Dude, 18 sets of anything is too much. Hell, there are days I don't do 18 sets total of all my exercises put together. No wonder your stomach is painful. You are going a bit overboard. 90 reps in the squat rack one day, then 18 SETS of abs. I don't think this is going to give you good gains. On cycle you need to train the same as off cycle, but with more weight and intensity.Day 10, 50mg-ABs/Cardio
Did about 18 sets of situps, ball situps, machines, leg raises etc. Stomach feels nice and tight...almost painful lol.
Ran 35 min on the eliptical...was pouring sweat, like more than usual. Felt good though
Overall greatworkout.
35 min is not too bad IMO. Best if he's doing intervals though.alot of cardio for being on cycle, more than I've heard of but I may do it too on my cycle coming up
Day 11-Legs/Tris-50mg
Started of with squats and set a new PR of 335- Cut down the reps/sets and focused on perfect form and max weight. I was extremely tired and unmotivated as soon as I got to the gym but it didnt seem to affect me workout too much. Hit the leg press for some widow makers (2 sets of 8x8x8 with feet positioned like so: ||, \/, \ / ...after those I got the most intense burn of my life. It was f*n awesome.. finished of with light leg extensions/cavs.
Tris- nothing crazy b/c chest was still sore. Pulldowns, close grip negs, light dips, extensions etc. Got an awesome, "skin popping" pump from the light tri workout.
-- Heading to the gym (day 12) to hit some Bi's. Should be sweet.
Problem: I hadn't thought about this b4 but my cousin is getting married on Sat, and it will be extremely hard for me not to have a drink b.c of the environment/occassion. I know its very stupid to drink on cycle, but I feel like I will ..b/c uh its a wedding lol. Should I still take my dosing that day? Or just O.D. load up on MT, take throughout the day with alot of water... ??
Ahhh, ok , so I'm def getting sick. I took around 8g of vit c throughout the day, and drank a ton of water...may skip the gym tomorrow depending on how I feel. Any suggestions ?
That follows my same plan, superdose vitamin c, loadup on water, and then allow myself to rest fully. When i get sick i still train about 90% of the time, if it's a cold I can still lift, put tissues in my pocket if i need them... so i think you should train if you feel capable of it.

Thanks for the encouragement. Thas pretty impressive that being sick doesnt inhibit your workout. Im already starting to feel a little better thanks to the C. Hopefully some shoulders tomorrowIf someone blowing their nose a few times during their workout and disposing the tissue in the trash makes you get sick, your immune system is pretty weak. And if having to blow your nose during a workout prevents you from getting to the gym, that's a pretty weak lifting strategy. So I lift when i'm sick and I can still lift just fine, my strength is rarely ever diminished. I remember the first time i hit 3 plates on bench i was pretty sick. I keep lifting and recover just fine, and then keep lifting. Gotta do what it takes to get to the top. I understand your view about getting other people sick, but it just doesn't happen, I should know when I go to the gym 5x a week for years without taking a week off...

I dont think it really matters...its half-life is 7 or 8 hours, I think...hmm.. usually I hit the gym around 2pm. When I was taking 50mg, I was taking 25 around 11am, 3pm support supps, 7pm 25mg, 11pm supps. I didnt take it right b4/after the workout b.c I was trying to spread the doses 8hrs apart and didnt know that you should take it right around the workout.
I usually wake up around 11ish. Should I wait to take 50 right b4 the workout at like 130?

If you think that people get sick because they come in contact with the germs of other people you coudln't be more wrong bro.... people don't get sick from germs, if we did we would be sick every single day of our lives. we get sick when our immune systems don't work properly to fight of those germs. So, if you are healthy you shouldn't ever have to worry about getting sick, yeah you can take extra precautions by washing your hands.. but as long as you eat right, get plenty of sleep, vitamins, and water you will be fine regardless of the germs you come in contact with.... im so confident in my immune system right now i'd let someone with swine flu spit in a cup and i'd drink that ****. Cause im healthy and I know it![]()
Sorry haven't posted anything in awhile guys, internet has been out.
Anyways, im in my 4th week and have been feeling VERY lethargic...like to the point of not wanting to do anything. I started taking DHEA in an attempt to combat this, but have yet to notice a difference (Im taking 50mg a day of the dhea).
Day 23, Tue. Shoulders, 75mg
Had a quick workout, which gave me a nice pump, and im def starting to look alot more cut up. Strength is starting to level off. Weight is up about 4 lbs. But again, the lethargy really killed my motivation at the gym today. Any advice?
