I have not used Jack3d, but it is a preworkout product that includes creatine.

NeoVar Recomped is a creatine product with nutrient repartitioning and insulin mimicking effects.

IMO you would not need to use BOTH Jack3d AND RPM.

Green Mag is a top notch creatine 80 servings for the price is great the flavor is great and its effective all you need imo. If i were to suggest a creatine it would be Green Mag as #1 and NeoVar is a close second you really cant go wrong with either.
 
Rpm with neovar, cre02, or green bulge would be so much better than jack3d. Why? Rpm is great for recomp, tweaking your hormonal profile toward the anabolic, increasing strength, pumps, etc. You simply can't beat it.
