What does 5'10'' 175lbs @ 10%BF look like?

yea I remember you were saying you liked it, I have X-Tren but Im not sure if I want to do it again, I want to do good old Hdrol, but considering injecting, prob a 12 weeker kickstarted with Dbol for 4 weeks then Test-E for 8 weeks..but who knows

181, 10-12% actually measured, 16in arms. 5' 7'' My legs are proportional. However, I have tiny bone struture. My wrists are not very large at all....it makes any muscle gains look rediculous.

LOL...I heard that...I'm about 5'8 w/ very small bone structure too (weighed in at 115 at 5'8 in 9th grade :eek:).

When I started dating my now wife, she said I looked ridiculous at 190 w/~12% bodyfat. My arms were a smidge bigger, but you look like you're able to develop your chest a little better than I had though.
 
my thoughts exactly at 5' 10'' and 175lbs and haveing 18.5 in arms all your weight has to be in you arms with skinny legs and no chet or back iam 5' 10'' at 220 and i have a 17in. arms i think you taped your arms wrong lol.
 
hey i will say this no need 4 me to lie hell i dont know any of yall any ways and a tape dont lie and i was wrong bout the height deal im 511 and my weight satys between 175 180 max was at the gym other day so got taped out was at 178 10% bf you would say i should weigh more but underthe circumstance i have tiny legs had 3 knee surgerys and lost lots of weight each time over the year limited movement in my r leg so i dont cary any weight on legs ! and would post pic of arms if i had a cam only cam i got is on my phone and even if i did post a pic next thing youll say is your arms arent 18.5! it is what it is fellas

and as far as chest maybe not as big as yours but i do ok i only incline 305 and hey you complain about 17 inch arms i complain bout not being 200lbs so hell nobody perfect

well hate all u want injected it seems at your weight and size etc you might want to stop waisting time talkin **** to me and work them arms maybe you taped yours wrong ! hell we both have goals one day you have 18s or better and 1day ill hit the 200lb mark!

injectable tren. Its powerfull as crap...its analog steroid. Its causing rapid strength increase, incredibly dry gains, insane fat burning and overall rediculous. However, it requires lots and lots of testosterone to be run along with it to keep your libido, mood, and health.

You could always use more test, that would require using more aromatase inhibitor, and it wouldn't necessarily just makes your stronger/cut/hard/ripped. Test makes you big,bulky,bloated,wet,possibly fat, along with strong. Unless you use a crap ton of AI's which kill your joints.
 
you will not be happy with 175lb I said back in the day (146lb) man I will be happy with 180lb now im like man I would love to be 200lb lol

I certainly don't think it's impossible. I used to be one of those as$holes that worked bis and chest all the time. I was 16 1/2'' flexed before I started the mdrol cycle a week ago.
I am posting pics today in my log. I would really love to see a pic of your arms flexed, tape or not. By the way 305 on incline is not bad. You must have some chest in there somewhere.

175-180lbs deffently around 10% maybe a smidge less bf

Those are me October 25th 2008
Sizes were around:
15.5" neck
15.5" arm
40-41" chest
31" waist
20.5" thigh (I didn't train legs back then like I do now)
15" calve


Hopefully in another 11 weeks I can have 200lbs 5 foot 10.5" at 8% bf pics ;)

Those who say arm size at that weight is impossible dont know to much. Not to sound like an a$$ but just telling it how it is.

I am shorter, at 5`7 and clocked in the morning of my show at 172, shredded to the bone under 5% with 18in arms and everything else to boot so...its definately possible. If this guy is slingen em or not...different story, but who knows!

He could be situation from the jersey shore lol ALL arms
 
To the original post, I am 5'10 and 182 lbs with 14% bf, measured 2 weeks ago actually. I would post pics but image shack doesn't seem to want to work for some reason. I'll see what I can do.
 
Fixed my pictures.

I'm sure if i 10% bf i'd gain atleast 5 pounds. I don't ever do any cardio, im just naturally a skinny f***
