P plex cycle

I am about to cycle of p plex. I am currently 6'1 176lbs. I was going to run the cycle as 20mg first week, 30 mg second and third week and then 40mg the final week. Is the best weekly dosage? Also i was wondering if i am supposed to be taking fish oil, hawthorne berries, saw palmetto while on the cycle? I have milk thistle for when i finish the cycle when on my pct. Any information is very helpful, thanks guys

20/20/30/30/30 and yes 2 wks or more for cycle assist supps and efa's, and get a SERM!

Ive heard that if you take milk thistle while on cycle then the p plex will not work at its best. Is that true? Also should I be taking saw palmetto, hawthorne berry while on cycle?
 
cycle supplements: cycle assist,pst assist

SERM is very crucial for harsh compound like superdrol or M1T.

You could also take AI + Cortisol Control + Test Booster in addition to SERM for your PCT.


1. SERM - Torem, Ralox, Nolvadex etc

Example Torem Dosing: - As per Interlocutor
Day 1-5 = 120mg Torm
Day 6-21 = 60mg Torm
Day 22-28 = 30mg Torm

You should monitor this carefully and will most likely bounce back rather quickly with this SERM as per reports given by experienced users on the board. Please someone let me know if this is overkill for Torem

Example Nolva Dosing:
Wk1: 40,40,40,20,20,20,20
Wk2: 20mg everyday
Wk3: 10mg everyday
Wk4: 10mg everyday

I am not sure why anyone would go above these dosages, as per Dinoii, as the large body of studies / material backs up dosages no more than 40mg and mainly focuses on 20mg / 10mg dosage schemes. More is not better

2. Cycle Support - Cycle Support(Highly Recommended), Liver Longer, Perfect Cycle, Liv52, NAC, SAMe.

3. AI - Formestane(Highly Recommended), 6-OXO / Androstenetrione.

4. Anti-Cort - X-Lean, Retain 2, Lean Xtreme, 11-OxO, Abliderate (8oz), B-Androstenetriol

5. Test Booster - Good reviews or I have used: Sustain Alpha(Recommended), Drive, T-Force, Activate(original).

NON-Rx SERM + P.C.T Guide

1. Non Rx SERM - Post Cycle Support(Recommended), Sustain Alpha(Recommended)

I think im guna run the cycle 3 pills a day. 1 morning, 1 before workout and 1 before bed. Im taking fish oil and my multi vitamins while on cycle. Im guna run cycle support on my pct with the herbs.
 
Is a SERM really necessary for a short 4 week cycle?
I have read that cycles less than 6 weeks do not require a SERM, and by SERM I don't mean something you buy OTC...I think of SERM as Nolva or Clomid.
 
I see everyone talking about nolvadex, clomid, etc. Does anyone know of a trusted place to purchase nolva? If so, please share. I just got doing phera plex/m-drol stack and have lost a great amount of size and strength gains because I had to use AX Advanced PCT. So, if anyone can please help me find Nolva I would really appreciate it. I'm about to run another cycle in a few months...any ideas?
 
Guys, can we stop with the "OMG YOU MUST HAVE A SERM!!!!!" bull****? It's simply not true in most cases. My very first cycle I ran Superdrol + Propadrol for 3 weeks, put on 18 lbs, and did not get shut down at all. I took an AI (Advanced PCT) and I was just fine. Yes, it is a great idea to keep a SERM on hand "just in case", and it can help you recover faster if you do experience some shut down, but it is by no means a requirement to use a SERM for recovery. AI will work in most cases. Use your head for more than a hatrack and look at the reality of the situation instead of just blindly parroting the bull**** others have told you.

Oh yeah and to answer the original poster's question: yes it's a great idea to run those supplements. No it not required to do so. I never run any of that support stuff. If you are not drinking alcohol while on cycle and you are reasonably young with a healthy liver, are following the dosing recommendations, are giving yourself plenty of recovery time between cycles, and generally doing what you're supposed to, you will be just fine.

Sorry bud, cant give out places to get SERMs or steroids, in the rules
 
Topical Formestane is pretty strong stuff.

The injectable version was used in placed of clomi and nolva a while back.

It's okay to take them together while you are on.....just split up your dosing so you're not taking them together. Space them as far apart as you can.
 
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that P-Plex wont be available after Jan 4th, and is one sale at 14.95 at certain places until either the ban date or it sells out.
