Strength Loss After PH Cycle

Do you guys find that you lose a substantial amount of your strength after you come off a PH cycle?

Like your bench goes down after you come off it...

domstriker, this is what always happens after a PH cycle if you don't have the right PCT plan set out pre-cycle. What were you cycling?

I haven't cycled anything yet. I have Epistane and liquid Nolva on the way. I'm going to do a six week cycle. I took Andro way back in the day ('98 or '99 I can't remember.) That's my only experience w/ PH's.

I just came off a three month creatine cycle and my incline bench went down about ten pounds. IDK, maybe it's just in my head.

So if I'm diligent on my PCT w/ my Nolva and maybe a natural test booster I shouldn't lose any of the strength?

Start up creatine in your PCT ;)

Yes you'll usually lose strength. Honestly i have a pretty hard time retaining gains when bulking on short oral cycles.... that's part of why i'm doing a recomp right now, easy to maintain gains from that.

Gains will be more maintainable from longer cycles with smooth steady gains (injectable cycles) than oral-only cycles.

PH cycles are like Dbol only cycles which, in the world of AAS, people know its hard to keep your gains on.

Yeah, I planned my three month creatine intake to end before my Epi cycle. That way I'd be off of the creatine while on the cycle and then start again after the Epi cycle w/ my PCT.

I'm learning a lot on here. Especially from your posts.

Ya, loses after cycles have plagued the world of AAS forever. With nolva, a natural test booster and creatine coupled with a good diet (plenty of protein and BCAA's) you should be in good shape. P.S. a ten pound loss on your incline bench isn't a huge loss. Nothing to worry about unless you end up back where you started, but with this PCT layout that shouldn't be the case.

People tend to lose substantial gains because they don't continue to eat 'BIG' during pct.
People also wanna jump right back into cardio during,an immediately after pct.Not a wise choice either.
After eating above and beyond during, when pct rolls around you tend to slip back into maintenance mode.Kinda like an exhale moment if you will.
It's not easy ingesting an extra 1k,or whatever the case may be on a daily basis, but you have to prepare yourself mentally to keep lifting that fork .You can't cruise during pct.Gotta keep pressing on hard.

Your gains from the Epi should be easier to maintain then something that adds strength and weight quickly like Phera. Slower the weight/strength gain, generally the easier to maintain.
