So I ran a very successful H-drol cycle in Feb and got strong and had great recomp effects. Now im getting the urge to run a second cycle because Ive lost a considerable amount of strength and definition due to numerous reasons.
Im looking to definately add considerable strenght as always, lean up, and hopefully add some lean muscle mass which I know is always possible. Take a look at the picture below add see what I have stocked up on(yeah I know...I stocked up b/c of the PH ban talk. But this should last me a while.)
Basically, I have a few slight ideas on cycles Id like to run but I want your guys opinions on here b/c you all are far more experienced than I. Also I wouldnt mind trying a bridge for this cycle.
Stats:
25yrs old
6'1" 220-225lbs on an avg day
approx 7 yrs lifting experience
2nd shifter so I lift in the A.M. approx 4-5 days/wk
nutrition is my biggest downfall...its really hard for me to make myself eat enough food to keep my stomach full all the time cause Im never hungry untill before bed. But when ON I eat approx 2-5 chicken breast/day.
