Thoughts

Today was much better. I really liked dosing -AS- Pre and Intra. I felt like it provided me with energy throughout my whole workout. I was not bloated and did not feel like crap. Thanks for the recommendation. My back was hardly sore upon waking so it recovered well. My lower back was semi tight but loosened up throughout the day. Libido has been pretty stable, nothing too out of the ordinary. Shoulders were really pumped today and so were my triceps. All in all a pretty good and enjoyable workout. Had some good focus and endurance. I think that dosing one scoop intra helped me with endurance throughout my whole routine. I will continue to note this as I dose it.

Shoulder work out looks real nice, with your shrugs do you do behind the back Shrugs with the bar/smith machine? I just started doing these a month or so back and freaking love them! I have to look at your last work out but were there any increases with any thing? weight/reps?

Thanks LG. No increases yet, I did my shrugs with the shrug cage or bar or whatever its called. I am looking for PRs next week. After this week when I am back in the gym I need warmed up lol.

Yeah I actually thought it felt more effective then taking two scoops together. It kept the fire stoked all the way through the workout.

Thoughts
Recovery on all muscle groups is up. The combonation of Amino Acids and -AS- is making me workouts virtually DOM free the next day. I took one scoops today and will be dosing it 1 preworkout and 1 intra tomorrow. Tomorrow I will be hitting legs and will try to take some pictures. I hope everyone is doing great and I wanna thank everyone for still following!! Thanks also the LG team!

Actually I do have sort of a PR. My deads last week were 325 for 10. Thats it. This week I felt like I could have went for about 15 but I decided to save my strength.

What are you saving it for? A rainy day? :lol: just messing, I will agree the mix between AS and any aminos is great, and Doms is basically invisible, There’s a few times I might fell it, but it’s very slightly.
 
Well I am really gonna blast my legs today. I am gonna switch it up and do high reps on most of my stuff. Really try to get those DOMS and test AS and its ability to keep me going and to recover my body.

I dosed -AS- 30 minutes pre and took the other scoop at Intra. I can say with confidence I love taking it better this way. It seems like I can really keep kicking the whole workout. Had some good vascularity in my arms before my workout even began. Legs were really pumped and looked like stumps to me. Today was the best workout I have had in a long time. Libido is pretty unchanged. Recovery is up. We will see how it is tomorrow tho! If you have not tried the Nordic curls I would suggest it. Talk about tough!

I just got home still unpacking plus getting settled in and catching up with your log, your workouts and log is looking really good Joe, I must say I notice less DOMS on my last workout when I did legs, as I recall I had a great workout and the next day or the following I was not sore, not for the lack of trying I did high volume and had a great pump, anyhow need to get back to unpacking!

my vacation was awesome it was not relaxing and I always make sure my vacations are not, if I want to relax I stay at home :) , we covered a lot of ground from Venice Beach, Newport Beach, Disneyland, Hollywood and Griffith's park plus lots of walking, I took many pictures but now I need to sort through them and post!

Dosing protocol was the same as the past couple days. 1 scoop pre workout, one scoop intra. Today I was pretty sore in my glutes, calves, hammies. Really turned up the heat! I thought I would be more sore but I guess recovery is doing pretty good thanks to -AS-. Today during my workout I was all blown up. Even my biceps were pumped! Vascularity was pretty good. I did the most on incline bench I have ever done today. Libido was pretty crazy last night, but I kept it under control lol. I was just wanna say thanks to everyone for making this log a good one!

Awesome, its early to still, at 2 scoops a day for 30days , this should yeild some nice results at the end

THOUGHTS
Today was seriously awesome. Every weight I picked up just felt light. My back felt pumped up and ready to go. I crushed my pullups, low row and hammers so easy. I felt stronger than previous workouts and was loving it. Today my chest was sore, and my legs are still sore so I am turnin up the heat with this -AS-. Workout was great, vascularity was great, pumps were great. Had good focus and endurance. Every set felt like a new set. Libido is unchanged. Strength definitely felt changed this workout. No bloating, no dehydrated feelings.

THOUGHTS


Today's workout was good. My delts felt obliterated by the time I was donel Vascularity was good and so were my pumps. Felt alot of really good clean energy and endurance. 85 for 5 on my DB press has probably been my best on that lift. This week of workouts was definitely what I needed. Tomorrow will be a day off. So far -AS- is delivering everything it promises.

Sorry I couldn't take any pictures today because I went straight from church to lunch to working out.

Start punishing those lats with some weighted pull ups and try to get them to grow! I think everyone has a part on their body that really takes off and a part that lags. My chest lags. >: (
