hey everyone, just wanted to drop a line while I had a minute to breathe. Its been wild lately with the boys starting to smile a lot and make noises and such, doing their tummy time stuff, and everything else. I have been working 4 days a week at 11-12 hours a day and i've also begun training again in KettleBells and plan to compete in November in New Jersey. I dont know for sure that i'll be ready in time....but i'm pumping reps like no one's biz until then :wink1:
Just wanted to give a layout of my last week so everyone knows whats up!
Sunday - Played tennis for 2 hours and then worked from 3pm-2am
Monday - Played tennis for 2 hours, did a full session of Renegade Yoga
Tuesday - worked from 11am-8pm, did a KB session at midnight
Wednesday - Did a KB session, did a full session of Renegade Yoga
Thursday - Did a KB session
Friday - worked 11am-8pm, took day off
Saturday - worked 3pm-3am, took day off
So thats how its been lately. Just wanted to say that the E-911 is still doing it's job well even though it's slowed just slightly in energy, and the Liptotropic by itself still isn't my favorite taste....but mixed with AlltheWhey or (by random curiosity) mixed with Ovaltine it is pretty awesome too.
Will get on soon to update again. I work another 11 hours today and get to miss my Giants eat up those cowgirls....but i'm trying to get to all my internet stuff so that I can get a KB session in
