which creatine caps do you think are the most effective i like taking creatine just hate taking powder i have troubles getting it all down so which caps do you think are the most effective?

Id reccomend CL's green bulge or SNS's mag chelate
 
check out Sci-Fits Kre-Alkalyn 1500 or Kreation (Kre-Alkalyn with some caffeine). The buffering on the kre-alkalyn helps for better absorption (not broken down in the stomach because of pH levels, more of the product makes it to the intestines.
 
creatine is creatine for the most part. However, Our Neovar Recomped product is a capped creatine. It also contains nutrient repartioning ingredients. I would suggest looking into it, most are pleased with the results!

^^^For the most part...Austin got it right here. To add on...NeoVar uses creatine monohydrate and phosphocreatine together with a nice nitric oxide/insulin potentiating matrix to round out a complete formula. In essence, what you are getting is a two in one product more or less...a nutrient repartitioner and creatine product that also helps to stimulate nitric oxide production/ better blood flow. What I personally like about our NeoVar is that it is so versatile.

What you will see with using NeoVar possibly is nice muscle fullness, possible increases in vascularity (depends on how lean you are), and you will notice some nice pumps, strength and endurance.

The only other creatine I would look at in cap form would be Controlled Labs Green Bulge. Its similar, but different. Either way you go your getting top notch quality.

Those are my two personal recommendations. However, one last one to mention...

A third one you might look at would be Millenium Sport Technologies Cre-02...opposite of NeoVar that is my wife's favorite product. I personally cannot recommend it because I have no experience with it, but MST is a great company and puts out top quality products and with my wife's recommendation I might even try it out sometime.

ive used NeoVar and i actually lost a pound on that crap. it sucks. i love green bulge, and also, which im currently on, primaforce CEE caps. ive gained 6 pounds in 3 weeks, no bloat cause its an ester ethyl

I like CL's Green Bulge and NxLab's Anavol. Both worked very well for me, however, Green Bulge is the best bang for the buck.

absolutely. the updated green bulge is leaps and bounds above other capsule creatines. its got so many extras its unreal. the large B vitamin doses (in the good forms) are sure to give some nice stim free energy as well :)

I'll have to pick up a bottle with the new formula. During my use Vitamin Shoppe was still getting rid of the old formula.

they have the new as well, but some stores may have the old or a mix of the new and old. nutraplanet should have all new by this point
 
Ill have to look into green bulge again, i just got the 501 caps of SNS creatine lol

CEE is crap bro.breaks down before you can use it.
 
Animal Pump is amazing although it's much more than just creatine, it's a complete pre-workout formula with a full dose of creatine.

You lost a pound and your complaining? Do you understand the phrase recomping? NeoVar and Green Bulge are similar in that they are both high quality formulas and more than just creatine. Both products are nutrient repartitioners. Anytime you are using insulin type mimetic compounds you can lose weight (most likely fat) because of glycogen shuttling effects...meaning the carbs you take in are being stored in muscle tissue and used for energy, not stored as fat. Hence, you can gain muscle, build strength, and lose fat...which means you could lose weight in the process.

Now if you were to say you responded better to Green Bulge...that is a better and more educated response.

he thinks in order for a supplement to work it has to make him bigger or libido boost, not cause other changes. (he is one of my friends IRL)

I am trying and have been. He is extremely hard headed as the rest of his family (his 14 yr old cousin taking mdrol for his 2nd cycle already...). He is friends with Anthony Clarks brother and gets advise from him... Invalid Link Removed

Its all good bud...even good friends have to be shown tough love and given a smack upside the head. All you can do is try to be a good friend and be patient and try to keep working with him...eventually if he is a good friend he will come around and learn little by little from you. One step at a time is all it takes.

I have used lots of cre02, and 1 bottle of the new green bulge. They are the two best pill form creatines on the market.

I went from taking Nos ether level 1, straight into green bulge. Obviously nos had loaded my system with creatine. I GAINED STRENGTH SIGNIFICANTLY ON GREEN BULGE. I changed nothing in my workout or diet. After green bulge I went straight into cre02, AND LOST STRENGTH.

I can't explain it, except to say that whatever synergy they got going in green bulge is potent. For strength, I'm not sure any creatine product beats it (maybe MAN Clout, dunno, but that's a drink with significantly higher levels of ingredients, twice daily dosing, and nearly double the price).

Where cre02 shines is in boosting strength AND endurance. Endurance on cre02 is outstanding. So if you do crossfit, or high rep stuff, or martial arts, stuff requiring a high level of strength which takes you back and forth from aerobic to anaerobic, cre02 is for you. If you're going purely for size and strength, green bulge is it. I do martial arts, so I mostly use cre02, but I will cycle in green bulge from time to time.

Green Bulge is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone...between NeoVar and Green Bulge...I don't think you can go wrong either way, I think cycling back and forth between both would actually be a great way to get the most out of both products.

However, I am still biased towards Green Mag. It is too damn yummy to pass up...I even got my wife hooked on that one. :D.

West Coast Labs puts out a super cheap cre-mag chelate... i remember i got 2 bottles a while back for like 10$ total

yeah, for a powder green mag is an insane value and tastes better than most sugar filled soft drinks :)
