Most amazing workout I have ever ever had to date. I dont know what to make of this but today I had the huggggest leap in strength, I am actually in a bit of shock. For the angled leg press last time I did 12+50 plates for 10 reps. So today I was supposed to up to 14 plates. And I did but I hit 10 reps! So threw on some two 25's on and guess what? Another 10 reps!! So I took the 25's off and put two 45's on and wait for it! Another 8 reps!! I had to stop here because time wasn't my friend today. But wholly sh1t! A 140lb increase on an exercise?!! :wtf: What am I on Tren?! lol seriously. I am floored by this. I can see the increased dosage of Tpro is doing something very special. Wait today was 187 pre w/o. haha I cannot believe I am this close to 190 :blink:.
...anyway today's #'s
Incline db curls - 60x7-6-3=16 reps; +4 reps! :blink: I can't believe I will be doing curls with 65's soon! :wtf:, did a static for 30 secs (up 5 secs from last time). Man those statics hurt like beetch.
Reverse cable curls - had to drop weight today. Guess my forearms are tired.
P/L preacher curls - 110x12, static for 40 secs; this is up 1 rep from last time.
stretch for 45 secs. My bis were SOOOO pumped! I'm talking skin bursting pumps! Like it hurt kinda pump. It def made this stretch more difficult...and I liked it! :smite:
Reverse stance V-squat calves - threw some extra 45's on this time and got 12 slow reps with 360.
stretch for 60 secs each. Reallly felt them today! Looove the calf stretch.
SLDL - doubled my fukcin reps on my heavy set! 325x6; up 3 reps; dropped to 250 for 4 reps :dead:; this is up 5lbs from last time but I lost 8 reps..ugh. I did take less rest time than last time and did double my reps for my heavy set. It's all relative. :dunno:
Close stance angled leg press - 14x10 PR!!, 14+50x10 PPRRRR!!, 16x8 PRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :hammer: And to think I could have prob put on another two 45's for reps!!! Which I will be doing next time![]()
