SX is designed specifically for weight loss. It will give you the metabolism of a 10 year old, and the appetite supressant is second to none. Most people don't even think about eating and before you know it, your stomach is rumbling.

Lean FX is designed to block elevated levels of cortisol, which tend to rise during times of dieting, stress, and extreme physical activity. Cortisol will cause the body to become catabolic. When this takes place the process of burning fat stores for energy slows down. Stimulants like SX can also raise cortisol levels so stacking the two would be awesome.

As far as dosing, 1 cap of SX a day, early in the morning is all it takes. You need to know, for the first few days, sleeping patterns will be off. Don't panic and stop taking it. Your body needs to get accustom to it's new metabolism.
Also, avoid all other stims, including cafeine until you establish your tolerence to SX. Be sure and eat a little something throughout the day and drink a lot of water.

Dosing LFX is a little different. Take 1 cap upon waking, 1 cap 4 hours later (second cortisol peak of the day), and 1 cap in the evening.

Hope I covered everything. If you have any more question, let me know.

This has the training, diet, cardio and supplement recommendations that will help you achieve your goals

thanks a million for the info guys ive already ordered both of them and plan to buy my brother who is overweight also a bottle of sx. also promise last question. realistically how much and how fast should i expect to lose, i plan to work out 5x a week cardio, light weights and a 20 minute sauna session? what do you guys think.

Dude you could lose a ton of weight. A guy who is obese and actually truly trains hard and does a lot of cardio AND follows a diet/supplementation regime like the one i linked you to can lose a SUBSTANTIAL amount of weight in the first month or two

By all means skip the sauna while on SX. You need to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated just being on SX, add the heat of a sauna and dehydration is imminant.

Did someone say substantially overweight? I can vouch for that! :D Being a big guy who was a lot bigger in the wrong way just 4 years ago, I can attest to the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of a LOT of different products. If SX were around when I started, I'd have been better off - both in terms of weight lost and money saved! I've been using it for the past few months, and while I don't look at the scale any more, the mirror shows me progress that I like to see. Training and diet are always the tops of the priority list, but adding in something to aid in all-day motivational energy, cortisol control for stress-induced fat storage and eating, and the lack of a desire to eat between meals is really really really a boon to your (and my) goals.

After the first month or two, if you are wondering, things may get harder. They always do. The body adapts, and you just have to adapt with it. The losses from SX alone have ranged from mild to absolutely astounding (just heard of a lady losing 5.5lbs in 6 days during her 3rd week of it!!!). By the time your body adapts, SX will still be as potent. Adjust the diet and training accordingly to keep yourself "guessing". Never let a routine become stale. If you want to change, then force the change!!

If you every need any help, we're here for you, man!!

ya you really can, the weight comes off quick when you're significantly overweight

Ditto - newbie gains and newbie losses can be profound. The most important part is realizing that it won't last forever and pushing on after that first plateau.

By all means skip the sauna while on SX. You need to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated just being on SX, add the heat of a sauna and dehydration is imminant.

Definitely! The sauna does feel good, especially for achey joints and such, but it will dehydrate you in a hurry - especially the dry sauna that is found at many gyms. If you do it, take a big bottle of water in with you each time. Otherwise, forget it. A sauna for fatloss is a bit of an archaic concept in my book. If you want to sweat the fat off, get off your butt and do something to sweat! :D (Again, speaking from experience!!)

Dieting is best done in a step-wise manner.

That's generally why some refer to it as "cutting"; you continue to "cut" calories from your diet during this weightloss phase.

As you've started to make diet changes, your maintenance calories change, and the weightloss begins to slow down. As your begin to plateau, this is an excellent opportunity re-evaluate your diet and/or exercise routine, and look for spots where you can make better decisions.

Wouldn't that last cap in the evening make sleeping difficult?

I just placed an order for LFX, but want to make sure I take the caps at the appropriate times.

If you find it gives you trouble sleeping ( which it shouldnt) just take the 3rd cap at some other point during the day
