Speaking of the Hangover, that fukcing movie made me laugh like nothing else has ever. Except when I drop an enemy, but that's a given.

Hangover was classic. I could watch it 50 times in a row and still laugh at almost every situation!

Day 19 - 21

3 more solid days of sleep. Actually got to SLEEP IN today. Friday I had to work (obviously) and Saturday I had a client at 10AM... which I woke up for at 9. Not too much dream activity from what I remember over the weekend. I did dose rather early last night, and ended up getting really sleepy watching TV. Good to see that the X-Dream will actually induce sleep, while also increasing the quality of sleep - for those of you who use sleep aids. But its nowhere near as harsh a feeling as something like Tylenol PM. I've had nights where I've taken sleep-aids, and gotten EXTREMELY tired, but still couldn't fall asleep. Just lay there and pray for sleep... :lol:

Regardless, these last 3 weeks have been awesome for sleep overall.
 
Nice. Once my schedule mellows out I'll have to check this out for some R&R.

I had a weird dream last night. I was with a chick and she kept chaning into another chick after every corner we took. I was also in London and there were crazy wolves around. Nuts.

Here's where I find X-Dream to be useful:

Sleeplessness: So lying awake in bed, or 2:00 AM and you're not tired because you decided to stay up too late on Saturday night and sleep in until 2:00 PM on Sunday... 2 caps of X-Dream will definitely an appropriate amount of sleepiness so you can get to bed.

Quality of Sleep: This is the products sweet spot. You definitely get a higher quality sleep from the first dose. Less tossing and turning, less waking up, more dream activity... to the point of perhaps being a little drowsy in the morning.

Energy Levels: Not from the product persay, but its pretty obvious that better energy levels are a welcome side effect from higher quality sleep.

Efficient Sleep: If you're one of the many that struggle to get 8 hours of sleep a night, and settle for 6... This will definitely help you get the most out of those 6... Also, if you try to catch up on sleep on the weekend... X-Dream will help if you wake up after 6 due to habit, and get get back to bed.

Recovery / Growth: Extremely hard to gauge. Though I have been pleased with the past month in my development and growth, as well as with my moderate cut / recomp, I can't attribute that to a sleep supplement as much as I can to my diet adjustments and work in the gym.

I think this is a great supplement - though I believe its probably not cost effective to run year round. Great applications would be times of increased stress, times during cycles or PCT, etc.

You know this is how I roll also. Everything cheap and in bulk. I received a huge order of bulk PCT powders last week. They'll last throught the rest of this year and into the beginning of next year.

I ordered:
Avena Sativa
Tribulus Terrestris
DHEA
Horny Goat Weed (Icariin)
Testofen (fenugreek extract)
Grape Seed Extract

And I still have a decent amount of anti-estrogens in bulk powders for now. I have Trione, Formestane, and ATD powders.
They're all disappearing soon so I gotta add on to these anti-estrogens........soon!!! :damnit::banghead:
