I think ima go with the clomid.. I heard of people actually gaining strength while in PCT due to the comid which makes me excited!!!

Narrative
So last night I worked overnight. I didnt sleep before hand just stayed up from when I woke up till 8am the next morning. Came home knocked out on couch. Woke up around 2 and lifted right away. Even though I only got about 6hrs sleep the lethargy feeling wasnt there. Had a quick workout didnt get to do plank or rotational because I was cutting it close to school time. I also upped the Hdrol dose today to 100mg, wanted to see how I handle it, going to be finishing the cycle up these last few days at 100 and lift like crazy!!!!! Sunday starts PCT and I will be running reversitrol, lean f/x, and clomid. Hoping to continue to gain strength while on clomid and hopefully shed some extra fat I put on. Stay tuned!!!

Status Update
Sorry for the lack of updates recently. Been crazy busy at school.. only 2 more weeks left in the semester!!!! So for here on till the end of my PCT I will have less updates and not break down my eating will have just workout, weight, macro totals, and narrative if needed.

I did decide to go with the clomid (although I am not sure if it was needed, I fell no shutdown whatsoever) and am running 2ml a day first thing in the morning with my protein shake. I am aslo taking reversitrol and lean f/x as listed above.

Narrative
Lifted at home today and had to improvise some movements. I dont have a dumbbell set so for the bulgarian split squats I did them with a barbell on my back. Was able to put more weight on was just a little tricky to be on one leg and put my other leg behind me on the bench I cant see.. Also for the 1 arm rows I took my barbell and put a plate on one side and I got over it like a t-bar and did 1 arm rows like that.

Was really low on macros today due to sleep. Passed out early to catch up on some missed zzz's

Did another 100mg hdrol today again. Feeling good, gonna be starting PCT tomorow even though I am loving this at 100mg. Will keep you updated
 
Good luck keeping ur gains through PCT and beyond.

Thanks bud.. really hoping to keep strength more then size. I didnt gain much weight from this but strength went up alot and I would relaly like to keep that.

Wow 6 days without an update.. I know I know I am a slacker. I just got home from work and was checking in. The formal updates will be posted tomorow, sorta like a week re-cap. Nothing much really happened. Thanksgiving really killed the groove I was in but hopefully come monday I will be back in full force!!
 
Good call going with the clomid. No reason to skimp on it, especially when it's cheaper than the OTC stuff.

Hope the PCT goes well, any plans on what's next? You were talking about an Epi pulse? I'm actually thinking Halo, epi/tren or m-14e next year.
 
Yea gonna let my rest for about 2 months after I'm through pct then like march wanna run 2 clen cycles pulsed with epi then after that not sure maybe try the swole stack or asteroid stack and stay natural for awhile. My current main focus now is to drop some bodyfat while retaining the strength I gained from hdrol
 
PCT Week 1 review /recap

So it has been crazy between school and wrk and holiday. This is my attempt to try and recap the week events and how it realates to my cycle. So my last log entry was the 23rd so I am gonna write up tuesday to sunday

Tuesday- I worked Diet macros were 184g fat/ 43g carb/ 15g fiber/ 326 pro and 3213 total calories. Clomid at 2ml, lean f/x taken 4x throughout the day and reversitrol 1am and 2pm. Other then that pretty normal day.

Wednesday - I ran 2 miles on a treadmill. Stationary bike for 15mins. Another normal day. PCT sups were taken exactly as tuesday. Gave into temptation and had me some pasta for dinner.. figured I'll kick off thanksgiving with some zitit. I love pasta so much, probably what I miss the most on my diet.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday - Happy thanksgiving!!!! Ate like a wild animal!! Friday I worked 12 hrs and saturday I had class for 8 hours!!! Had a test and pritical skills training. After class went into work 4-12am. I pretty much ate whatever I wanted. I wanted to get a workout in saturday after class but worked called and I need $$ for chirstmass so I couldnt pass it up. PCT was taken as before on previous days except I cut the clomid back to 1ml every day. Boy this stuff is nasty!!! Even in orange juice I still taste it.

Sunday- So today was the end of my cheat week, or so I thought. I started out great. Worked 12 hours 10a-10p. I was planning on lifting when I got home after work but just when I was about to leave work we had a ridiculous amount of call outs. So I was asked to stay a little late but turned them down and said I was leaving after the end of my shift. So end of my shift comes and the manager comes back and says she cant get no one to come in and cover and offered me PIP pay to say to 5am. So I stayed.. and broke my diet. It would have been damn near impossible for me to stay in keto the whole night, food choices are very limited in the cafeteria.

So I have weighed myself here and there these past couple of days but not with the consistency that I usually do (first thing in the AM butt naked). At mid-day saturday I weighed 216!!! Holy crap I started the week at 208 and the beggining of the cheat week I was at around 205. Also dont know how my stength is doing. Hopefully tomorow, Monday, I will be back on schedule with diet and lifting and have a weight to post up.
 
Hope the Thanksgiving bulk will help you keep the strength up. I'm hoping to retain my strength gains too after the pulse. Post up when you get back to the gym.
 
I weighed this morning in at 210 before work. After my 12hr shift Ima go home and attack the weights. It has been a while since I lifted and I hope strength is still there. The weight seems to be coming off pretty easy so it probably mostly water weight.

I been following ur pulse. I can't wait to run mine. How is ur strength gains going? Notice and bodyfat loss? Once I get my weight run I would like to run it as a pulse also for a recomp

Strength has gone up quite well, pushed past some plateaus big time. I started doing 100lb DB presses and I'm up to 115lb. I was just squatting 365lbs yesterday for 6 reps, when before I was stuck at 315. I think it's going well, though I'm not really leaning out as much as I thought I would. More muscular, more defined, but not totally lean. It's meeting my goals quite well overall.

I'll stay on for 1-2 more weeks probably, and post after pics and stats. I'm probably gonna get bloodwork too just to see where I'm at, check if the pulse is working or not.

I want to see the impacts of the pulse on lipids, test, and liver values. People say it's not as harsh, I just want to see where I stand before PCT. Going in this morning...
