Noticing more vascualrity from ptren im guessing and and overall hardness, pumps were incredible!!! Busting out of my shirt, felt eneromous

I can honestly say this is pretty rad to watch. Never seen a current M1T log and this is doing the compound a lot of justice. GL with the Ptren as well. Good sh!t man, keep them weights coming.

Pumps again were incredible!! Ptren has defienetely kicked in.
 
Day 21, The end of week 3, I have decided to drop the m1t after today, been battling ridiculous lethargy. It Has been well worth the cycle. Now lets see where the ptren takes me

I went from a meagre 205 squat to a 425 for 6 reps in two m1t cyles over a few months ranging from 185 to 200lbs. Retarded strength, heavy sides and not alot of wieght but people sure noticed.

That is retarded. I've been squatting ~315 for most working sets for the last couple years and no cycle i've run has increased it a ton.

To date... not much this was over 4 or so years ago. Punthra (on AM) was there back when we didnt know what m1t was and i have a propencity for strength but never been huge... m1t didnt help (with size).... It was stupid and i had severe groin and knee pains from the huge jumps and pumps. I squat lower now, below paralell and think i will switch to slightly above because of my knees. Now i havent really worked out due to extra seasonal work but can squat up to 225 olympic front squat for 8 at 180 pounds. Nothing great but we shall see what my superdrol log will yeild.

Could you imagine a 17 year old weighing 130 lbs squatting 375 lbs 10 times easy? Cuz that was what I did hahah. Different people have different strengths. On another note, my bench has never been past 180 for a max :(

I was going @$$ to grass my friend. It was on the wrestling team, so it was all strength. Use your legs that much...

Also that was when the cheerleaders came in and trained with us, I think having the cheerleaders in a rack beside you inspires great things at that age. Coach dang near shat himself, as did the rest of the team when people weighing 180-200 couldn't even get that weight. My core and legs were solid, and untouchable, its my damn arms that never got any power :privateeye:

Current goal is to squat 400 in a years time, though dealing with achilles tendinitis has added in many complications...

My squats are right at parallel, i use an adjustable height bench. I also used to wrestle in highschool so my legs/back were always my strong point. I took a two year layoff from working out my previous bests were 385bench max, 495x6 for aquat parrelel, 405x6 deadlift. I used to aspire to do weightlifting competitions. i stopped squatting below parallel when i hurt my knee. Lets face it squats are the best for muscle growth but when ur lifting so much its terrible on ur joints. I know a lot of people who use smith machine for that reason. But with all lifts for me they are done with good form. And my bench is so low now because ive focused on incline after tearing a tricep tendon a few years back plus i see more mass development from DB. Squats, Bench, and Deads have a lot to do with strength but equally enough to do with form.

starting see very noticeable size gains. Inches have gone from about 15.75 to almsot 17. Waist has remained at 31 no notice in increase if bodyfat.

yeah i did notice it a lil haha, sucks but oh well. weight is still at 200. Took an extra day off body needed it so did mind just to refocus. Todays arms. I will be ending my 4th week tomorrow (wed). Then 2 more weeks of ptren. I have gained 12 lbs, increased lifts insanely. Vascularity has been amazing. I have dropped noticeably bodyfat while still ginaing muscle mass. Really gonna bust it up these next two weeks, hopefully get to 205 then got this planned for sometime next year

RECOMP CYCLE
weeks 1-10 Test Prop - 400mg/week
Weeks 1-3 Sdrol - 20mg/ed
Weeks 2-10 ptren - 90mg/ed
Weeks 4-10 t3 ramped up to either 75mcg or 100mcg

Goal will be to maintain as much muscle/strength as possible and get down to atleast 10%

Took the day off yesterday. Having to work Saturday nights now so wanted to cordinate my split so my day off falls on Saturday plus it's college football season! Weights still 201 def liking the ptren in terms of vascularity and dry gains. With 2 weeks left of the cycle I can say I'm allready satisfied with the gains I've had. 13lb increase in weight, lifts up tremendously. Def added the mass I needed to set myself up for the future recomp

Hopefully this pulled ab of mine will be completely healed soon, so I can start increasing my poundages again. I miss heavy things...lol.

sides are starting to set in pretty badly. Nausea has become an issue, its bearable but distracting none the less. Im not sure if its from the ptren or just other things. Aggression has been up a little. Lethargy kicking my butt a little bit. One more week i think i can manage still able to get it up lol so thats good.
 
Fun log.. Now if you can only keep what you have gained and get all your lipid levels and liver enzymes to be normal quickly.. Im sure they are somewhat out of whack right now.. Last time I ran M1t my doc was trippin at my trig. levels and my liver enzymes was elevated..
 
If the weight stopped id quit now man, the sides you are experiencing are the indication that you are doing damage so quit while your ahead.
 
The sides are bearable the strength gains are ridiculous. The pumps are insane. BP has been great. Went to the doc last week everything was in check. I've ran m1t before and I rembered some of these sides. Ptren is new but this is 3rd week and I'm experencing t. One mre week till pct. M1t has some harsh effects what some experience for sdrol is similar to m1t. (for those who have experiences similar sides)/. The ptrn may be makig me nausea not spreading out the dosages or taking on an empty stomach like I say only just started happening. .

It is time now for PCT...Nolvadex week 1 - 40, Week 2 - 30, weeks 3 & 4- 20
 
Closing in on the first week of pct. Been at Nolva @ 40mg weight is at 205, strength slightly increasing. Never really noticed a decrease in testosterone. Sex drive has been there the whole duration. Not noticing any fat gain. Lethargy is really the only symptom thats causing problems. Ordered some Jacked today heard a lot of good about it and hoping it can get me through the remainder of pct. My question to yall is should i ate a natural testosterone enhancer? I really want to keep my gains. My diet is dead on increased the carbs a little bit to try not to loose the mass i worked so hard to gain.
