Mysterious pill in h-drol

my friend texted me today becuase he found a lil yellow pill with an L on it in his bottle of h-drol and wanted to know what it is...? any ideas

I did raise an eye-brow when I opened the thread. There's just no way of proving that a pill actually exists.

Use a pill identifier. With only the information you've given, it might be hard to narrow down. They have pictures you can compare to though.
