Ridiculously homo yes, laughing like an idiot at work? Yes as well.

PR, where the hell do you find these gems? Perfect. And the answer is yes, he is a gay.

Denial is a wonderfull thing.

Sheesh GMG your thread got tore up. Let me know how your PCT is going. Loosing any mass or holding it together? I really don't want any lose when I get to that point.

I think I am holding it together. I lost about 2 lbs over this weekend... didn't eat as well as I should, but it happens when you have 12+ hour jobs to work... I just can't eat full meals, and protein bars have to cut it while I am working on location.

Strength is still up. Boys are doing nicely. Agression from the T911 is up, and appetite is up.

Glycobol is the best nutrient partitioner I have used yet. Vascularity and pump are pretty nuts!

I like what I am hearing with this Glycobol. Did the GI situation solve itself?

Yea, it only lasted about 3 days. Which is about normal from what I have noticed from these kinds of carb re-partitioners.

I think you would like it a lot AZ, these kinds of supplements let us down those extra carbs, it's a wonder that I am not always on one. It just makes me drop bodyfat like crazy, and keeps my muscles full. I don't notice the extreme gains like Jay (Mr PR) does, I usually just hold weight and lean out... which is all I am really looking for at the moment. Till summer is over, I am not trying to get any fatter.

Happy Father's day to all the Dads out there. I'm off to go BBQ with mine.

My gains aren't extreme per say as I have alot of muscle memory and a change of exercise to account for.

Glycobol def has endurance factor to it.

Also keeping mind that I am eating more than you, if not double your calories

OOooh baby. I ate A LOT of meat this weekend...

May have given back a pound or two to the fatass gods.

To which, we gladly accept the offering!!! :hail:

!

I fully expected this. Not only does the T-911 deserve some credit, but your mindset to training does as well. You and I are in complete agreement about not losing strength in PCT as being mostly mental rather than a physical matter.
Most people just let their minds grow weak once they come off the anabolics. Consequently, their strength immediately drops. That's just sad. Some even quit training until they decide to juice again. That's even sadder.

You keep training like the Berzerker of Odin that you are G-Dawg!!!
No Fear, No Failure, No Surrender!!! :head:

Deep bro :bandit:

So after much consideration, and a whole lot of reading over at Intense Muscle... I have decided to venture into full on DC training.

I am almost positive I will somehow f*ck this up in my first 3 weeks of rotations... I have never worked out like this before. So, anyone who wants to lend some advice I would love to hear it. Rob (metroba), you and I are starting at almost the same time, so maybe we can exchange notes if you will.

I am just sick and tired of High Volume hypertrophy training, and incorporating rest-pause techniques into my workouts has already had great results.

So here we go and here my plans are:

To my knowledge, I will be working out Mon, Wed, Fri. I will hit A1, B1, A2 the first week, then B2, A3, B3 the second week and repeat.

a)
Chest
Shoulders
Triceps
Back width
BAck thickness

b)
biceps
forearms
calves
hams
quads

A1 will be -

Incline Bench (smith if I don't have a partner) 11-15 rp
Hammerstrength Military Press 11-15 rp
Rack Chins 11-15 rp
Deadlifts 6-9 reps + back off 9-12 rep set
Skull Crusher 15-30 rp

Everything but the Deadlifts today is done rest pause.

I hope I got this right... You guys can let me know if I f*cked it up.

I am drinking my Superpump (or Superpimp if you are Timber's lady) and about to go destroy the gym! I need a new workout log! Gotta pick me up one on the way!

Stoked for DC, also I think Dante lives in the same city as I do, as True Protein is based out of Oceanside... anyone know for sure where he is from? Because my buddy Jeff apparently knows him, and I would love to meet the guy.

I'm liking it G. I think you will blow up with this because I get the feeling you will be crazy intense on the DC sets. That's the key...no saving yourself for another exersise with that muscle. It should be smoked when that set is finished. On your A1 example you put skulls at the end. I don't know if you will have any gas in the tank for those after doing your back. Can't wait to see the results and hear your thoughts on it. I just ordered some Animal Shock Therapy for my pre w/o bump. I don't usually use drinks pre w/o but I tried a sample and it lit me up pretty good.

Thanks guys, I know I put the skulls in the wrong place, I realized that as I was setting up my first exercise.

I ended up doing shoulders second, but triceps third. Here is the damage report... I think i may have started a bit too heavy on a few of these, but damn this workout was intense.

I mean f*cking brutal.

I haven't sweat like this during a workout in ages, I was panting for an hour straight. People were looking at me like I was nuts as I was doing stretches too. Some guy was all "you need a spot bro?!" when I was doing my chest stretch... I was like, dude, if I wanted to stop, i would just drop the f*cking dumbbells. The dumbbells will NOT guillotine you. lol.

Incline Smith - 155x15, 225x7 rp x3 rpx3 = 13 reps
Chest Stretch with 35's - 60 seconds (I wanted to cry)

Hammer Military - 135x10, 185x8 rpx5 rpx5 = 18 reps
Shoulder stretch (BRUTAL)

Skull Crusher - 70x15, 100x18 rpx8 rpx6 - 32 reps
Tricep stretch (this one was weird... really made me sweat)

Rack Chins - BWx10, BW+50lbsx9 rpx6 rpx4 = 19 reps

RDL - 225x10 warm up, 365x8, 225x12
Back stretch - BW 60 seconds (I about cried during this)

I am so damn sore and tired already. I have a really good feeling about this workout plan. Best of all, I finished in 50 minutes. I haven't done a workout in less than an hour and a half in what must be years... and I worked out harder today than I have in what must be years.

I noticed my right side was much looser for the stretches than my left... this will even itself out with time right? My lat stretch I almost didn't feel it on the right side and it was all on the left it seemed until maybe the last 15 seconds. idk.

I really dug this workout. I can see how one might blow the fudge up from it.

I'll be posting the rest of my workouts A2,3, and B1,2,3 tomorrow as I figure them all out.

any suggestions guys?

On your chest exercise I would cut the warmups to about 10 reps. I like to keep warmups to around 10 reps.

On the deads you should be warmed up by the time you hit those so hit a weight good enough for 8-12 then widow that b*tch. It is hard hanging getting that stretch after you are done, I always wanna go fetal. Remember each week you need to beat the log book.

I always get looks from the tricep stretch :toofunny:

Incline Smith looks good weight wise...jsut beat that next time thru!
Military looks like an increase in weight would be good next time.
Skulls need an increase in weight...110? A little makes a big diff with these.
Rack chins need to add some weight.
Deads look like more weight is needed next time too. Get it to where 6 is an accomplishment. If the 225x12 was not tough then this needs an increase as well next time.
Quality not quantity here G. Intensity is the key for that DC set. It looks great G!

Well I didn't want to start with a weight I couldn't finish... I was listening to everyone on Metroba's thread tell him to hit the higher side of the reps to get a feel for it.

I didn't get 110, that was a typo... I meant to write 100 lbs. Good catch.

The 225x12 was tough. I wanted to stop at 10.

ON IM dante said that the backoff set was supposed to be 9-12 reps, not 20 for the deadlifts.

I know I need to increase the weight with a few of these... For the first sets of workouts, (the next two weeks) I will probably be messing with my rep ranges and weights to see where my working weights need to be.

But when you are shooting for 30 for the first time... it's kinda hard to guestimate what weight you are gonna need to be throwing up to reach that goal. I had NO clue where I was gonna end up on the skulls.

Ohh, I guess I'm a badass because I do 20 :D

Fo sho... nobody is questioning your BA-ness.

I'll probably go for 20 once I get used to this routine. I was just going by Dante's instructions. Man I am wiped.

Like first year of working out wiped.

Like I want to sit on the couch and watch TV and fall asleep after a bongload wiped.

No prob bro. They say the first week is the hardest. Just get a feel, last thing you want is to get hurt. You have a partner?

Not at the moment. I am trying to recruit some guys from my gym to start doing DC, but nobody has the patience to learn it... they all just give me some confused look.

WTF is rest pause?

"It's what is gonna make me way more swoll than you."

I am gonna try to get DelSolRob to switch to DC since he is the only other really serious guy I know in San Diego.

Sexual partner? What does that have to do with anything?

Haha, i had an 18 year old half Thai/ half german chick spend the weekend with me this past weekend. Cheap Suits anyone?

Oh man, she was hottt though. ZzzzzOmmGGGDDDddzzz!!!

Word. DC is the sh*t man. I look forward to every workout. I've switched mine against the "proper" way but it is still awesome. You are gonne be a beast.

I don't know how lean you wanna be but core days on every other alternating with a "cardio" only day would be good.

Ohh yea TL I'm gonna partake in some boxing classes until I get outta here.

Yea, I was planning on light cardio tuesday and thursday with some ab work on each day.

Saturday will be intense cardio.

I am cutting till the sunny beach babes go away for the fall. Then back to clean bulking.

I always saved the weekend for rest. Light cardio on Tues and Thurs. But I'm an old codger!!

Yea, that might be the trick. The way this glycobol is leaning me out, I may not need the heavy cardio on Saturday... and if I keep being this worn out, I probably won't want to run anyway!

I just like jogging and looking at the beach bunnies. I know it is counter productive to growing muscles, but it's a good way to get in the sun and meet hot chicks... plus, where else am I gonna show the muscles off but at the beach?!

Yea I usually do core days on tuesday, thursday with cardio after and some "more" cardio on Saturday. I use Sunday to rest.

Zzzoommmmgg... I am so f*ckin wiped. DC gets my seal of approval for brutality in the gym already.
