I wonder if it would be ok to start a thread listing which supplements do nothing. If you think about it, its going to stop people wasting their money on stuff that doesnt work!
 
I wish someone would have told me the "truth" about supplements when I first started lifting.Would have saved me a boatload of $$$:damnit:

i think it has something to do with other rep power. If i have a rep power of 15, then i can barely move your rep power number... but if i have a shtt load of Rep power, then i can make you negative with one post

At BN I did have a thread about supplements that don't work. Not to bash but based on personal experience.

Anyways, late night last night. Had an arcball game, we crushed them, got 1st place pretty much locked up which means automatic bid to the playoffs final four.

Crushed beers at the field til like 2am! Feeling it now.

Sane, I just buy the bulk powder from Nutraplanet. It tastes like ****, but it's cheaper than the pills and gets the job done.

OK, so I think I'm gonna abuse some oral PH's....here's what I've got, you homies tell me what you think. (this is posted in my log as well)

M-Drol..........dun dun dunnnnnnn!!!!!

Everyone here at AM is pretty adamant about using Clomid for PCT off m-drol, but I already have Tamifoxen Citrate, so I'm gonna be using that.

Considering a pulse (gonna stop by Dr. D's thread and research some today) but am open to suggestion.

If I go straight cycle, I was thinkin like 30/40/40/40 with PCT being Tam Cit, creatine and some sorta test booster. (trib? idk) Would run Cycle Support throughout.

If I go the pulse route, maybe 30-40mg EOD, with a test booster on off-days. Cycle Support throughout as well. Same PCT as above.

Thoughts?
 
Don't even think about leaving creatine out of your PCT. Your balls will look like raisins without it! :rofl: Also, you'll need to protect your liver. So, if you dont' have any milk thistle on hand, try and drink at least a half gallon of milk everyday.

Holy sh!t!!! I just got a gig offer! Only catch is that I gotta move to China and in about 6 weeks. I've been applying to different Universidads over there to be an english teacher and ended up landing a gig teaching basically freshman level bidness courses (econ, marketing, etc.).
I just got a formal offer from a University in Changchung for the fall 2009 semester! It's a satellite branch of one of the top colleges over there also. This is heavy ****. I didn't expect it to happen this fast. A little scary.

Roids....that's awesome bro! Eff it, I say do it. Have a crazy international adventure. Your wife is from there, so it won't be completely foreign for you guys, which is a huge advantage. Bang out a year over there and who knows...maybe you'll have a new career on your hands if you wind up enjoying teaching.

:werd: Another cool thing is that the wife warned me about chinese college chicks these days and how it's not uncommon for them to come onto/sleep with their teachers to earn a few "bonus points". I told her not to worry. But, it's nice to know that may a perk of the job.

I'd better get out my old MBA books and start brushing up on some stuff. Too bad I sold most of'em on amazon.

BTW JW, you may also wanna thro in some aminos with that PCT stack. :lmao: Sorry, that was just good ammo for some ball bustin'.

Banking's dead and I got no leads in banking. I can't just sit around for another 15 months searching for a banking gig with no end in sight. I sure as hell don't want to go stand on an effin car lot 12 hours a day or apply for some kinda retail mgmt training program making 30k/year for a 60 hour week. F*ck that. This just seems like a logical move and a helluva opportunity.

I will def keep y'all updated on any new ass that comes along. I don't think gears are legal. I might be limited to ordering oral PH's from here. But if I find out gears are legal, it'll just be that much cooler.

Would they pay any of the moving costs? I think being in an academic setting abroad is pretty awesome, especially China, since they own the US and everything.
 
I believe airfair, visa costs, and even housing are provided. They've told me I'm accepted and are going to send me the contract and all the details once my references check out. I've already talked to the three people I gave them, so I know there's not problem there.

Werd! They already own us, so I might as well start working off some of the debt over there.

Just went on a brief walk during lunch...turns out there's this awesome little nutrition store right across the street from my office. Mom and Pop joint, been there for 15 years. Pretty knowledgable dude running the place and they have everything...vitamins, powders, pre/post workout stuff, PH's, etc.

Picked up this thing NOW Foods makes, it's got Milk Thistle, Red Yeast Rice, CoQ10 and Alpha Lipoic Acid. Gonna pre-load this stuff starting today, maybe start my M-Drol cycle next week.

Time to get huge?
 
Those mom & pop places have all the bestest sh!t. There this joint around here that's owned by one guy that has all the stuff you find on the internets. He's got powders, PH's, post cycle stuff, phenibut, etc. He used to even have bliss shots.

Yeah, I don't think you can get pron on the internets over there. I'm not sure. You could probably find plenty of places to access it, but it's still illegal. That blows. Maybe I can score some strange tailpipe around the campus to make up for it.

Well, pr0n is degrading to women and I have too much respect for them to even engage in that type of behavior.

I'll just score some ass here and there when the opportunidad presents itself. Actually, the wife strongly warned me about that. She said the young college age chicks LOVE western dudes. We're all exotic and sh1t. When you look at chinese men, you can kinda see why. Most of them look like nerdy little weenies with narrow shoulders.
 
I do have to duck my head to walk under the doorways in most people's home over there. Most doorways are around 74"-75". In some of the older buildings, the doorways are like 6'. I'm 6'4 with shoes on, so I'm ducking. Finding clothes at 99% of the stores is outta the question unless they go up to a 3XL.

Last time, when I got off the plane in Detriot, I felt like I'd shrunk about 2-3".

Most standard doorways here in the States are 6' 8"...I just make it, sometimes graze my hair. You're gonna hit your head a bunch at first till you get used to it. :lol:
