I no longer shoot my knees past my toes when I do squats. I haven't had knee pain anymore, but now I'm having lower back pain while squatting.
your chest is leaning out too far. lower the weight a bit and focus on form, and see what gives.
good idea thanks. I think I'll take about 20lbs off. I can squat, but I'm still struggling a little bit. Also, maybe this way I can start to go deeper.
Yeah I was going to suggest that along with strengthening your core - squats hit most of the body, and if one part is lagging strength training wise then you'll feel it. Also make sure you keep your head up at all times.

Something like this is nearly impossible to figure out over the internet without video. My guess would be that it's something related to your technique, but it's only a guess. If you can get some video put up you can get much more specific feedback.
