LOG: SD/Epi Bridge

You're not feeling anything? Try 30mg. You should feel that, lol. Remember I started at 30mg and day 4 I woke up with a pump and after that it was real obvious I was taking some good ****.

I don't feel the support supps or the dosing scheme will influence the effects too much, there's no hiding the effects of 20mg of SD.
 
How close are you taking the m-drol with your support supps? Also Id keep your m-drol dosing spaced out so your plasma levels are consistant. It will get better bro.

not very close at all actually. like hours before I take my SD.

I'm taking the first dose 30-45min. before I go to the gym, and the second cap right after I get home from the gym. I'm hoping it kicks in hard and fast and soon bro:) but we'll see if we can't get something worked out it doesn't work.

Na man nothing...:( No pumps, No sides. Hell at this point I would welcome a back or calf pump haha. I'll try 30mg today (should I take 20mg before and 10mg after?). If that doesn't work I've got 2 P-drol, 2 Methadrol, Super-jet, S-roid, another M-Drol and maybe some other SD to choose from haha. So I think I might choose one of those and switch if 30mg of this Mdrol doesn't work. How many days should I give it if I don't feel anything at 30mg? Two? Three? And yea I remember reading that ur post abt waking up with that pump goin on haha.

Did the CEL rep say that they would only test UNOPENED bottles if someone sent a bottle to them? I really don't want to be a **** but I'd just like to know if they would test it so I can make sure it isn't just my body not reacting to SD. (Which would completely suck and I might be the only person in the world to not react to it.)


Also, I really appreciate all the help guys. I figured this would be taking off by now. O well. I'm gonna make this cycle go the way I want it. I just have to figure out how to do that.
 
Well I just dosed 20mg and I'm off to the gym in a few minutes. Hopefully the stuff will kick in today. Chest/light bis today. I'm bringing some NOxplode with me incase I'm feeling nothing later.

I posted something in the CEL forum and another member said they had similar issues w/ a bottle from the same batch as I have. Says that he feels it might have been under dosed.

I'll report back in a little bit.

Man that sucks n8te. Something definitely is amiss. I just got a load of that same batch number in the mail today. It doesn't seem like the dosage is the problem here. I'd switch clones for a few just to test the variable. It would give you peace of mind anyway. Stay up bro.

slam 30mg for a few days before you hit up anything else. At 30mg you will know pretty quickly if its bunk or not.

How are your weigh ins? It's pretty much impossible not to be gaining weight right now, you'll be putting on water weight no matter what, SD always makes me even more thirsty when I get on it.
 
will weigh tomorrow morning big dude. I drink a ton of water on the reg. so I've not been abnormally thirsty. Lets say I do start to feel 30mgs, then wat? How long should I take it for, 30's like the top dose I thought. Unless you push it and take like 40 or 50 and are nuts cough* Unreal cough* j/k.
 
lol.... I could have eaten my whole bottle of Mdrol as a meal and it wouldn't have done sh1t

Anyway assuming 30mg starts to work just stick it out there. But if you need 30mg to feel as much as most people feel at 10 i can only conclude that you are a crappy responder or that the compound purity is in question.

If not, drop that crap asap and hop on another clone... start it up at 20mg right away... Start weighing yourself everyday.

Double bum man! So what's the next move? Are you going to swap for another SD clone? I'm glad to see that you're staying positive though. That really is paramount to anything else.

Sorry to hear that bro... I'd move right into the Methadrol at 20mg. Forget this crap. SD is usually run for 3 weeks, you're halfway done and gained nothing, this stuff isn't any good.
 
I had huge strength gains starting in my 3rd week, which was also when I started at 30 mg. I ran 30 for weeks 3 and 4. I never had any shutdown, and I only gained five lbs, which I've kept. I really did solidify and have big lift gains, so I wonder if this a legit compound, just not SD. I know Delta ran this and said it was legit, I would like to know what his weight gain was, or if he just experienced increases in strength.

I forgot to add that I have used SD clones twice prior and responded extrememly well with way more weight gain, so I'm not a a low responder, if that even exists with SD.

Alright I just took 2 caps of Methadrol. And I should have dosed 10 pre/ 10 post but I guess I was just used to running 30mg's and dosed 20 pre. O well.

Hopefully I'll notice a difference. I'll report back later guys. Today won't be heavy lifting at all.

Just keep it to 3 weeks because here it is only the first portion of the bridge. If you do a 4th week you have to think about this cycle becoming a 7 week methyl bridge & the other possibility of keeping it 6 weeks by shortening the Epi.

But I think the cycle is planned pretty well and shouldn't need to be altered

Should be a nice transition into the Epi. Epi is not as harsh so you may consider going up to 50mg the last week. I have never done a bridge with SD before, but on a 6 week PeraPlex/Epi bridge, I ran the Epi at 30/40/50/50 and had an incredible boost in strength. It somewhat diminished into the second week of PCT, but adding Formex, in week 3(PCT), into it brought it up to a consistent level that I was able to maintain. How'd your workout go? I'm curious to hear if the M-Drol had some kind of primer effect.

yea I'll see how the epi goes I might bump it up but 30-40 was the sweet spot for me the first time.

SD is a bulker and Epi usually cuts so this bridge that I'm running will probably work a little better if you were to run a bulk. but there are other compounds that would result in a gradual bulk too.
 
Question-should I spread out my doses of Epi throughout the day? Thats what I did before but during my third week I'm gonna be starting epi and that'll be a lot of pills during the day if I split them up evenly.

OK work out buddy wanted to do Chest today. Good workout set a new PR on incline so I'm stoked. Hell, I feel like going back to the gym again later haha.

No sides yet :) Well except for the fact that I'm pretty thirsty and the more water I drink the more food I want. which is good as far as I'm concerned. Also, I've notice that I've dropped some fat which is great.

Workout buddy was back today and started his X-Tren cycle too so soon enough he will make me look EVEN smaller when I stand next to him. haha what an ass. AND on top of that he banged some chick that we've both had our eyes on for a while, too bad I had to be at work late on Friday or else I would have been at the bar w/ him. The rough part was that he's telling me about this incident w/ the girl while we're at the gym. Well, turns out her ex husband is hearing it the whole thing b/c he's next to us the whole time we're at the gym, when we realized that's who he was it was awkward to say the least...

Haha such is life.

Seems like its working good so far.

Today Was BI/Tris Not very heavy.

Close Grip Bench
Pushdowns
EZ bar close grip
Incline Curls
Overhead Presses

Feeling good. No sides still:) feeling good and looking forward to starting that Epi soon. Also, I got a job lead yesterday so hopefully that will pan out, its not using my major but its better than my current job at the moment.

yea I don't feel that I've gained body fat at all. My diet is low carb b/c I wanted to keep the bloat off. High fat and high protein most of the days.

I'm doing 4 to 5 exercises per bodypart except for DC days when I do more body parts per workout. Yea Since day 5 (I believe) I've been on HIT. I'm doing two warm up sets and a working set of 6 to 8 reps for my working set. I love it honestly. You just have to give 120% every rep. Legs I usually do a little higher reps per set b/c I get more growth that way.

To be completely honest my diet is based around UnrealMachine's I've got another buddy that keeps his diet mainly keto and he has had great results, obviously Unreal has too haha. And my routine I got the idea from watching Blood and Guts and a week in the dungeon.

If you have time check out A Week In The Dungeon it's amazing I watch it a lot. Mark Dugdale seem's like an awesome guy and his attitude amazes me. Dorian is a monster even today and his intensity is so raw and unchained it's like my fuel for the gym when I watch that vid.haha :cheers:

Also, earlier today I get a txt from my workout buddy that says "taurine please!" I guess hes getting calf pumps already from that Xtren haha. I'm looking forward to tomorrow - Back Day:) I'm gonna kill it. Hopefully setting a record for deads and rows. I do want to break 200 tomorrow but I want this to be lean weight so we'll see. Its all about little victories...

Good pump, didn't set any PR's this time. Next time though I'll be into the EPi and I love that stuff so I'll def. set some PR's then.
 
did you not notice anything anabolic until you switched SD clones? If that is the case, make the first day of methadrol day 1 (wasn't it like day 11?) and don't do the Epi until you hit week 3 on that timeframe. If you keep the original timeframe you'll get no time on SD

I took today off. feeling good overall and no back pumps. Tomorrow is Legs:)

Good news. Next week I am working during the day so no 3rd shift for next week. Man I've got to get another job w/ my degree.
