Far too much Nolvadex mate, it's a pretty nasty compound on the liver and will probably do you more damage than the H-drol!

Try this instead:

20/20/10/10

if you get real Nolva, then yes 20/20/10/10 will be fine. more is not always better. and as UK said, the toxicity of nolva is pretty high

correct, i would rather dose the serm in lower amounts.
