Yeah i figured I'd do:

Weight
Mood
Energy/Focus
BF % (want to measure daily as this will help weed out any mistakes on measuring)
Sleep Quality (figured this would be good to know just in case it still has any residual energy effect after about 6-8 hours)
Side Effects (if any besides fat loss :P)

This will all be daily. I also plan on doing weekly photos to help gauge visual fat loss.
 
yea I was figuring around the same thing but including dietary totals of calories and macros along with workouts and cardio

AD as in the anabolic diet? I was doing a variant of that but may switch to it instead as I'm already familiar with it rather than this new one...

Yup anabolic diet.. What was ur new one? I have been doing ad for a whhiillee now..Around 8 months I have toting with the idea of introducing carbs back into my life again just tryna figure how, what was ur new diet? I have been thinking of doing a zone type varation. Like re introduce carbs in form of fruit and veggies no bread and cutting back the fat.. I dunno

but for this test run Ima stick to what I know and run with AD, I have always gotten great results with it so I can only imagine adipo will only add to that nicely
 
Yeah i would stick with the AD. If you were gonna reintroduce the carbs i'd start by bringin them back in after workouts first then going on from there.

I was considering following the C.H.A. (Carb Haters Anonymous) diet but I honestly haven't used it before and i might stray off the path trying to follow a new diet hence why I will probably stick with the AD.

I think your right though the adipo should be almost perfect for the AD diet it would pretty much turn our bodies into those airplane toilets super flushing body fat out of our systems. :toilet::lmao:

You using any pre-wo blends? I really wanted to try the new premax that PP just came out with for my pre-wo but it has a few carbs in there which might add up to to much ... we'll see though :)
 
CHA is awesome!! I have the team scivation ebooks. I have tried that and the cut diet and they both work good.. they just drive you crazy after a while becuase your food choices are soo limited. Chicken, green beans and almonds every day 5 times a day made me wanna kill people, but body fat was coming off. I was also doing there 3 phase hypertrophy workout in the begining of my hdrol cycle but then changed it halfway through.

As for pre-workout I was gonna PM clickster and see what was allowed. I have half tub of jack3d, a little bit of raganork(caff free) and some N20. Was gonna see if one of those were allowed or I might just supp with primal EAA and some CEE tabs pre workout (thats what I am doing now for my hdrol cycle and it seems to be doing me justice). Also I gotta double check to see if I can run my xtend too during workouts. I know he wanted it run solo so just wanted to double check to see what was allowed and what wasn't
 
Good point. Let me know what he says back in the PM I'd like to know whats allowed as well. It's always nice to have the extra boost during the workouts to keep your strength and muscle mass up while cutting.

Hahaha I love the scivation books man the majority of what I do in the gym and with my nutrition is based on alot of their knowledge and advice. The food choices are the only reason I won't do the CHA diet while on this log because I know I'll end up cheating and eating a cheeseburger or something, I love variety to much. xD I'll have to save it for sometime when I don't have any obligations but to myself! Glad to hear it worked for you though thats reassuring.

I'm still sitting on the fence regarding how to adjust my diet here. It's been a while since I last did a full-fledged cut, so I'm excited to see how the Adipo-X will keep up my energy levels during my days. Pretty much going non-stop from AM to late PM, I'm having to incorporate SOME carbs at least, but more than likely primarily from Vitargo/Waxy maize pre/intra/post workout. I've also got two bottles of Intrabolic (AES) to get on for my workouts, so I'm really looking forward to seeing what Adipo-X can do in conjunction with my regular supplement, training, and diet regiment!
 
I personally don't see anything wrong with using Adipo as a preworkout stim. However, I'm sure everyone will respond differently where some will like it in that realm, and others will prefer to add in a seperate preworkout stim. Maybe try it at least once or twice preworkout and make some adjustments from there :think:
 
I used the original Adipo-X about 20 minutes prior to my AM cardio in the past. It lit my a$$ on FIRE !! In a good way ! .. I'll definitely be utilizing the Adipo-X pre-swimming in the morning on an empty stomach (with some BCAAs), and then again in the early afternoon. And I'll be using a different pre-workout (a basic one) pre-workout in the evening. I hope this is possible ..

I see no issue as this is something that is used to load glycogen and as a pump product and Adipo is a fat burner. Click is in charge of this one though.

I received my bottle(s) yesterday!

Log will be up at the end of the week. I won't start the product until Monday, November 23, because I get completely thrown off if I start a new product in the middle/end of the week.

Lol, that doesn't mean I'm not stoked about it ! But also, it will give me enough time to thoroughly plan my diet. I've got an amateur bodybuilder friend who is going to help me set it up. I'll post it all once it has been determined.

I am going to be running AD and ninja rider is running CKD for diet wise, I think it would be really cool if you did a more carb friendly diet so people can get a whole spectrum of how this supp will work with various plans. Just a thought..
 
Depends on what my buddy and I come to agree on. See, I'm already notorious for not incorporating carbs in my diet as is. . I'm talking no more than 100 grams of carbs, where 70 is from Vitargo pre/intra workout, each day. That adds up to ONE meal with some carbs; I mainly stick to turkey/chicken salads with some fats on the side.

Also, from past experiences, I'm known for doing NO/LOW carbs .. including UD 2.0 several runs, and keto-diets . . I didn't know one could cut WITH carbs ! lol, jk..

Sounds interesting can't wait to see what you decide and how it works out.. All I kno as far as diet wise is AD and i've been looking to change it up a bit and just don't know what move to make..
 
same here...i need other adipo loggers :P i'm likin the 1st and 2nd day so far cant wait to up the dose though next week. Hope you guys get your stuff soon!

I personally don't use any other kind of stim preworkout while I am on Adipo-X. I usually have enough energy and to be honest I am a sissy when it comes to too much caffeine.

adipo/hemodraulix would be kinda good, adipo/hemodraulix/smash fl would be better, adipo/hemodraulix/smash fl/slingshot would break me , but damn that would be great, lol.:bigok:
 
I got a bottle of hemodraulix at my house that I have been itching to try, think this would significently increase the results of apido? If I am allowed to run it with it and you think it would make a big difference I would love to try the combo.

lol.. yea sounds great and I seriously cant wait to start this bottle of hemo I was just double checking with the lovely people at axis since this box of apido was graciously given to me by them for logging reason and the requirement was for it to be run solo, so I wasnt sure if the hemo would have interfered with what they were trying to do.
 
Well...Click may approve it...but I would think because v2 Adipo is new, people wanna see what it can do standalone. Otherwise, I'd say GO FOR IT! I will be doing the same stack soon :yup:....Is your log up yet Judo?
 
Yeah he probably would want it ran stand alone but ill ask just incase he lets me ;) and nope the log isnt up yet. Just got the box in and about to finish up PCT and start this log right up. I got my body caliper and camera ready!!!

The plan is going to be anabolic diet, workouts will be 3x a week full body routines and cardio steady state most likely in form of swimming or jogging. Gonna PM clickster to see what basic supps I can run with this.. got my fingers crossed about the hemo!!!!

lol.. actually I read clicksters comment before this one and MISread it and thought it said no and I was getting ready to type.. ahhh I figured but then I decided to read above to see any other post and then seen he said it was ok and I was like OMFG I think I just did poo myself!!!!!

Hemo should really help intensify the effects of apido right and hopefully help give me some sick pumps thoughout the workouts

shhheett Im happy too man. This is gonna be a good run I can feel it already. I am going to be getting back into judo soon (class ends next saturday) So I really wanted to see how the hemo would effect my judo training. And hopefully the apido will give me some extra energy and drive, I have been off stims for a couple months now so I should be sensitive to any stims in apido and i should react nicely to it
 
Hemo will easily intensify the effects. Like I said, I took in a cup of coffee by accident after a dose of Hemo and it was head rush!! Stuff really opens up the veins, plus, I don't drink a lot of coffee either. You'r gonna love it!!
