haha. im coming down to the last 4-5 weeks of my cycle thats why man. im outta cycle money from my cycle stash. i had enough for one more vial so im getting that to bump up the dose and to extend it to 12 weeks(was only doing 500 for 10 weeks). str gains have been great, but mass gains havnt reached my expectations. i just wanted to see how i would react and see if i could put on alittle more mass. im back down to +15 cuz im trying to lose some fat. i mean ive put on alot with this cycle. i wanted to make sure i was eating enough to gain but i guess i was eatin too much. i couldnt really help it in the beggining though. my appetite was insane. its ALOT calmer now
 
Day 33

193 lbs

Gyno is finally getting much better!! so that is freakin great, i'm 99% sure it was from the Xtren, so that sucks, was really looking forward to a non-injectible tren, i swear with Xtren I could almost immediately notice the difference too even at 60mg. powerful stuff.

anyone want $100 worth of Xtren I can't use?? haha

not much other updates lately because frankly not much to say. I've changed my diet to go with much less carbs, while adding the arimidex and nolva, so I've stopped adding weight. workouts are still incredible though, with strength up every time i go to the gym and pumps are ridiculous.

Cutting is a new task for me so fine tuning my diet has been kind of tough, I'm usually so lean that putting muscle on is the problem. actually never had to really try to cut before in my life. Basically all i'm doing now is reducing carbs, adding protein, adding IGF and low dose of ECA in the morning as well as adding cardio. We'll see how it goes but I look a little leaner I think.

Anyone think I should add some clen? Never used that before...

Not as vascular as I wish though and I've now been on 20mg of Pheraplex stacked with 50-75Mg of Hdrol for about a week. I can't say that i've noticed any difference since adding the Hdrol but that doesn't surprise me either given that for most people hdrol seems to take some time to kick in.
 
Day 37

194 lbs

not much updates just because there hasn't been much to update. I found some expired IGF I forgot about so I've been taking that at 100mcg (I know too much but I'm sure its lost much of its potency).

Other than that I"m surprised I haven't lost more weight. I've been taking an ECA every morning, and cut most carbs out of my diet while adding 15-20 minutes of cardio to every workout, and in spite of that my strength is still through the roof. Other than that just gradually dropping a little fat and holding my weight steady. droppped a noticable amount of fat in the last 2 weeks but nothing shocking. still tweaking my diet and workout as this is really the first time i've purposely cut and i have a lot to learn. I really gotta get some pics up on here that are recent.

I increased the Hdrol to 100mg a day and have the pheraplex at 20mg a day. Not noticing anything from the Hdrol other than slightly harder muslces and more back pumps.

as far as sides, now that the Xtren gyno has passed, I feel great. Appetitive is huge, endurance is decent. Feel like my hair may be thinning slightly but I could just be making that up. the only real side is that my sleep has been ****ED, waking up 2-3x a night is normal and so that has sucked. I'm sure sleeping 5 hours at best a night is not helping me....

going to try to set a new personal best on wednesday morning, my best 1 rep max bench so far is 320lbs, so I'll increase my carbs the night before just for that and see how it goes. I'll be surprised if i can beat it but worth a shot, I did 265lbs on the bench the other day for 10 reps like nothing and have put up 285lbs at 4 reps many times in the past 3 weeks, it will probably depend more on my shoulders and joints than anything else.
 
i wish i had a massive amount of sh*t i could throw together like this LOL. keep killin it son. when i did hdrol i noticed i was gettin more reps with the same weight during weeks 1/2 and about 1.5 weeks in to 2 weeks in you'll be able to put up more weight. but your on alot of other stuff hahaha, so it doesnt even matter
 
Day 39

196.5lbs

not sure why I'm still gaining weight, I think some of it is water as my salt intake was a bit high last 2 days, but now I plan to cut out all salt to try to remove water. Its interesting though, i'm not sure if its "manorexia" hahaha or not, but I look in the mirror and think "probably <190lbs today" and then I'm surprised every time I weigh myself that I keep putting on weight. I'm guessing that is the Hdrol kicking in, which is about damn time since i've been taking >100mg of the stuff a day. Given all the arimidex and ECAs i'm on though, i expected to be down in weight at least a few pounds.

I'm generally not as vascular or cut as I wished though, guessing bf is still 10% generally but I'm bad at guessing. Hoping cutting some sodium and carbs and increasing the cardio a bit more helps by the end of this month.

Have a pool party this weekend, so trying to look leaner over the next few days too if possible.
 
By the way, didn't end up trying to break my 320lb personal best on bench the other day, I ended up putting up 290lbs a few times but I had no sleep the night before and a weak dinner and so I knew that without loading up on some carbs the night before (I usually work out chest early in the morning) there was no way. Feeling strong though, bet if i slammed some pasta the day before I could do it, still have time though so not too worried, goals are generally within reach already actaully. I figure if i go into PCT at 195lbs I could easily hold 190lbs after and I'm 196+ now. Really couldn't be happier with this cycle actually other than a bit more vascularity and lose some more bf.
 
Sounds like it's going well for you. If you're expecting to lose weight and you gain, that's the best thing because it's surely muscle. IDK how much the Hdrol is putting on you, i'd suspect the phera more, but who knows at this point.

hahaha, I know man, partying without drinking is tough, particularly for my irish azzzz. lol. but i'm getting pretty good at it now, if i'm feeling particularly weird I will sometimes babysit a bud light or something all night and drink like half of it over the course of the entire evening. I really only do that though when I'm at networking events with potential business partners or something and I don't want them to feel weird about their own drinking. If you buy a round of drinks and just get a 7-up or glass of orange juice with ice for yourself nobody even notices you're not drinking.
I'll just have to make up for my lack of drinking with extra azzz slapping of all the hot women that will be there! hahahah


hard to tell with the Phera and Hdrol, I have noticed a full body pump more so since adding the Hdrol but I've been taking it at 150mg a day for the last few days since i felt pretty much nothing at 100mg. I doubt I'll be running this again. I think i'd rather just run the phera at 10-20mg for 5-6 weeks next time with low dose test.

I think its interesting how 10mg of phera is stronger than 75mg of Hdrol.....
 
I think Hdrol will provide that hardness that results in a pumped feeling, and vascularity, more than anything else. Phera actually provides weight gains. You are like me in not getting much from Halodrol, it's an extremely weak compound for some of us, especially for a methyl. I really view it only as a stacker, and even then only at high doses. I'm glad the phera works well for you though, phera is a pretty solid steroid, i just like SD a lot more, it's similar but i get better weight gains and like, double the strength gains with SD.

ran into a dumb a$$ ex girlfriend out last night after sleeping 4 hours the night before. she caused a huge scene and ton of bull**** drama, so I ended up missing meeting friends for dinner and was so tired and pissed off that I missed dinner entirely actually when I got home, so basically I have eaten about half of my goal or less and slept <5 ours for a few days in a row and I STILL woke up this morning pumped up. Slappa dam hoe.....but whatever, gotta love these methyls for keeping you pumped and swole even when not eating or sleeping I guess. Missed my workouts now for 3 days from being so tired, which PISSES me off, but whatever. Going to hit arms today even though I feel like shiznit.

Day 43

195.5 lbs

I've only got 4 more days on the Pheraplex and then I'm just going to up the Hdrol to 150mg and run it till I'm out of it. I feel like that stuff is basically worthless.

Seriously considering cutting this cycle short though in the next 5 days. I've hit all my goals pretty much (not the 315lb bench yet)
The reason is that if i cut the cycle short I could probably get 2 more cycles (one bulk to 210 lbs and then cut down) in before next summer and PCT would be a breeze since I'll only have been on for 7 weeks and I'm on HCG.
I've given some thought to bodybuilding and its role/value in my life and I think I'd enjoy "taking it to the next level" over the next year and I've never been >200lbs when off cycle with low bodyfat and its just within reach over the next year I think.

I was buying cytogainer the other night and this guys pics got me inspired (no homo), I think if i lean bulked to 210lbs (possible with a 10 week cycle I think) and then cut back to 195 with clen I could approach something similar

Sucks that the Hdrol is so weak on you. I fear it'll be weak when i run my 4 bottles.

I know you can bust up that bench PR on this cycle, my strength will still peak in the workout after coming off cycle so you got some time.

That guy is lean but i think his abs look weird. Your upper body will be more bulked than that he looks kinda small. At 5'8, 210, or 215, will be huge. For the cutting down I am going to advocate T3, in my experience I think this worked great and was much milder compared to clen. Clen gives me headachey problems at the effective dose (~100mcg). Run cutting anabolics with T3, I think that will become the staple cut cycle I do too. Cutting cycles are important, that's when you look your best too.
 
I definitely have more bulk than he does but of course I'm not even remotely close to his bodyfat. I don't know what it is but my vascularity never gets like that too, I've been measured multiple times at 6-7% bodyfat back in the day (at a much lower weight) and i never had veins like that in my biceps. guess its just genetics.

Overall, i've been very disappointed in Hdrol. I'm starting to get Kidney pain or something in my lower back also, so looks like I may not have a choice to cut this one short. This is the first time I've stacked methyl orals for this long, interesting that my appetite remains sky high though as typically that is the first sign my body has had enough of a cycle is that I find myself force feeding every meal and nothing sounds good to eat.

i'm going to have to look into T3, thanks for the reco, really looking to do whatever is safer as i don't know jack about thyroid and that stuff yet, so don't want to hurt myself.

Day 46

194lbs

so had some crazy stuff going on,some good some bad.

GOOD: Met this crazy hot model doing promotional work for Bacardi at an event I went to, long story short ended up going back to her house that night and ended up staying there for nearly 3 days in a row in bed. testosterone gives porn star abilities so I thought I'd get some good use out of it, hahahha...good times.

THE BAD: problem is I didn't eat barely anything or drink enough water while I was at this chick's house and only brought enough pheraplex and Hdrol for 1.5 days in my car, so I accidentally went a day without taking my orals and now i'm having crazy lower back pain.
problem is I can't tell if its back muscle issues from porn star-ing out on this chick for 72 hours straight or if I may have some kidney/liver issues from stacking somewhat high doses of methyls now for 6.5 weeks. Its been almost 3 days now since then and the pain is not going away. I have no issues with blood in my urine and my hunger is great, not any more tired than usual, or any of the other symptoms of kidney/liver issues but this **** has me kinda scared so no need to push it and end up in ER or something.


MORE GOOD: I went and did chest the other day, I put 295lbs on there and told my spotter I'd just try to do 4-5 reps, ended up doing 10 and could have done a few more probably so I was "Fcuk it" and so I put the 320lbs on the bench and did it with ease actually 3 reps with a little help on the last one. THIS HAS ME SO FUCCKING STOKED! that was the only goal I hadn't hit this cycle basically. Note that I did this after having 5 sets already of pretty heavy chest including doing 225lbs for 12 reps while warming up.


So here is my plan:

My lower back pain has me worried and I see no need to push it more since I've basically hit my goals, so I'm cutting a few weeks off the end of this cycle. My goals have changed a little since I started this cycle and I'd like to squeeze 2 more cycles into the next 12 months. If i stop now I can easily get another 10 week bulking cycle in before January.

So, no more methyl orals and i'm taking Xtren at 60mg a day for the next 6 days (I don't care if i get a little gyno, i just need something anabolic in my system while the test cyp clears). its been about a week since my last shot and I like to give it 2 weeks then I'll do my PCT.

Then the plan is to run a test/deca/EQ/Mdrol dirty bulking cycle to 215lbs this winter and then run a test/anavar/pplex (with maybe low dose tren) cutting cycle next May to try to get to a 8%bf and >200lbs weight off cycle.
 
also, the other day I upped the Hdrol dose to 125mg and then 150mg for 2 days just to see if i noticed anything (I didn't), so I know that is NOT good for the liver/kidneys....
 
that sucks man. the pain could totally be non methyl related....ive have 4 different times my backs hurt on my cycle of test only...and i think its from sleeping weird LOL. it hurts like a b!tch but keeps coming back stays there for 3 days or so then im all better. i know its not lifting related too bc it will happen randomly. i wake up, and it hurts lol. atleast you hit your goal man. i got a couple weeks left and im 3lbs from my goal of 250lbs. im tired of being bloated tho. good job with teh model broski hahaha
 
250lbs is freakin hooooooogggggeee homey, thats nuts that you are 25% heavier than i am and my friends all keep commenting on how big I've gotten. you would dwarf me like mini me hahahahah. 3lbs is nothing man, i'm SURE you will hit/exceed that goal with a few weeks to go. TIME TO EAT BIG!

you are right too, I don't know for sure but I think the back pain was actually muscle related from pushing too hard on the military press (which is my weakest lift)

here is my ultra scientific way I approached this:
do deadlifts and squats and see if my back is more sore the next day or feels the same as it usually does after lifting.
Well, my back was Fkcued after that lifting day so I think it's mostly from muscles or some minor back injury. it's not a huge deal but might as well slow down since i've hit my goals.


Right now i'm on vacation but just cruising at 191-192lbs and on 60-90mg of Xtren (90mg on days I've been lifting)

everytime i come off those methyl orals i really understand how strong they truly are. Even 120mg of Xtren is NOTHING compared to 20mg of Pheraplex.
 
Neverstop you respond well to phera then, i took PP up to 50mg and it works but it's never been "strong" for me. Actually the Xtren at 90-120 was pretty comparable to 30PP in terms of gains for me. Maybe better strength gains on the Xtren actually...

Anyway sounds like ur doing well and leaning out, keep it up
 
man i know im heavy, but i could really use i cut. i dont mind carrying around the extra bf cuz ive never even seen my abs my entire life. i went from fat as hell in midle school 225lbs cut to 170lbs(still no abs LMAO) and started lifting to bulk up now im at 247. im trying to eat alot but my appetite has dropped alot since i started. i might be heavy but im sure your lifts are better than mine. i think this was caused by me not cutting right when i didnt know what i was doing and lost alot of muscle.

good call on the back experiment. mines feeling better as of today haha. i dont think im gonna do deadlifts heavy anymore. prob wont go over 225 i guess. i wana keep my back strong but i dont want to injure it further by going over 315. kinda dissapointing because my deadlifts are my strong point. i have mild scoliosis though, so im sure putting more weight on the bar and getting my back stronger is causing a muscle imbalance. man you should see my stretch marks from this cycle lmao. its REALLY bad on my chest and lats.

i have a few weeks left on so im sure im going to surpass 250. sucks you had to end yours. gl with the tren gyno bro haha...and your sooo freaking right about how strong the orals are man...now that ive ran a test cycle i know how strong they are. test is better for str, but those damn DS would put on aLOT more mass on me. my next cycle will prb be just test and var. depends on how much my stomach deflates from all this bloat lol

so str gains have been rediculous, mass gains ok. i think i answered your questions and i threw in some bonus info! hahaha
 
decided to stay on vacation longer than expected. still on vacation. still cruising on Xtren at 90mg a day. still 191-192lbs. have exercised my invincible self control and not drank even one drink despite going out 4 nights in a row with a bunch of hotties. will try to post some final pics and a summary.

You and me both, just looking at Columbo makes me want to see if i can hit 230lbs or something crazy, I really need to not look at that thread before I juice myself out of my mind. hahaha....

as a side note did you guys know you can go on bodybuilding.com and just order free samples? just search "free" or "sample" and then add whatever you find to your order. I ordered some workout gloves and got like 30+ different little samples of various NO and BCAA and T911 samples to entertain me during PCT. can't beat the price. hahah
 
when i use to order stuff from them i would always throw in atleast 5 samples hahaha. speaking of bulking up...my all time life goal is either 270-280 15ish bf or 250 and 10 percent bf or something like that. i have the frame to carry that much weight, and just look at my sig, get hyoooge or die trying....haha

193.2lbs

started PCT Monday
going to run it like this:
clomid 100 5 days then 75/75/50/50/25
nolva 40/20/20/20/20
IGF 60mcg every day for first 5 days then 40mcg every third day after working out. I put 10mcg per pin too and then pin multiple times and multiple spots. ie: 60mcg = 6 injections for me.

then I have CEL tribulus, "PCT support" and ZMAs which I'll start at the end of the second week of my PCT. Got a gang of various NO products to play with in PCT also. I think they are probably about as effective as skittles but we'll see.

My goal is to stay >190lbs and not put on too much bodyfat. I'm already feeling less hard and lean as when I was on, which is not surprising but it sucks.

I've been saying it for awhile now but I really plan to get some after pics up once I find mine or buy a new camera. I don't think I quite hit my goal of bf% but I'm very happy with the cycle. Summary to come soon once I get pics.
 
190.4lbs

Not much to update, sucks to lose weight in PCT but that is to be expected. still above 190lbs (my goal) but just barely, been eating a bit more so looking a little less lean than when on cycle but I'm ok with that now that I'm back from the beach vacation. Back pain was just a mild muscle tear in my lower back so that sucks I cut the cycle short, this would have been AWESOME if i could have run it for another few weeks :( better safe than sorry I guess.

I think my IGF is bunk, which sucks bad, won't order from that source again. I took what should have been 200mcg because I wasn't noticing anything and waited for hunger increase and didn't feel any different so thats a bummer. IGF usually makes me so hungry its stupid. Added 7-OH (lean xtreme) though and am liking that so far.

Usually libido and mood are the 2 things that bother me most during PCT. So far so good this time, feeling very positive and upbeat and not any more emotionally volatile than usual. Libido is pretty good too, took some viagra/cialis for "porn star Olympics" last night and had no problem going 3 times in a row.

I am JUST still at 190lbs. I weighed myself this morning at 189.4 but last night I weighed in at 190.3 so basically 190lbs if i drink a glass of water. hahah. I didn't realize how bloated I was till after PCT though, I really was carrying a ton of water. Look much better now.

Strength has come down much more than I expected which sucks, but I'm still doing ok, did 225lbs 19x earlier this week and still squatting >300lbs for 8 reps pretty easily. Doing 210lbs on lat pulls too. So I'm still pretty happy with the strength increases but I can't rep 295lbs on bench like I could on cycle :(

PCT went great too, best one so far. I actually feel better and feel like I have higher test levels than before this cycle. I plan to get post cycle blood work done in the next 2 weeks to make sure everything is ok and then I'll post that here.

tore a muscle a few days ago so I'll be out for a week but plan now is to take some time off then hit another bulking cycle in February probably. Probably be something like test/xtren/phera with an mdrol pulse 3x a week. Goal is to break 200lbs after PCT solidly, don't care about bf much since I can't seem to really put on fat no matter what I do, so this will be my first "dirty bulk", going for it Lee Priest style!
