I got up at 7am, 4km run at 9am then work at 12! only a short 3 hour shift though, all done now lol

Can anyone tell I'm hyped, 30 mins. ago I took 2 Ignite by Nutrex Research! WOW, they're working well today for some reason. I never felt this good before.

Ha, while I'm at it, I'm up with my bulking to a all time recored of 186.5 as of this morning! Waist is the same!! So I'm totally thrilled about this. Size Surge is working, my hard work is finally paying off. Ok, I'm done.

haha yeah its all over the news, i turn off when the sports come on though!

Amsterdam is great, i went for my 21st. Pretty wasted the whole time. My friend whited on a tram so we had to get off in the middle of no where, he thought he was going to crap himself. We did find a nice little cafe where i had a burger and he sat on the toilet for 30mins doing nothing :)
