estane: 20mg 9:10am, 10mg 12:45pm, 20mg 4:30pm
formestane: 25mg wake up left arm, 25mg night right foot

I deciding to cut the cycle like a day short. I'm ready to get back to "normal" and get through pct. I'm still a little banged up from the car accident and feeling a little lethargic. I'm probably going to take tomorrow off from the gym and start pct.

PCT will probably be as follows:
day 1(tomorrow)-14 20mg nolva ED, 15-on will be be 20mg nolva EOD
day 1-on PCT assist 2 servings ED
day 1-7 50mg formestane ED, 8-21 75mg formestane ED, 21-on formestane 50mg ED
day 1-5 50mg suppress-c ED, 6-28 100mg suppress-C ED, 29-on 50mg suppress-c ED
also the next 5/6 days i will continue my cycle assist @ 2 servings ED

I say -on because i only plan on running PCT for three or so weeks. I think by then i should feel "back on my feet".

taday's workout wasn't too bad. I put up some good numbers. I did find a new injury though, it is in my left shoulder (side hit by crash) and it only hurts in lateral movements, but it should be fine.

i tried the side laterals with cables and that is when i felt hurt.

Final review/before PCT update

Overall i want to say i had a good run with PPLEX and ESTANE. I made some really good gains. In the end it was worth it, i mean i only paid a little bit of money for the compounds and they are legal.

I think the numbers speak for themselves:
starting weight: 223-225
ending weight: 243-246
so it is safe to say i gained 20lbs while on cycle.
Lets hope i can keep at least 12-15 of them.

so as you can tell ive gained some size. Seems ive gained more on my bigger muscles groups then i did on my smaller ones. So i can say this stack is made more for bigger mass.

Overall this cycle made me thirsty for gains, and is something i can use as motivation in the months to come. Right now i don't know what i will do in the future. But i will always try to gain.

Don't know what to report on day one of pct. I feel fine though. I looked a little bit leaner today, and i weighed in at 243. so lets see how this goes.

felt good today, and i already feel like im "back on my feet". I think my pct setup will run very smoothly.

i was going to do that with the pics... ill post them soon.

i think it was around 34 inches, and i have to say it might of grew a tiny bit. But the thing is i still fit into all my shorts (around 34-36') as far as waist is concerned, just the thighs are tighter. the true funny thing is i can't really fit into 32's around the leg but i can around the waist.

wow pct is going pretty good so far. Looking a little leaner today, still holding some water, but i ate ****ty yesterday so that is why.

workout went good, sort of switched it up a little since i was flying solo today. I focused on 3 main compound exercises with 5 sets for each. i was feeling good especially when i cable rowed the entire weight stack ten times on my fifth set.

Point Made....I can see the 20 alot clearer now!!

Now the question is how much will you keep?? I suspect lockin in your PCT and diet will be the key factor...If im not mistaken your using Nolvadex right?? or is everything OTC? I'll retake a peek at your log....

i think i said somewhere of around 12-15lbs is my goal to keep after pct. My diet is almost exactly the same, and im going to try and keep the cardio around the same, but it might go up a tiny bit. The only things i took out where the protein bars. still getting a lot of food.

yes im taking nolva, everything else is otc.

Im starting a cycle of Epi (solo) in about 8 weeks, so this log helped out alot deciding which route to go!! and potentially how to run it!!

thank and good luck on your cycle. I don't know if i run would any ps/ph for longer then like 5 weeks, but i know how my body responds to them. I start to get the good ole "floppy" around the end of week 4 or so. So good luck and be careful.

i took out cycle assist today, felt like it has done its job well. Plus i was tired of taking the doses. I have to say everything is going great so far for pct. Im definitely a little bit leaner as the days go on. Been doing my cardio and having a great diet so far. Still trying to eat big, just cleaned it up a tad.

um nothing to really report, kind of felt a little melo today. i think the suppress c is kicking in. first day at 100mg im going to drop the formestane, i think it is a little overkill. i can feel that my overall strength or "fire" is gone, and im not that interested in actual sex, but totally interested in every girl that walks by... lol.

pct is going pretty good, im in a treatment program right now for my car accident, and im getting massages and therapy at least 3 times a week by a nice little smoking hot 18yr old, that could bend my **** with her smile.... anyways

i can already tell the small difference in dropping the form, can tell my "fire" is coming back.

i dropped a couple pounds this week, i can tell it was some water and a little bit of fat. I took a couple measurements today for the hell of it, and everything is the same if not a little bit bigger. So that is good.

i can feel my "fire" coming back, i felt it today in the gym. Plus im starting to get some good numbers in at the gym. On my fifth set of leg press i did 810lbs for 11reps. Then i leg curled the entire weight stack. Then i loaded up the entire leg press with as much weight as you possibly can, and on my last two sets did 8,7.

my sex drive is still kind of weird, i mean im checking out chicks, but not really interested. Hopefully everything starts to level out within the next couple weeks.

pretty smooth sailing right now. Feeling good, sex drive is coming back nicely. i can still feel a little "fire" is missing in the gym, but i still am pulling some decent numbers.

strength was really good today, I was on my fifth set of wide lat pulldowns, and i decided to do the whole weight stack, well on my seventh rep i feel throbbing pain in my hand, so i drop the weight, and i tore open my hand, ****ing stung like a bitch. So i taped it up and finished the workout.

have to say pct is going a lot better then the pct on hdrol, when i was doing all OTC supps.


checked a bouple measurements today and everything is the same. So no size lost so far. Im going to update with some pics later in the week.

Nolva will screw with libido big time.
Maybe throw the Form back in the mix.

everything is still good, can feel some slight joint pain from the suppress-c.

My workouts are up and down as far as intensity is concerned, but everything else is pretty level.

weight stayed the same this week which is good, means im doing something right. I can tell ive leaned up a tad. strength is up to a little, curled the 75's for two reps on my last set, and i put up 225 on my last two sets of close grips for 7 and 6 reps.

im going to tinker with the suppress-c dosage a little, i think i might take 75mg in the morning and thats it, maybe see what that does, plus after tomorrow im going to 20mg nolva eod.
 
actually quite the opposite. I cut out the form and im almost 100% back, wanted my girl twice tonight instead of just once, or none.
Yeah, dropping estrogen too low can effect libido too.
Don't think that's happened to me with Form.

strength has been pretty good, im still not 100% from the accident, and my docs have me on limited exercises, I can put any weight on my shoulders basically, and i have to take it easy on any overhead press.

other then that i have to say everything is going back to "normal". I plan on doing for another couple days at full blast, then starting to taper off.
 
Dang Harland, you definately put in some work this time. It really paid off and it shows. You look a crapton thicker! I cant wait to see the final after PCT pics you take, to see how much water weight you drop and how much you can lean out.

thanks man, im still working hard.

the pct plan is an actual pretty plan in itself. I mean my workouts are almost the same intensity as "on cycle".

I have been keeping an eye on my measurements, as my weight has been dropping a tad.

They are almost all with in like .1 inch of what they where at the end of the cycle. like my forearm is up a tad, and i think my arm might of went down a tad.
 
well today is the 19th day of pct, i will start tapering down in about 2-3 days, and im going to start some p-slin and mega dosing my fish oil starting next week. So i will take some pics before then.

i cant believe how my strength is still going up some. I did leg press today and did 900lbs for 5 reps on my 5-6th set.
 
looking solid man!!! this is a great log!! good job on putting down the exact dosing each day man, this is really helpfull for my upcoming cycle! stil not sure on whether to go with E-stane alone, or stack it with X-tren or EQ-plex..

thanks, if it is your first cycle, then stick with the estane, and if it is your second then run the eq, if it is your third or so then run the xtren

pct has been 75mgs of suppress-c every morning, two servings of 4CAPS of PCT ASSIST, 20mg nolva ED and that's about all.

with today being day 21 or so of pct it is my last FULL day. I will start tampering as follows:
20mg nolva EOD on nights i dont take nolva i will do 25mg formestane, so i can start leveling my hormones
suppress c will tamper from 75mgs to 25mgs over the next two weeks.
and i will just run out the pct assist and 2x4caps a day.

i went ahead and started the p-slin, taking that before/after workouts. im not going to mega dose the fish oil though, that is staying around 8-10grams a day. Also i am not taking MRI WAR anymore, as im saving it for times where i might need it.
